Hello from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Pittsburgh is hands down one of our favorite larger cities in the United States. With three rivers, 446 bridges (the most in the world!), historic buildings, and gorgeous green hills all around, it's so dang picturesque. And while we have been to the city before (for Adam, many times), this was our first time truly exploring the city together, so we spent one day doing as many touristy things as possible!

Pittsburgh is one of the larger cities in the United States. This was our first time truly exploring the city together, so we spent the weekend day doing as many touristy things as possible!
And I have a confession. I was a little hesitant coming here, Sara will touch on that in the video, but just driving through a little bit of the city, and seeing all the incredible bridges (and there are a lot of bridges) makes me really excited to see a lot more of this city!

Welcome to state #30 in our journey to all 50 states in 2021… Pennsylvania! For our time in the Keystone State, we spent one day exploring the state’s largest city, Philadelphia! As you probably know, Philadelphia is one of the most historically significant cities in the US, so we made sure to cram in as much of that history as possible during our visit. From visiting Independence Hall and standing in the room that the Declaration of Independence AND the US Constitution were written, to taking a historic walking tour where we visited the final resting place of Benjamin Franklin, to climbing the iconic steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art that were made famous by the 1970/80’s “Rocky” movies, I’d say we fit in just about as much as humanly possible! Oh, and don’t worry, we didn’t leave the city without having one of the most iconic American foods… the Philly Cheesesteak!
