I'm going to give you a great list of the top 10 things to do in Key West Florida- from beaches, delicious cuisine, and nightlife, there's something here for everyone who visits. Like many others I've always been drawn to the charm and picturesque landscape of Key West. With so much to experience here, it can be overwhelming trying deciding what activities should take top priority. That's why today I'm sharing my personal list of the top 10 most popular activities to do in the area. In this video, we're going to list off some of the top things to do in Key West! Starting off with Mallory Square, this popular square is home to a number of restaurants and shops. Duval Street is a flow of walkable, colorful bars and restaurants. Hemingway Home Museum is a must-see for any fan of the author, and mangrove islands are a nice break from the city. Finally, Jet skiing and Fort Taylor Park are perfect for a day out.

There’s a reason the island has been immortalized in songs like Jimmy Buffet’s Tin Cup Chalice and Steve Tolliver’s Key West is the Best — there are a ton of great things to do in Key West, Florida. You can spend the day sunbathing or swimming on beaches like Smathers Beach and Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Or tour one of the island’s historic landmarks like Ernest Hemingway’s home or the Harry S. Truman Little White House.
Of course, Key West is well-known for its selection of bars where you can relax with a good drink in hand. Go old school at Sloppy Joe’s, which has been around since the end of Prohibition, or try a newer spot like Hank’s Hair of the Dog Saloon or the Rum Bar. You can even tour one of the island’s rum distilleries if you want to learn more about how it’s made.
One of the best things to do in Key West, Florida is to take in the amazing views around the island. Climb the steps to the top of the Key West Lighthouse or take a boat tour around the island to get a different perspective. You can even combine some of these things and take a tour on a tiki boat, sipping a tropical cocktail while you take in the sights.
Key West is the southernmost point in the continental U.S. and you can get a picture with the marker at the spot that’s actually the furthest south. At that point, you’re only 90 miles away from Cuba.

In this episode we explore Key West, Florida.
We show you a bunch of fun things to do, whether you are alone or with a family, these things are super fun! I have to say that renting a golf cart to get around was the highlight of our day. We have 3 kids so a day of walking isn’t high on their list of fun things to do. We want to thank Sunshine Scooter for the awesome golf cart that kept us on the move. There really are tons of things to do on this cute little island so here is a handful of ideas. Pretty much everything we did was either free or inexpensive so if that’s what you are looking for here ya go. Key West is definitely a must-see place, this is our third time here and we always find something new and different to explore. We got spotted 3 different times which is always fun to connect with new people :). We want to give @KaraandNate a shout out, keep up the great job and it looks like some of our videos are being suggested after yours ❤️ Vlogger love!
