The World's Longest at Ras al Khaimah - Jebel Jais Zipline
Jebel Jais Zipline at Ras al Khaimah is the WORLD'S LONGEST ZIPLINE. Its 2.84km Long and Speeds upto 160km/hr. Its certified by Guiness Book of World Records as the World's Longest Zipline in a Single Stretch.
Drive to the Toroverde Ras Al Khaima parking as indicated on your reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, you see an information center, where a host will confirm the details of your reservation and will then take you to the Jebel Jais adventures center via a shuttle bus.
Where you will be provided with all safety equipment's like harness, helmet etc.
At Jebel Jais Zipline office you can rent a Gopro for AED 135/- or bring your own to capture the ride as no other devices will be allowed during the ride.

World’s Longest Zipline | Jais Flight | Jais Sky Tour | Jais Adventure
Jais Flight, the eponymously named longest zipline adventure in the world, is located atop the cloud-piercing Jebel Jais peak in Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost Emirate in the UAE.
If you are a thrill-seeker, you will enjoy the adrenaline-fueled experience that takes you at knee-trembling speeds of between 120 kmph and 160 kmph for almost three hair-raising minutes across deep ravines, canyons and through jagged peaks that lie 1680 metres above sea level.
Three minutes of adrenaline-pumping adventure at 1680 metres above the Arabian Gulf will leave you with a once-in-a-lifetime sense of superhero magic.
The fastest flight section takes you to a 9-tonne glass-bottomed Insta-worthy platform that resembles a hovering bird of prey suspended 80 metres above the ground. From here, your final flight will be the much shorter and relatively sedate 1km zipline that finally takes you to terra firma at the foot of the mountains.

When in the United Arab of Emirates (UAE) travel to Ras Al Khaimah, (UAE's 6th largest city) to the highest mountain top known as Jebel Jais, located on the Arabian peninsula. Jebel Jais is the highest peak of the UAE scaling at 1,934 meters or 6,345 feet tall of the Hajar mountain range that was formed over 70 million years ago!

The highest point of this mountain is located on the Omani side, but a secondary hill (in the same mountain) west of this peak is considered the highest point of the United Arab Emirates, at 1,892 m (6,207 ft) above sea level. The world's longest zip line opened on the mountain in February 2018. It is 2,832 m (9,291 ft) long, The temperature of Ras Al Khaimah tends to be lower than other parts of the country.

The experience will see participants fitted with a special harness for the adventure, with the longest flight itself taking approximately two to three minutes.
Your Jebel Jais experience starts with a 30km snaking drive to the top, a scenic experience for all drivers which is easily accessible by cars of all makes and models. Drive to the Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah Parking as indicated on your reservation confirmation. MEETING TIME
You must arrive at the Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah Parking 30 minutes before the time of your experience, as any delays will impact your experience. If you are delayed and miss the shuttle, this will be considered a ‘’No Show’’ and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with the Terms and Conditions.

Jebel Jais, the highest mountain in the United Arab Emirates is part of the spectacular cloud-piercing Al Hajar mountain range. The range extends from Ras Al Khaimah on the eastern side of the United Arab Emirates to the Musandam Peninsula in northern Oman.
The summit has an elevation of 1,934 m (6,345 ft). The summit is located on the Omani side, but a high point west of this peak is considered the highest point in the United Arab Emirates, at 1,892 m (6,207 ft) above sea level, and with around 10m of prominence.
How to reach there?
The mountain range of Ras Al-Khaimah (Jebel Jais )is around 165 km from Dubai (E611 Road) & 60 km away from Ras Al Khaimah City Center, making a drive would be a viable option for travellers and locals alike. For those who are up for a long road trip and enjoy looking at landscape views pass.
If you wish to travel by bus from Dubai, The bus leaves from Union Bus Station(Al Rigga). From Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah: With frequency of every 1 hour to 1.5 hours, the first Al Hamra bus departs from Union bus station at 7.30 AM and the last bus is at 9:30 PM. Every single journey is AED 20 , then hire a taxi from Ras Al Khaima to Jebal Jais. For any updated details of public bus service Call RTA Ras Al Khaimah 8001700.
