An Awesome Road Trip around Efate Island, Vanuatu!
One of the popular things to do on Efate Island in Vanuatu is to go on a tour of the island. You can do this by either renting a car and doing it yourself or by joining a tour.

You can choose to either do the circuit in one or two days. We chose to do it in one day with main stops at Port Vila market, Blue Lagoon, Eton Beach, Havannah Harbour, Port Vila Lookout and Mele Cascades Waterfalls. If you choose to do the circuit over two days you might want to include turtle feeding and Hideaway island into your trip.
You can hire a baby seat from most major car rental companies, but the cars don't have anchors so you will need to tie the strap around the headrest to secure it properly.
Love daytrip, which you can start around 8am and complete by 5pm. Enjoy!!
Dangerous Landing Port Vila Vanuatu
They use ATR72 on this route. But this flight was operated by DHC6 Twin Otter (YJ-AV11, prev. N564DH, built in 1978). We took the unusual north approach route through Efate valley. Mountains on both sides..pretty interesting ride. Cabin and deboarding footage included.
