#16 Slowing time, aging, and digital legacy with Ronni Bennett. | Nice with Dave Delaney.

NICE. Leadership, Retention, Communication, and Culture with Dave Delaney. Subscribe to the show at or wherever you listen to podcasts by searching Nice Delaney.

Candid conversations about communication, collaboration, community, and *nice* leadership. Join keynote speaker, author, and founder of Futureforth, Dave Delaney, as he speaks with brilliant minds in business and life to discuss topics like the great resignation, employee retention, company culture, leadership growth, human capital, entrepreneurship, kindness, and empathy.

I did this previously recorded interview with Ronni Bennett in December 2014. Sadly, Ronni passed away on October 30, 2020.

Ronni Bennett ran Time Goes By, a blog The Washington Post called “the quintessential seniors’ blog.” She was a radio and television broadcasting veteran who produced shows like 20/20 and The Barbara Walters Specials on ABC. Ronni also produced programs for Lifetime, NBC, PBS, and CBS. She was the first managing editor of CBSNews.com.

After producing shows for Barbara Walters, John Tesh, Whoopi Goldberg, and Matt Lauer, Ronni Bennett began investigating, reporting, and researching all things related to aging. In 2003, she began writing the blog “When Time Goes By: What It’s Really Like To Get Older.”

What we talked about...

Why aging is a gift.
How we can slow time.
Ageism.
Preserving our digital legacies.
Facing retirement and death.

We ❤️ Our Listeners.
Please be sure to follow the show and leave a review wherever you subscribe to podcasts. Reviews and sharing the show are the nicest ways to support the show and are deeply appreciated. Thank you.

About the session:
