Is Dominican Republic Safe? You might be Surprised ???? Safety in the Caribbean

This video is sponsored by Wanderlog. Wanderlog is the free travel app for planning every kind of trip, check it out on the web or download their mobile app:

In this video we're going on our very first road-trip/getaway here in the Dominican Republic. While making our way there we are talking about safety in the Dominican Republic. So many people have asked us how we feel here and if it's safe. We discuss driving in the Dominican Republic and how to do it safely. We also talk about general safely and theft.

We rent a car and drive across the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, through the city of Puerto Plata and some small villages and mountains. We arrive in the small village of Punta Rucia where we check into our accommodations and explore the cute little village and absolutely stunning beach. This feels like an authentic Dominican beach town.

Is Punta Cana Safe?

We just got back from the Dominican Republic and stayed at the Sanctuary Cap Cana. One night we went into Downtown Punta Cana for a little more nightlife and to check out the vibes and safety in the area. We were very surprised on how clean and fun it was! It's smaller and different than the Hotel Zone in Cancun because it is situated in an open air market layout. We loved it and had a great time and can't wait to go back! #travelvlog #puntacana #traveltips

To book with Diamond Transfers for a ride into downtown you can book with them directly via WhatsApp -1-(849)-919-0260 - ask for Eduardo and tell them 3 Days 3 Noches sent you!

SAFETY in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC | Why the Dominican Republic is the best place to live

In this video I will tell you about safety in the Dominican Republic and will expose the rumors about the Dominican Republic as a country with a high crime rate. The Dominican Republic is a really safe country. Crime is present in the large cities (as in any large cities of any country), and in the resort towns of the Dominican Republic; however, in small towns it is quite safe and quiet in complete security. Therefore, after watching the video, you will be convinced that the Dominican Republic the best place to live.

???????? Dominican Republic safe or not for Foreigners

???????? Dominican Republic safe or not for Foreigners. The Dominican Republic is friendly and welcoming and the vast majority of visits to the country are trouble-free. But Petty crime, including pickpocketing and robbery takes place across the country. Don’t wear expensive jewellery or carry large amounts of cash or valuable items like smart phones or cameras on the street. Keep electronic devices out of sight and use a hotel safe whenever possible. Don’t leave your bags or other possessions on chairs or tables in restaurants or bars.

Drive-by robberies can occur, where thieves on motorcycles snatch bags and valuables from pedestrians and sometimes reach through the windows of cars at red lights to steal belongings. Victims are sometimes hurt in the process. Keep valuables out of sight, and if you have a bag with you, carry it on the side away from the street. If travelling in a car, drive with doors locked and windows closed.

Dominican Republic | 2023 all you need to know before visiting!

✈️ Best Fly Deals For You -

Dominican Republic | 2023 all you need to know before visiting!

Welcome to the Official Travel Guide Channel! In this video, we'll take you on a tour of the beautiful Dominican Republic, also known as a Caribbean paradise. Our Las Terrenas Vlog showcases why the Dominican Republic is a popular tourist destination, and we'll provide you with everything you need to know before visiting.

Explore the serene sceneries, crystal-clear ocean water, and white-sand beaches of Las Terrenas, a town on the northeastern coast of the island. Discover the lively atmosphere and vibrant culture of Puerto Plata, located on the northern coast, and Cabarete, a small town in the eastern part of the country that's famous for its kiteboarding and windsurfing.

If you're planning to visit the Dominican Republic, make sure to brush up on your Spanish before you go. Spanish is the primary language spoken on the island, and you'll find that it's essential to know the language if you want to communicate effectively with the locals.

The country's culture and customs are unique and charming, and you'll find that the people of the Dominican Republic are among the friendliest and most welcoming in the world. However, it's essential to keep in mind that the island is relatively poor, and people will put forth the effort to obtain your money. Therefore, it's essential to be aware of your surroundings and not get caught up in scams.

To fully immerse yourself in the Dominican Republic's culture, try to adopt the rule of Tranquilo. This Spanish word means calm, quiet, and serene and is frequently used on the island to indicate a peaceful state of mind. Also, it's essential to dress appropriately and not wear cargo shorts and flip-flops everywhere, as this can be viewed as disrespectful to the locals.

Finally, we recommend that you don't consider driving while in the Dominican Republic. The drivers on the island are notoriously crazy, and the roads can be chaotic. Instead, take advantage of the many transportation options available, such as taxis, buses, or tours.

When you visit the Dominican Republic, you'll find that there's no shortage of things to do and see, from exploring the Samana Peninsula to staying at the Excellence Resorts in Punta Cana. So pack your bags and come see why the Dominican Republic is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world!
