Last year, naimbitahan kaming sumampa sa MV 2GO Masagana nang dumaong ito sa Maynila. This time naman, sinubukan ng team namin ang sister ship nitong MV 2GO Maligaya papuntang Cebu City when 2GO Travel organized a media tour! And in this video, ise-share namin sa inyo ang process and kung anong naghihintay sa inyo on board MV 2GO Maligaya.
Pero dahil hindi namin na-videohan 'yung ibang parts ng ferry, isama na rin namin ang footage from MV Masagana kasi twin ships naman sila and pareho lang ang amenities and hitsura.

VERY IMPORTANT!
Tip #1: FULL tank from Manila and Batangas as petrol is cheaper than provincial pump stations.
Tip#2: Do not entertain FIXERS inside Port Terminals unless you want to pay Php500-1000 extra.
Tip #3: Bring loads of P10, P5, P1 coins, smaller bills for paying PORT fees. Ending--Keep the change. Haha!
Tip#4: Make sure to bring 4 photocopies of OR & CR to avoid delays.
Tip #5: Lots and lots of Water. Water bottles are expensive when inside the ship's cabin and sometimes not available.
The unfortunate event happened where I lost my phone and so are my pictures and vids.

UPDATE: 9pm voyages on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays are DIRECT to Caticlan. But apparently 9pm sailings on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays make a stop in Odiongan (Tablas Island, Romblon) which entails a longer travel time. (Our trips were all direct, so I missed this detail.)

Highlights of our trip to Manila via plane and back to Davao via land. We were in Manila on Sept 1 and started travelling back to Davao on Sept 3. This definitely should be in anyone's bucket list(if any), to travel from Luzon to Mindanao.
