Can you live for $10 a day in Bangkok? I took the $10 challenge in Bangkok. Cost of Living in Thailand is put to the test in this video. After releasing my other Bangkok Cost of Living video I received many comments about how expensive Bangkok has become. Yes it's true, you could spend tons of money to live in this city.
But....is it possible to live for a day on 300 baht, which is $10 USD? Watch the video and find out.

In this video we set out to answer the question: can you still live in Bangkok, Thailand, for under $10 a day? Thailand is known for its affordable budget travel, with accommodations starting from as little as a few dollars, to affordable street food, and transport. The cost of living has been going up with time, like in so many other places. So, we were curious to find out just if we would be able to spend a full 24 hours in Bangkok, including our accommodation, food, entertainment, and transport for under 10 USD.

I paid 1,000 to this fruit guy in Bangkok, and for what?!? All he does is cut a fruit. But what fruit? Well, it is the toughest fruit to cut in Thailand. You'll find out at the end of the video.

How Much Money Do You Need for A Day In Thailand? True Cost of Living!
How much money do you need for a day in Thailand? Here I record my daily life, the rent I pay, water bill, electricity bill, food, drinks, fitness, swimming pool, groceries... etc. Of course, everyone has a different life, and this is just one of my ordinary days that I do not spend much money. I just record all the basic needs and spending. Hope it helps anyone who is coming to Thailand, at least you know how much money is needed! Let me know what do you think after watching the video.
Rental = 217baht/day = ~$6.87
Water = 10baht/day = ~$0.32
Electricity = 300baht/day = ~$9.49
Masks = 3baht/day = ~$0.095
3 Meals and 1 High Tea = 330baht/day = ~$10.45
Gas or petrol 100baht/day = ~$3.16
Car Maintenance 42baht/day = ~$1.33
That would be THB 1002 Thai Baht which is about $31.74
That means if I keep this lifestyle
I will need about 30,000 Thai Baht to live in Thailand for one month
which is about $950

In this vlog, I am going to share with you my experience, and inform about the all the basic expenses, that you should spend, while you are living in Thailand, besides all the secondary expenses that you might spend it too.
all in all cost of living in Thailand, depends a lot on your lifestyle, and lots of you could disagree on the numbers, but in general, now days, things are not same like before, and Thailand is not a cheap destination to live in, and a budget of 1000 dollars per month, is considered an average life, whereas if you wanna live a little bit comfortable, you might be spending double of that.
