Fold it over again, forming a log and roll it out to smooth. Cut into even pieces. Pound them to flatten into circular shapes. Place in the proofer for 10 minutes. Remove from the proofer and fry. Orange Chicken Bao Sandwich at Panda Express Innovation Kitchen #2022VernalVittles #quarantine2022
This is a review by Megan's Mom on 4/4/22 (Monday) of the Orange Chicken Bao Sandwich which we got from the Panda Express Innovation Kitchen (3867 East Foothill Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107). The Orange Chicken Bao Sandwich features a crispy chicken strip coated in the brand’s signature Orange Chicken sauce, sliced pickles and a drizzle of sriracha aioli on a folded and toasted sandwich bao (similar to a flatbread) according to the Chew Boom website. This was $3.25 USD plus taxes only at the Panda Express Innovation Kitchen in Pasadena through April 14, 2022.
