Atlantis Bahamas - This Water Park is CRAZY!
We arrived in Nassau and left Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas to have a Aquaventure at Atlantis Bahamas! This is a place we have always wanted to go to so we were so excited to check it out, even if we only were there for a few hours. We got to see some of the incredible aquariums, but spent most of the day enjoying the massive water park. We even went on a water slide that ended up in a shark lagoon! We ended the evening back on the ship with dinner at Chops Grille.

Atlantis Bahamas Travel Vlog 2021 | Travel Vlog #34
The Atlantis resort in The Bahamas on Paradise Island really was a great start to getting back to normal and resuming our travels. Today we take you along with us throughout our time in The Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort.
There are so many great things going for the Atlantis resort such as great room with stunning views of the ocean. We start off by showing you a tour of our water view room in the royal tower. We decided to book the coral tower originally but they were closed at the time so we got a room upgrade thankfully and landed with the wonderful ocean view room in the Royal Tower so we will be sure to give you a tour.
Not only that, but we did have some fun, and not just at the casino, but at the Aquaventure waterpark. The rides there are the main attraction and we sure rode them each and every day. The Power Tower, the Myan Temple water slide, and even The Abyss (that one was scary). All of these rides will give fun for the whole entire family, and we rode them plenty of times over.
We will share our experience along with take time to show some of the great food at the restaurants there (the food was AMAZING). Speaking of food, we met a FAMOUS foodie whom was docked in the marina area just off the Atlantis resort. Who might that be? Watch and find out!

What to Eat at Atlantis Bahamas
Be sure to check out the full vlog (links below), but these are some of the dining options available at Atlantis.
There are some relatively inexpensive or affordable food options on (and off) the Atlantis resort. Most of the cheap eats options onsite are located near pools and beaches.
The more upscale or fine dining options are more expensive, but are definitely worth the experience.
You really can't go wrong, there's not a bad choice.
My biggest piece of advice? Bring snacks. Pack them in your checked bag or venture off the resort to a local store, but definitely get snacks and drinks.

Sandals Resort Travel Vlog | Our Bahamas Paradise Vacation
Hello my lovelies, let's travel together on a journey to paradise as we visit the Sandals Resort in the Bahamas! I was so excited to capture these moments of resort travel in the Bahamas and my first experience on an airplane that I started by getting my camera out at 4 am when we arrived to the Jacksonville airport! Highlights of our time visiting the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort were definitely the cuisine (especially the breakfast and the sushi), the beach and ocean access, the private island, and the welcoming hospitality. I really have nothing but good things to say about this fantastic resort and I would love to go back again one day, though this was really a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I hope you get a chance to go to a sandals resort also, and if you do I highly recommend that you try their coffee, load up on their delicious crispy bacon, and get down to the water early to secure you beach chairs and a good spot by the water! The Melia Resort in Nassau closed its doors in March 2021 for rennovations. It's estimated the rennovations will be done in a 24 month period and the resort will then reopen.
