ONE Year a Man Builds the Log Cabin of his Dreams Alone in the Forest, Start to Finish

It's amazing what one person can do in just one year.
My name is Bjorn Brenton, I'm 21 years old. I am a passionate outdoorsman living the life of my dreams. Therefore, I purchased a plot of land overgrown with dense bushes in the middle of the forest to bring a new blossoming life here.
I built this log cabin mostly in my spare time! It's been a labor of love, with many challenges along the way, and i loved every minute of it! For many years I dreamed of building my own house, but I was tired of just dreaming, I decided to make it a reality before it’s too late.
Building this small log home is just the beginning. There is still a lot of work to be done to make the dream a reality, and I am glad that I can share it with you.
On the first floor I will make a sauna, shower and a small room for relaxation and cooking, and on the second floor - a temporary bedroom.
The main purpose of building this log house was to gain experience for the construction of my large house, where my family and I could live permanently. Therefore, very soon I will start my new big construction
Next summer I plan to start raising livestock, maybe goats, sheep, chickens and cows. Also, my goal is to learn to live a more independent life.
All my construction and my life in the forest will be documented on this channel Bjorn Brenton

SURVIVE THE WINTER IN A SMALL COZY LOG CABIN.Documentary.

Hello everyone! I am happy to present you my short documentary without words. At the beginning of last spring, I started building a small hut in the forest with no experience. I have made many mistakes. And yet the hut turned out to be warm and cozy, I was able to survive the most severe winter frosts and snowstorms. Due to the remoteness from civilization, it is difficult for me to deliver quality materials for construction, so I use natural resources. During the year of living in the forest, I gained invaluable experience. I'm glad that I have the opportunity to share with you. Enjoy watching! Please use the subtitles for a detailed understanding.

ONE YEAR | Renovating Two Stone Cabins in the Italian Alps

I'm one year in building a homestead in these two stone barns at this plot of land in the mountains in Piedmont, Italy. The first months I focused on the electricity, water connection and creating comfortable space to live on the land, whilst I was waiting for the building permit.

FAMILY LIVES A YEAR ON REMOTE ISLAND IN THE CANADIAN WILDERNESS // FULL DOCUMENTARY

#overlanding #offgridcabin #offgrid

In this episode we arrive at the cabin after 2 years away and begin a one year journey off grid at the island. We make all of the necessary upgrades to the property to allow us to live there through a cold Canadian winter. We install a solar power system and build an insulated shed to house it. we will be unable to leave the island for 4 to 5 weeks during the freeze up period, so we need to have adequate firewood, propane and food on hand to get us safely through. Join us on an EPIC family Adventure.

1 YEAR ALONE IN A DUGOUT IN THE WILD FOREST | Bushcraft and Survival

Hello, friends! Today I'm posting a full video about how I spent winter, spring, summer, autumn and winter again in my cozy forest dugout. It will be very interesting! Enjoy watching!

Snowstorm and wolves, I'm hiding in a log cabin, off grid living

Hi guys, in this video I live alone in the forest, in a cozy log cabin, at night the wolves gathered the courage to walk around my hut. There was a heavy snowstorm during the day, and a strong wind at night. I found a second log cabin on another lake, maybe someday I'll have to spend the night in it. Thanks for watching!

14 Days Alone in the Forest: My Winter in an UNDERGROUND HOUSE from December to March

#undergroundhouse #dugout #shelter

I decided to put together in one video all the episodes about my house underground filmed from December to March. Exactly three winter months and almost 3 hours of video. In total, according to my calculations, there were 14 days that I spent alone in the forest.

100 Year Old Abandoned Village House - Bread making in chipped stone - Primitive water mill

I'm in a house built 200 years ago with a real bushcraft story where ancient people lived and is now abandoned. I made a primitive bread with this tray-shaped material made with handmade chipped stone in ancient times, it tasted incredible. It didn't taste like the breads I've ever eaten and made in my bushcraft-style camps. I should definitely try this again. I grinded corn in a primitive watermill and freshly baked my bread and ate it with melted cheese. I slept in the hammock here and it was really enjoyable.

One Year Alone in the Log Cabin | Building of the Tiny Home in the Forest

Life in the forest is very different from life in the city. It is calm in the forest, there are no those problems that haunt the modern world. Sometimes you feel like a part of nature. So I decided to build my house in the middle of a wild forest. This video you can see my life for 1 year.. During this time, I have mastered many skills necessary for survival, including construction skills. Now I'm ready to build something bigger. I have wanted to have a real big cabin in the woods for a long time, so I use all my building skills and start building a big log cabin in the woods.

Building Abandoned Underground Bushcraft Shelter for Survival, Clay Fireplace, Fishing HUGE Carp

I decided to rebuild another abandoned blast shelter near a granite quarry, built in the 1950s. This shelter is perfect for survival, the surrounding wildlife provides opportunities for long term survival, a good river full of fish, we have carp in this episode. This is a powerful story, I made the most of the setting here.
See you in the next episode.

Winter Life in a Off Grid log Cabin in the Wilderness, Ice Storm, A Cozy Homemade Meal | Tiny Home

I continue to build my camp in the wilderness in a distant and quiet forest.
There were a lot of mice in my Off Grid log Cabin, their tracks were visible on the table, they ate all my candles and food. I don't like to eat from a table with mice running around, so I made a fold out table so now that I'm not in the hut the mice can't get on my table. Also, the video turned out to be very cozy and relaxing. I made a turkey and vegetable roll. Enjoy watching it. The next episode will be very interesting. Winter life goes on.
I will be glad to each of your comments
See you, friends!

I found a new log cabin, far from civilization, off grid living

Hi guys, in this video I found a new log cabin far from civilization. I stayed in the hut for several nights, harvested firewood, fished. Thank you for watching!

Off-Grid Forest Garden, Living off the Land in the Log Cabin, Planting Fruit Trees | Homestead

Living off the land in the wild forest is hard, but in this issue I tried to make the most fertile land in the forest where I could grow vegetables and fruits. I found good fertile black soil near the river. Growing food means creating fertile soil with whatever rotting material is available in the season(For fertilizer, I sprinkled the soil with ashes). I also made a flower bed near my log cabin where I planted flowers and a small tree. I am very interested if I can grow something on this land, if you are also interested, subscribe to the channel so as not to miss.

Surviving Winter in a Log Cabin | Off Grid Building with Hand Tools, Tiny Home in the Forest

Hello my subscribers.
My name is Bjorn.
In this part, I came to my hut in the forest for 2 days. I made a design to make it convenient to clean the bark and make different blanks. also made a bench to put near the fire. I did all this with improvised means, and at the end of the day I cooked a steak with beef and vegetables. Almost all the time the temperature was about -5 degrees below zero. At 12 o'clock in the afternoon, when I was working, I saw a lot of wild roe deer, but, unfortunately, I did not have time to photograph them, I hope to capture them on camera in the second part.
Thank you all for watching, I really appreciate it. If you liked this video and want to see more videos about how I build a log house and all outbuildings, subscribe and watch the playlists so as not to miss the video.

A little history about myself.
When I was 16 years old, I already knew that I wanted to travel because I love nature very much. And I always wanted to have my own special home in the middle of a dense wild forest, where there are no people and modern problems. When I turned 19 and graduated from university, I decided to fulfill my dream. I took the minimum amount of things and went into the forest to look for a place where I would build my hut. I also always liked to film myself on camera, so I decided to film my journey. I film everything myself and edit these videos so you can follow my journey and hopefully learn as I do. I have no previous experience with this, just a visualization of what I want to achieve and willpower. So I'm happy to read useful tips in the comments.

Log Cabin The Walls are Almost Ready, Building Alone Ep 5, - Living off the Land

Building with heavy logs takes a lot longer than I expected - it's hard work, and cutting, shaping and fastening the timbers together takes a lot of time.

The temperature sometimes rises to 28 degrees Celsius, and in such heat various insects are very active, which clearly worsen working conditions, but despite certain difficulties, this week I did a lot of work on the building of the log cabin. Moose, deer, foxes and wild boars appear around the site.
To save the harvest, I made a metal mesh fence. Now my vegetables and fruits will be safe.
I also went on a photo hunt for the first time this week. I was able to photograph a lot of wild animals that live near my site. I liked shooting and photographing nature so much that I decided to open a separate YouTube channel where I will upload videos and photos of amazing wildlife. I will share the link with you soon.

Thank you for watching and for your beautiful comments!

I found a cabin miles from anywhere or anything, deep in the heart of grizzly country, and stayed there all alone. It was amazing. I hiked up above the cabin and had some heart pounding encounters with the wildlife. So join me for a little adventure in this little slice of heaven on earth.
