Back to the superb Derby Model Railway Exhibition, which I've not attended for a couple of years, but which is very local to me. Hosted by the Mickleover Model Railway Group, this is always an excellent show. It is held in a unique railway heritage location, the Derby Roundhouse, the world's oldest roundhouse building.

2019 Aug 18 Leicester Model Railway Group 70th Anniversary Exhibition
Hi, welcome to the latest video from my channel. The Leicester Model Railway Group held it's 70th Anniversary Exhibition at St. Margaret's Church, Leicester city centre.
A nice variety of layouts from members here, including few vintage collections of trains, toys and accessories. The unusual venue of a church (rather than the more usual church hall) gave a different atmosphere to the show (even while the light made filming a challenge!).,

2019 Apr 27 Neepsend (Sheffield) Model Railway Society Exhibition
Back to Sheffield for another model railway show, this time hosted by the Neepsend Model Railway Society and held at the Park Centre, Sheffield.
A very varied show this, and with high-quality modelling on show. Many gauges and countries represented and highlighting an enormous tram and road layout.

West Wilts Model Railway Circle Exhibition At Holt Saturday 6th April 2019
I decided to have a look at the West Wiltshire Model Railway Circle's Annual Model Railway Exhibition which was held at the Holt Village Hall on Saturday 6th April 2019. It was my first visit and all I can say is what a fantastic event. All the layouts were new to me and covered N, 009, HO and OO scales. All the exhibitors and organisers that I met were friendly and welcoming. Here is a list of layouts covered in my video:-

London Festival of Railway Modelling 2019 Alexandra Palace
Hi, sorry for the late upload again due to problems with my video editor. I went to the Alexandra Palace Model Railway Exhibition 2019 after thoroughly enjoying myself last year. There were many stalls, many steam layouts with very intricate details added.
Also a quick shoutout to the amazing people at Dovetail Games who gave me a quick 5-minute trial of Train Sim World as well as a free t-shirt and TS2019 and Train Sim World badges. I have both games at home and it is nice to get a few souvenirs from the stall.
My next video will be from Drayton Park to do some 717 hunting (they are now in full weekday service) after my failed mission to find one in January after the train broke down.

Crawley Model Railway Exhibition Saturday 13th April 2019
The Crawley Model Railway exhibition took place on Saturday 1st December 2018 at the Tanbridge House Schoo at Horsham.
The fantastic two day exhibition featured a variety of model railway layouts including N, OO as well five amazing O gauges in action.

Mendip Model Railway Group Fine Scale Show Warminster Sat 8th June 2019 (Part1)
This was my first visit to the Mendip Model Railway Groups show which was held at the Warminster Civic Centre on Saturday 8th June 2019. What a fantastic collection of layouts, and not one that I had seen before. All of a very high standard, if I was to pick a favourite it would be Chilcompton. I live in Templecombe so the S&D means is a lot to me, so greatly missed!

Tunnel City Railway Train Show 2019
This year saw the second annual Tunnel City Railway Train Show take place at the Blue Water Convention Center in Port Huron, Michigan. Spanning two days between May 4th and 5th along with hosting three model layouts, the show had something for every train buff. Around 25 vendors and 100 or so hundred tables were present selling railroad memorabilia, attire, artwork and models of all scales. Definitely a great experience was had and I'll hopefully showcase some of the things I bought in a layout update soon. Thanks for watching!
