In today's vlog we head to Universal Orlando Resort to see what's new! We wanted to talk about the rides and attractions that will be temporarily closing on August 9th, which are A Day In The Park With Barney, Fear Factor Live, Fast & Furious Supercharged, Poseidon's Fury and Storm Force Accelatron. We also take some time to check out some small details around the park that we've never noticed before! We also find some good spots to wait out the rain during the storm. We end our trip with a look at the Jurassic Park roller coaster construction progress and boy does it look awesome! I can not wait to ride this coaster!! Universal Orlando Resort Jurassic Roller Coaster Construction Update 8.10.20 New Track / Rock work

Universal Orlando Resort Jurassic Roller Coaster Construction Update 8.20.20 New Track In Place!
Part of the S-bend airtime hill is now in place for the Jurassic roller coaster project at the Universal Orlando Resort and a new electric fence / barrier is going up around the first portion of the coaster. Rock work continues and we also spotted the world famous Raptor in person perched upon the top of the top hat!

Jurassic Park Roller Coaster - Velocicoaster Construction Update - 8/13/20
Velocicoaster, the new roller coaster coming to Universal Studios in Orlando is still going up fast! Jurassic Park / Jurassic World Construction continues on this Islands of Adventure Intamin AG attraction to open in 2021. The Trackwork is still incomplete as we wait for the final turn to go into place! Lots of rockwork additions on the ride too, plus we take a guess at G-forces we could be experiencing during the roller coaster. #JurassicPark #RollerCoaster #UniversalStudios #Orlando #ThemePark
Today I talk about the second half of the coaster going into this Orlando amusement park, plus you get a sneak at the POV I've been working on. I talk forces and speeds of this POV, which is based off of aerials and heights of the actual coaster, resulting in a somewhat accurate rendering. Out of the second launch at a maximum of 70mph, you head up the tophat 140 feet and past the LSM Trim/Boosters. Down into a right/left in front of the Jurassic Park Discovery Center, and up into a -0.2 G stall element. Around the Helix with a floating right/left/right airhill, and overbank turn, and over the Islands of Adventure Lagoon to a heartline roll. More explained in the video!

A few days off and we're back at the Universal Orlando Resort for yet another Jurassic roller coaster construction update! Crews were again busy placing track along the layout of the ride and a significant amount of rock work formations are starting to appear. We also had the chance to meet ANOTHER BABY VELOCIRAPTOR named Tango!

Rock work for the new Jurassic roller coaster at the Universal Orlando Resort is rising high into the air now and crews have started painting several formations. A ride clearance checker is on site to make sure that none of the close encounters become a hazard for riders and show building progress continues!

Great news to report this week for the Jurassic roller coaster project at the Universal Orlando Resort as crews have placed more supports for the s-bend turn and a TRAIN HAS ARRIVED!
Rock work continues at a rapid pace and we can see more theme elements have been added to the first half of the ride.

The all new Central Park Crepes has officially opened to guests and they serve up some delicious new sweet and savory treats. Also work is moving very quickly on the new Jurassic Coaster being built at Islands of Adventure as most of the work continues on the station and rockwork details. Today we were surprised to see they were pulling a train through the track on the new Velocicoaster set to open hopefully in 2021. this is a good sign they are on track to open!

The new Jurassic World Rollercoaster at Universal's Islands of Adventure is getting some theme work done to the rock work near the Jurassic Park: River Adventure entrance. Then we head over to Universal Studios Florida to check out the brand NEW Halloween Horror Nights Tribute store for this year. Despite the main event being canceled. We also pass by Hagrid's Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure which recently shut down due to a small backstage fire that seems to has stopped operation for the time being.

Bad news for Universal Studios Orlando. The Orlando theme parks have lost billions of dollars and Universal Studios is closing rides. We rode some of the ride because they could be gone forever. We also saw the updates on the Jurassic World rollercoaster. They also might have canceled Universal's brand new Epic Universe theme park.
