???????????? KARA'S FAMOUS ONE POT PEANUT BUTTER RAMEN RECIPE!
I'm usually a biiiig measuring cup kind of girl, but for some reason with this recipe, I don't measure anything and taste it along the way. The ingredients change every time. Have fun with it!!! ????
This is for 2 servings (keep in mind i have no idea what i'm doing):
Ingredients:
Olive oil (or whatever you like)
4ish Garlic cloves
1ish inch fresh Ginger
2 of your favorite instant ramens
Salt
Pepper
Coconut aminos
Cayenne pepper
Peanut butter
Fresh Cilantro
Green onions
Toasted sesame seeds
Sriracha
1. Sauté the garlic and ginger with some olive oil
2. Add water (or veg broth!) and make the “sauce”
3. Add the seasoning package that comes with the ramen if you want, or make your own:
4. Add coconut aminos (Idk, maybe 1/3 cup?), salt, pepper, cayenne (if using soy sauce, you don't need as much or any salt!). You could also add the chopped green onions here to cook In the sauce
5. Stir in 1ish scoop of peanut butter
6. Add in noods and let it all cook together
7. Put in bowls and add fresh cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds, and sriracha!

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small business from the spare bedroom of our apartment. We discovered the world of “travel hacking” & became obsessed. So after 2 years of saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world. Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we rean out of money and went home to normal life. We started this travel vlog to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with this lifestyle and did everything we could to keep going. 4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time. Van life was a major adjustment and so different than flying every week like we were used to, but we are incredibly thankful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. ????????????

Today we're driving our 4x4 RV further south to the town of Durango, but to get there, we have to take one of the most dangerous roads in the entire USA - The Million Dollar Highway! ???? We take hairpin turns next to sheer cliffs and drive through epic mountains. It was definitely a stressful drive, but one of the most beautiful we’ve ever done! And then we arrive in Durango, CO just in time for their epic Snowdown festival, which was an absolute blast.

So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world.
Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this channel to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going.
4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time!
After ~2 years of van life, we are back to full time international traveling! And now we are in our 9TH YEAR of finding the best adventures the world has to offer :)

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment.
We discovered the world of “travel hacking” while planning our honeymoon & became addicted ;)
So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world.
Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this channel to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going.
4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time!
After ~2 years of van life, we are back to full time international traveling! And now we are in our 9TH YEAR of finding the best adventures the world has to offer :)
We are incredibly grateful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. ???????????? Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey!

Our CHAOTIC first 48 hours of Canada Van Life
???????? We didn't think it would be this stressful!
But when you choose to try out canada van life by renting a van in Vancouver during the shoulder season, I guess it's reasonable to think some places might be closed.
In this video we pick up our Camper Van from Karma Campervan in Vancouver and navigate the first 48 hours of canada van life on our way to Banff.
We make it as far as Revelstoke where we set in for our first night sleeping in a van in Canada.
After some Avalanche warnings the next day we hit the road and head into Banff national park and getting our first sites of the incredible mountains we are experience canadian van life amongst for the next few days!

No Food, No Water, No Gas in Remote Northern Canada ???????? VAN LIFE on the Pan American Highway
Van life in the far north of Canada goes something like this...The last time we were in a major town was 3 weeks ago. With only tiny grocery stores to keep us supplied with food and water, it's not long before we run out of both. But being this far north has it's advantages. We visit one final stop on our Alaskan adventures, stumble upon mama bears with their cubs, see glaciers pouring out onto the highway and realise that we have a dodgy handbrake when we're on the side of a narrow mountain road.
