7 วันที่กัมพูชา | Cambodia | ครั้งหนึ่งแห่งความภาคภูมิใจที่ได้เยือนราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา : ยุวทูตความดี
มูลนิธิยุวทูตความดี ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงพนมเปญ ดำเนินโครงการคณะยุวทูตความดีเยือนราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา นำโดย ผอ.มูลนิธิยุวทูตความดี คณะเดินทางไปเยือนฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 14 กรกฎาคม 2561 คณะจำนวน 46 คน ประกอบด้วย ยุวทูตฯ จำนวน 32 คน ครู 8 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2 คน เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิฯ 2 คน และนักการทูตอาสาสมัคร 1 คน โดยคณะยุวทูตฯ มาจาก 27 โรงเรียน ใน 18 จังหวัดภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก จากระดับชั้นเรียน ป.4 – ม.3 อายุเฉลี่ย 10 - 15 ปี ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากค่ายอบรม ธรรมะกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ที่จัดขึ้นที่สวนธรรมศรีปทุม จังหวัดปทุมธานี
ในการเยือนครั้งนี้ คณะฯ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ ท่านเอกอัครราชทูต ปัญญรักษ์ พูลทรัพย์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงพนมเปญ และได้ให้โอวาทกับคณะความว่า “ขอให้ยุวทูตเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ที่มาพบเห็นและเป็นประโยชน์ของชาวกัมพูชา เช่น ความอ่อนน้อมต่อผู้ใหญ่ ให้ยุวทูตฯ นำไปปฏิบัติให้ สมกับเป็นยุวทูตที่ดี และการเป็นผู้รู้คุณ กตัญญูต่อคุณพ่อคุณแม่และผู้มีพระคุณ”
คณะยุวทูตฯ ได้สานสัมพันธ์แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เรียนรู้กับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงพนมเปญและเสียมราฐ จำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาบ๊ะตุ (Baktouk Primary School) เป็นโรงเรียนรัฐบาล มีนักเรียนประมาณ 3,400 คน โดยมีนายยึม โสะ เขง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนให้การต้อนรับ โรงเรียนมัธยมพระสีสุวัตถิ์ (Preah Sisowath High School) โดยมีนายแซม คำซาน (Sam Kamsan) รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนให้การต้อนรับ เป็นโรงเรียนที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในกัมพูชา มีจำนวนนักเรียน 679 คน โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ถือได้ว่ามีนักเรียนที่เก่งที่สุดของประเทศ เน้นการเรียนการสอนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์ นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่พูดภาษาอังกฤษดี โดยเรียนจากครูชาวกัมพูชา ไม่มีครูชาวต่างชาติเป็นผู้สอน นับเป็นโรงเรียนที่มีผู้นำในสาขาอาชีพต่างๆ เล่าเรียนที่นี่ โรงเรียนประถมวัดโบ (Wat Bo Primary School) มีนายปึง กึม เชน (Peung Kim Chen) ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนให้การต้อนรับ โรงเรียนประถมวัดโบ มีนักเรียน 6,408 คน เน้นสุขอนามัย ความสะอาด การตรงต่อเวลา และการมีสมาธิ และระเบียบวินัยเป็นอย่างมาก และจะมีความสามัคคีพร้อมเพรียงในทุกกิจกรรม ฯลฯ
อนึ่ง โรงเรียนในกัมพูชาจะแบ่งการเรียนการสอนเป็นสองรอบ คือรอบเช้า (07.30 – 11.30 น.) และรอบบ่าย (13.00 – 16.00 น.) คณะยังได้เยี่ยมชมภาควิชาภาษาไทย สถาบันภาษาต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยภูมินทร์ (Royal University of Phnom Pehn (RUPP) ซึ่งเป็นโครงการภายใต้แผนความร่วมมือทางวิชาการไทย – กัมพูชา โดยกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ (TICA) กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเปิดสอนในภาควิชาภาษาไทยขั้นพื้นฐาน ระดับ 1 - 4 ระดับวิชาโทภาษาไทย หลักสูตรปริญญาตรีภาษาไทย และหลักสูตรระยะสั้นสำหรับบุคคลภายนอก ปัจจุบันมีจำนวน 500 คน
คณะยุวทูตฯ ได้รับการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นและได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ และสานไมตรีจิตมิตรภาพกับนักเรียนกัมพูชาจากโรงเรียนทั้ง 4 แห่ง นับเป็นการพัฒนาโลกทัศน์และขยายฐานแห่งมิตรภาพระดับเยาวชนของประเทศทั้งสอง นอกจากนี้ คณะยุวทูตได้มีโอกาสแสดงความสามารถของเยาวชนไทยด้วยการขับร้องเพลงภาษากัมพูชา การแสดงเพลงพื้นบ้าน
ทั้งนี้ คณะได้เข้าเยี่ยมคาราวะ ดร. ควน วิฉิกา (Dr.Khuon Vicheka) รองอธิการบดีกรมการศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ คณะได้เข้าพบและแลกเปลี่ยนเกี่ยวกับระบบการศึกษา ที่มีโครงสร้างคล้ายประเทศไทย ในระบบ 3 : 6 : 3 : 3 และได้ให้โอวาทกับยุวทูตความว่า “ขอให้ยุวทูตตั้งใจเรียน เป็นคนดี คนเก่งของสังคม และทำงานให้ประเทศชาติ ให้พอใจและมีความสุขกับงานที่ทำ”
คณะยุวทูตฯ ยังได้ศึกษาอารยธรรมขอมโบราณที่เมืองอูดง เมืองหลวงเก่า และโบราณสถานที่เป็นหนึ่งในสิ่งมหัศจรรย์ของโลกและเมืองมรดกโลกด้านวัฒนธรรม เช่น นครวัด นครธม เมืองเสียมราฐ ซึ่งเป็นเมืองที่เต็มไปด้วยวัดสถูปและประติมากรรมในสมัยโบราณ (เจดีย์แฝด) และศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปะ และโบราณวัตถุ ผ่านพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติกัมพูชา และพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติอังกอร์ ฯลฯ

Independence Monument Cambodia - Travel in Cambodia 2019
The Independence Monument in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, was built in 1958 to memorialize Cambodia's independence from France in 1953. It stands on the intersection of Norodom Boulevard and Sihanouk Boulevard in the centre of the city. It is in the form of a lotus-shaped stupa, of the style seen at the Khmer temple at Banteay Srei and other Khmer historical sites. The Independence Monument was designed by the Cambodian architect Vann Molyvann. It stands 37 meters tall.
During national celebrations, The Independence Monument is the center of activity. A ceremonial flame on the interior pedestal is often lit by a royal or high official on these occasions, and floral tributes line the stairs. Every year, The Independence Monument is visited by foreign tourists and locals alike. Behind the monument is the Norodom Sihanouk Memorial, constructed in 2013.

Buddhist Temple in Phnom Penh City - Wat Langka - Travel in Cambodia 2019
Wat Langka is reputedly one of Phnom Penh's five original wats (1422). First established as a sanctuary for the holy writings and meeting place for Cambodian and Sri Lankan monks, the Wat was named in honor of these meetings. It is located just southwest of the Independence Monument.
Part of the radical revolutionary program of the Khmer Rouge involved the destruction of Khmer Buddhism. It is said that there were only a dozen monks alive and in Cambodia by the time the Pol Pot regime fell in 1979. Wat Langka was apparently used as a storehouse by the Khmer Rouge, so it escaped total destruction. Now fully renovated, this temple has an important place in Cambodian Buddhism as it was originally designated the principle library for religious writings. The name Langka originates from the fact that the monastery originally housed an order from Sri Lanka.

พลอยได้มีโอกาสแบกเป้ไปเที่ยวเสียมราฐ กัมพูชาคนเดียวค่ะ
จุดมุ่งหมายสำคัญ คือ นครวัด ค่ะ อยากไปแค่นั้นจริงๆ 5555
อยากไปเห็นความยิ่งใหญ่อลังการของนครวัด เพราะมีคนเคยกล่าประโยคนี้ไว้

เอ้าเริ่มวางแผนกันเลยค่ะ
จองตั๋วเครื่องบินของแอร์เอเชีย ขึ้นเครื่องที่ดอนเมืองค่ะ
พลอยเลือกเที่ยว 10.10 น. ค่ะ ใช้เวลาเดินทาง 1 ชม.เท่านั้น มันเร็วมากจริงๆค่ะ รู้สึกเร็วกว่านั่งรถเข้าในเมืองของกรุงเทพอีกกก พลอยได้ตั๋วไป-กลับ มาในราคา 3,157 บาทค่ะ

ถึงโรงแรมเก็บของเสร็จก็เหมาตุ๊กๆจากโรงแรมไปโตนเลสาบค่ะ
ทะเลสาบเขมร หรือ โตนเลสาบ เป็นทะเลสาบน้ำจืดที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ตั้งอยู่บริเวณตรงกลางของประเทศกัมพูชา มีพื้นที่ ประมาณ 7,500 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือใหญ่กว่ากรุงเทพฯประมาณ 7 เท่า
ดีงามมากกกก ธรรมชาติสมบูรณ์สุดๆค่ะ สองข้างทางมีวิถีชีวิตชาวประมงให้ดูตลอดค่ะ ตัวทะเลสาบนั้นกว้างสุดลูกหูลูกตาจริงๆค่ะ เขาจะพาเราไปจอดดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินด้วยนะคะ แต่พลอยไม่ได้ดู รีบไปซื้อตั๋วเข้านครวัด แต่สุดท้ายก็ไม่ทันค่ะ 5555555
เลยต้องเปลี่ยนแผน นัดพี่คนขับตุ๊กๆไว้ตี 4 เพื่อไปซื้อตั๋วเข้านครวัดแล้วไปดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นที่นครวัดค่ะ กลับถึงโรงแรมก็เลยเหมาตุ๊กๆไปดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและพาทัวร์ปราสาทรอบเล็ก 20 USD
แล้วก็ไปเดินหาอะไรกินแถวๆนั้นค่ะ
แล้วรีบอาบน้ำนอน เพราะพรุ่งนี้ต้องตื่นตี 3 ค่ะ 5555

กัมพูชานอกจากมีเมืองเสียมเรียบและพนมเปญที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างสูงในหมู่นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ยังมีเมืองสีหนุวิลล์อีก 1 เมืองที่ได้รับความนิยมไม่แพ้กันโดยสีหนุวิลล์เป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวทางทะเลเพียงหนึ่งเดียวของกัมพูชา โดยจะแบ่งเป็นเกาะและหาดต่างๆประมาณ 6 ที่ด้วยกัน แต่ที่ผมไปเที่ยวชมมาคือหาด Ochheuteal ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากที่พักผมเท่าไหร่นัก บรรยากาศของชายหาดผมว่าคล้ายๆพัทยาหรือบางแสนของบ้านเรา ชายหาดและน้ำทะเลไม่ได้สวยสดใสนักแต่ดันเขียนป้ายด้านหน้าว่าเป็นหาดที่สวยที่สุดในโลก เท่าที่เห็นก็จะมีร้านอาหารเต๊นท์สำหรับนอนและแม่ค้าขายของ มีทั้งชาวกัมพูชาและนักท่องเที่ยวซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นชาวจีน โดยที่สีหนุวิลล์มีภาษาจีนกำกับไว้แทบทุกที่เรียกได้ว่าชาวจีนมายึดไว้แทบจะเบ็ดเสร็จ นอกจากนั้นเขายังมีท่าเรือซึ่งเป็นจุดที่ไว้บริการนั่งเรือข้ามไปเกาะต่างๆของสีหนุวิลล์แต่ผมไม่ได้ไปจึงได้แต่เดินสำรวจแค่บริเวณหาด Ochheuteal เท่านั้นครับ
Sihanoukville Cambodia in 2019 - WHAT HAPPENED?! ????????
Sihanoukville Cambodia was a sleepy little port city you had to visit before heading over to Koh Rong as it's Cambodia's only deep water port. In fact, this town that was only built in the 1960's had some pretty decent beaches of it's own( Otres Beach was lovely) and was a laid back tourist spot.
Not the fanciest of places, Cambodia is still developing of course - but it felt like this town could become a bit akin to Phuket in the future. The combo of Snooky (as tourists called it) and Koh Rong had the potential to make this location into a prime spot for Cambodia tourism.
Not anymore.
With massive Chinese investment and construction, Sihanoukville is unrecognizable compared to even what it was in 2014.
A plethora of casinos, gangs of Chinese, drugs, muddy streets, trash, sewage and pure construction chaos, this video is a glimpse into what Sihanoukville Cambodia was like in October of 2019.
Again, I have no issue with China or Chinese people. All countries including my own do this. This video is designed to time capsule the shocking change underway in Cambodia.
I hope that this is just a transition.

In this video we take you through our 4 day experience of Sihanoukville and in particular, Otres beach on the south coast of Cambodia.
To say we had a terrible experience (Jan 2019) would be putting it lightly and we do not want to sugar coat our experiences. We talk about the huge increase in construction and the many other reasons which contributed to our awful stay. All in all, we do not recommend it to anyone as a beach destination or anything else for that matter...

Today is the 2nd day in Phnom Penh. Now is the afternoon. Walking around to see the city near the river, seeing Cambodian people making merit, sitting by the river and go to the temples in Phnom Penh such as Phnom Temple and Anulom Temple.and evening learn Cambodia language with foreign friends at the Eleven one Kitchen restaurant.
วันนี้เป็นวันที่ 2 ที่พนมเปญ ตอนนี้เป็นช่วงบ่ายผมได้ เดินลองชมเมืองรอบๆ ริมแม่น้ำ เห็นผู้คนกัมพูชา มาทำบุญ นั่งเล่นริมแม่่น้ำ และ ได้ไปวัดในพนมเปญเช่น วันพนม และวัดอนุโลม ตอนเย็นผมเลยลองไปร่วมกิจกรรม เรียนภาษากัมพูชา กับเพื่อนๆต่างชาติที่ร้านอาหาร Eleven one Kitchen

น้ำตกบุสรา จังหวัดมณฑลคีรี ประเทศกัมพูชา (Bousra Waterfall at Mondulkiri Cambodia)
ผมเที่ยวทางฝั่งโซนตะวันออกของกัมพูชาจากรัตนคีรีไล่ลงมาที่จังหวัดมณฑลคีรีซึ่งเป็นจังหวัดที่อยู่ติดกัน โดยแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีชื่อเสียงมากที่สุดของมณฑลคีรีก็คือ น้ำตกบุสรา น้ำตกขนาดใหญ่ที่เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติมีลักษณะกว้างและน้ำไหลแรง บริเวณรอบๆของน้ำตกก็จะมีโขดหินจำนวนมากที่นี่เขาสามารถลงเล่นน้ำได้ไม่ต่างจากบึงยักษ์ลมที่รัตนคีรี ที่เขาว่าสวยที่สุดของกัมพูชาผมไม่แปลกใจเลย ขนาดผมไปวันธรรมดายัมีนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวเขมรมาเที่ยวกันจำนวนมากรถบัสจอดกันเต็มไปหมด นอกจากการได้ชมธรรมชาติความงามของน้ำตกแล้วยังมีโซนของหมู่บ้านชาวพื้นเมือง โซนของซิปไลน์ที่มีให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้เล่นกัน โซนร้านอาหารร้านขายของที่ระลึกจำนวนมาก รวมทั้งยังสามารถเดินชมธรรมชาติด้านบนได้ ค่าเข้าที่นี่สำหรับชาวต่างชาติจะประมาณ 70-80 บาท ผมขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์ไปเองก็เสียค่าจอดอีกนิดหน่อย โดยน้ำตกแห่งนี้จะห่างจากตัวเมืองแสนมโนรมย์ประมาณเกือบๆ 40 กิโลได้ ใครสะดวกจะเช่าตุ๊กตุ๊กไปเที่ยวก็ได้หรือจะสะดวกขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์เที่ยวเองแบบผมก็ได้เช่นกัน
