10 Best Places to Visit in Wyoming - Travel Video

Check out all the places seen in this video:
With nearly half of Wyoming designated as public land, the Cowboy State is the ideal destination for anyone who wants to explore the dramatic natural beauty of the American West. The most sparsely populated state in the Union, Wyoming is filled with spectacular landscapes, ranging from the thermal geysers of Yellowstone to the jagged mountain peaks of Grand Teton. The mountainous state is rightfully proud of its Wild West heritage too. Whether watching a bronco-busting rodeo or rollicking the night away at a country-music dance hall, it’s clear that cowboy culture is alive and well in Wyoming.

Travel Guide to the Cowboy State

Travel Guide to “The Cowboy State”
Join us as we chat to Governor of Wyoming, Matt Mead, and take a look at the home of some of America’s most exciting travel destinations and attractions.

It’s known as the home of some of the best wonders in the world, its Wild West history and this year sees Wyoming celebrate its 125th Anniversary as a U.S.A State but what else does this incredible destination have to offer?

Joining us in this video is the person who probably knows his state best - the Governor of Wyoming, Matt Mead, who talks to us about the fascinating history of the state going all the way back to Buffalo Bill and the Wild West to America’s first and largest national park, Yellowstone. A real sight to be seen, the site of a super volcano, 2000 thermal springs, geysers and bubbling mud pots, it is also home to the Grand Prismatic Spring, the largest hot spring in the country.

Wyoming is also famous as The Cowboy State also featuring in this video is Tim Kellogg, a real life cowboy with another, perhaps unexpected, profession - he shares all that and more as he joins the Governor in the studio.

And if you’re still not convinced, Wyoming also boasts the aesthetically stunning mountain resort of Jackson Hole, popular with Hollywood A-listers such as Harrison Ford, Sting and Sandra Bullock to name a few. For the adrenaline junkies and adventurists there are activities like skiing, horseback riding and white water rafting all at your fingertips. Anna Olson tells us about everything Jackson Hole has to offer and what you can expect as a guest.

For all this and more join our show and find out why you should pick Wyoming as your next holiday destination.

Visit Wyoming

Wyoming is known as the cowboy state, and there's no better way to experience that cowboy culture than staying at a dude ranch. Either a working Dude Ranch where you can get your hands dirty or a luxurious dude ranch with fine dining

After you stay at the Dude Ranch be sure to hit one of our iconic destinations like Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, or Devil's Tower National Monument, truly something to behold.
