Meet one of our Top 10 finalist: Sarah’s bakery is start up bakery established in the Serrekunda/Bakoteh region that offers highly nutritious bread baked in a pristine and hygienic environment by the best bakers there are in Gambia. We aim to offer our products at a competitive price to meet the rapidly increasing demand of the Gambian community.
Sarah’s bakery promises to be one of the most hygienic bakeries in the country with a steady output of bread on a daily basis. We have made it our responsibility to make sure bread is readily available whenever the consumer needs it and not only will it be readily available it will also be much more nutritious than the regular ones.
We are on the verge of entering the market. Having done a thorough survey on every sphere of the business, we are ready to function optimally to serve the community’s needs. The company plans to build a strong market position in its location and beyond.
We will begin with operating one bakery but we plan on opening several more. Our vision is to be a major bread producer in the Gambia and across West Africa to offer the highest quality of products and services to all our clients using skilled, trained and competent staff.
