Welcome to Singapore, one of the smallest countries in the world. Singapore is an island state located off the southern tip of the Malaysian peninsula in Southeast Asia.

Besides being the world’s 2nd wealthiest country (second only to Qatar), Singapore is extremely clean and safe, boasting superior air quality and of course tons of great things to see, do and eat!

Welcome to Gardens by the Bay one of the most amazing and botanical gardens in the world. A few things you can see here is the flower dome, the cloud forest, several gardens and the supertrees.

The Supertrees are living and breathing sculptures rising above the gardens. For epic views, head up to the top of these supertrees and stroll along the 22-meter-high aerial walkway known as the Skyway to experience the Marina Bay area from a bird’s eye view.

Next up we visit China Town! It's a great place to do some souvenir shopping, eat some local Chinese food and walk around.

One of the highlights about visiting Singapore is to eat at a hawker center. This is a huge food court full of stalls. You need to eat Indian, Malaysian and Chinese. It's very inexpensive!

The Marina Bay Sands Hotel is one of Asia’s most iconic buildings and home to the world’s most renowned infinity pool. To visit the pool you must be a guest of the hotel, but you can experience incredible views from the Skypark observation deck or from one of the 57th floor restaurants.

Welcome to the Singapore Zoo! It was founded in 1973, we take a quick tour through the zoo to see the asian animals. Singapore Zoo was the first zoo in the world to have free roaming orangutans.

The River Safari is located right next to the Singapore Zoo. It’s a fascinating journey through some of the world’s largest river systems like the Nile and the Mississippi. I was especially excited to visit the Giant Panda Forest.

We are inside Thian Hock Keng Temple. It was constructed in the 1840s using the best materials from China at the time. In 1973 it was declared a national monument. Admission is free!

Orchard Road is a major tourist attraction, and when you look around it’s easy to see why. This is where you come for some serious retail therapy, and with more than 10 shopping centers, there is plenty to choose from. The 20-storey Paragon is perhaps the most famous along the strip, with stores like Gucci, Prada and Burberry. It boasts over 200 stores in all.

The Singapore Flyer is the worlds largest observation wheel. This ferris wheel has 28 capsules, each fits 28 people and it takes 28 minutes to do a complete rotation.

Little India is where the Indian community settled in over 200 years ago. Now a days it is a commercial district. They have converted these shop houses into restaurants, shops, jewelry stores and offices. It's a great place to buy gold and try indian food!

Singapore’s Changi Airport is second to none! You may actually want to have a layover here because of how many things there are to do – from a butterfly garden, to shopping and dining, relaxation areas, movie theatre, art installations, a swimming pool, and much much more.

Changi is my favorite airport in the world!

Top 10 Best Places to Visit in Singapore.
At this point, I trust everybody ought to have heard that Singapore was a dull angling town ever. In 1965, Singapore abruptly got itself a free state as it was requested that leave by different states after racial and political strains prompted riots in the between Chinese and Malays. With no characteristic assets and couple of commercial ventures, Singapore went from quality to monetary quality, adding to its port offices, budgetary administrations, IT industry and refineries, building swathes of streets, open lodging and healing facilities. Even still, there are plenty of places to visit in Singapore today.
Individuals had now thought that it was difficult to monitor the progressions Singapore had, particularly in tourism industry. So Singapore pumped various shots of adrenaline in this industry by having Formula One Night Race, Arts and Musical scenes from universal acts and working on incorporated resorts and clubhouse. Along these lines, be it a stopover or only a getaway, you need to see the main 10 attractions in Singapore.

Top 7 Things to do in SINGAPORE

Singapore is a small country but don't let its size fool you. There are so many fun things to do here and we've rounded off our 7 favourites in this episode.

One of our favourite things to do is find a vantage spot where you can get a glimpse of the city skyline and that's exactly where we head to first with the iconic Merlion Park.
Address: 1 Fullerton Rd, Singapore 049213
Open 24 hours

For our 2nd spot we head over to a quirky, fun and vibrant street near Bugis called Haji Lane. Haji Lane is known for having great cafes and shopping by day and then cool spots to dine and have a drink at night you definitely will want to visit at some point if you're in Singapore.

Singapore has world renowned zoos and aquariums and if you have enough time you should check out all four attractions. We've been to them all but in this episode, we take you inside Jurong Bird Park.

Jurong Bird Park
Address: 2 Jurong Hill, 628925
Hours: Monday - Sunday 8:30am–6pm

S.E.A. Aquarium
Address: 8 Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Island, 098269
Hours: Monday - Sunday 10am–7pm

Singapore Zoo
Address: 80 Mandai Lake Rd, 729826
Hours: Monday - Sunday 8:30am–6pm

Night Safari
Address: 80 Mandai Lake Rd, Singapore 729826
Hours: Monday - Sunday 7:30pm–12am

Now it's time for a bit of shopping and there is one area that reigns supreme if you want to spend some money. It's a shoppers' paradise and none other than Orchard Road in Singapore.
Orchard Road
Shops are normally open around 10am - 9.30pm

When you ask most Singaporeans where you should go as a tourist they will say Sentosa Island! So that's where we head to next. Sentosa Island has so much to see and do but some of the stand outs are:
Universal Studios Singapore
Address: 8 Sentosa Gateway, 098269
Hours: Monday - Sunday 10am - 8PM

Madame Tussauds Singapore
Address: 40 Imbiah Road, Sentosa, 099700
Hours: Monday - Sunday 10am–8:30pm

Tanjong Beach, Palawan Beach and Siloso Beach.

Resorts World Sentosa
Address: 8 Sentosa Gateway, 098269

For people who enjoy gardens and light shows the next stop is a must. The beautiful Gardens by the Bay where you can catch a light show at 7.45 pm every night. Seeing this place in person was just amazing, it really does embody Singapore's vision of being a garden city. It was also one of the set locations for Crazy Rich Asians. Gardens by the Bay is definitely a must-visit in Singapore!
Address: 18 Marina Gardens Dr, Singapore 018953
Hours: Monday - Sunday 5am–2am

Finally you can't say you've been to Singapore unless you visit a hawker food centre. There are so many great ones to choose from. It's where all the locals go to eat. What's not to love with great flavours and reasonable prices.
We visited Whampoa Hawker Centre
Address: 91 Whampoa Dr, Singapore 320091
Hours: Monday - Sunday 6am–10pm

Top 10 ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Movie Locations to Visit in Singapore

A travel guide to visit the 10 best ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ filming locations in Singapore. Crazy Rich Asians is a love letter to the food, culture and beauty of Singapore and in this video I’ll take you through the top attractions in Singapore that you saw in the movie. We’ll start with Changi Airport, one of the world’s best airports. When they land, Rachel comments that it “looks like an upscale tropical resort.” Changi Airport has a butterfly garden, koi fish ponds, and even a three story slide that you can ride!

2 - Newton Food Centre

Their first stop in Singapore. Nick Says: Each of these hawker stalls sells just one dish, and they have been perfecting it for generations. One of the only places in the world where street vendors win Michelen Stars.

3 - Marina Bay Sands
Probably the most famous location in the movie. One of the final scenes in the movie is shot on top of the 57th floor bar with the amazing infinity pool in the background.
4- Merlion
The Merlion is a mythical creature with a lion's head and the body of a fish that is widely used as a mascot and national personification of Singapore. 1 million people per year visit the merlion.
5 - Singapore Flyer
Singapore’s tallest Ferris Wheel, and the 2nd biggest in the world.

6 - Raffles Hotel
Where they stayed, which opened in 1887. -- you too can stay here if you have 10,000 SGD per night for a suite. Under renovation until 2019. Sip a Singapore Sling in the bar where the gin-based cocktail. You can tell that Singapore is a foodie country that with 10 food and beverage spaces that represent more than 1,100 seats for just 115 suites, it can claim far more tables than beds

7 - Chinatown Bukit Pasoh Road
This picturesque street is lined with preserved Peranakan shophouses.

8 - CHIJMES
Across the road from Raffles, it’s a 19th-century gothic chapel turned into a function space is the location for the grand wedding.

9 - Sentosa Island
This small island is home to beaches, hotels, spas, and in Crazy Rich Asians, Nick retreated to his friend Collin’s house on Sentosa, and Rachel’s friend Peik Lin invited her to a spa on Sentosa.
10 - Gardens by the Bay

Probably my favorite attraction in Singapore -- the Gardens by the Bay is where the wedding reception was held, in front of the Supertree Grove. Come at 7:45 or 8:45pm for the music and light show on the Supertrees.

''SINGAPORE'' Top 10 Best Places To Visit In Singapore

SIGAPORE :
Singapore, an island city-state off southern Malaysia, is a global financial center with a tropical climate and multicultural population. Its colonial core centers on the Padang, a cricket field since the 1830s and now flanked by grand buildings such as City Hall, with its 18 Corinthian columns. In Singapore's circa-1820 Chinatown stands the red-and-gold Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, said to house one of Buddha's teeth.

1.Marina Bay:
Marina Bay is one of the gorgeous places to visit in Singapore and is the main hub for Business, Finance and Community activities. The Marina Bay has transformed the outlook of urban Singapore and showcases the country’s economic status, stature and technological development.

2.Clarke Quay:
Nightlife in Clarke Quay is what this party hub of Singapore is really famous. Dazzling lights, beautiful people and buzzing nightclubs – these are some of the things that imprint themselves on your mind the first time you visit Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and a kaleidoscope of concept bars and pubs along the Singapore River.

3.Universal Studios:
Singapore boasts of featuring one of the most fun-filled adventure parks in the world. With adrenaline rushing rides and different world-famous themes, the universal studios Singapore has excelled in attracting tourists from all over the world.

4.Gardens by the Bay:
Gardens by the Bay offer spellbinding views of the waterfront. This Singapore tourist place is an award-winning horticulture spot that sprawls across 101 hectares of land and is basically comprised of two major areas-Bay East Garden and Bay South Garden and is one of the best places to visit in Singapore. Bay South Garden is one of the sprawling gardens, which resembles the national flower of Singapore- Miss Joaquim.

5.Raffles Hotel:
A colonial Styled Building dating back to the 1800s located in the heart of the city (2 kms from Marina Bay and 8 kms from the Sentosa Island), Raffles, Singapore will take you back to the past of Singapore. It is the most famous hotel in Singapore that illustratesthe bygone period.

6.Chinatown:
A visit to Singapore is mere incomplete if you haven’t been to Chinatown. One of the finest and must-visit places to visit in Singapore, Chinatown was initially an area of residence for several Chinese immigrants who arrived in the British Colony in those days.

7.Orchard Road:
Orchard Road is the epicentre of shopping in Singapore and is similar to London’s Oxford Street or Hong Kong’s Nathan Road. This bustling boulevard got its name after the nutmeg and pepper plantations that once lined it in the 1800s. Flanked on both sides by local and international department stores, tiny boutiques, offices, spas, beauty salons, hotels, entertainment spots, restaurants, and cafes, one could spend a whole day trawling the stretch starting from Tanglin Mall on Tanglin Road down to Plaza Singapura at the lower end of Orchard Road.

8.Singapore Flyer:
The Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest observation wheel. A one-of-a-kind experience and built over a three-story terminal building, the Flyer is 150 metres in diameter, 165 metres high, and travels at 0.21m per second (it is some 30 metres taller than the famous London Eye!) With breathtaking panorama views that are so radically different during the day and at night, it’s hard to choose the best time to take a ride, but our favourite time ti ride the Singapore Ferris wheel is around dusk, when the sunlight gives way to millions of sparkling lights.

9.Sentosa:
A fun island resort and one of the most famous Singapore attractions, Sentosa Island is solely built to offer recreation and excitement to the smile-starved souls. Few of the frequented and availed attractions include the impressive Resorts World, Tiger Sky Tower, Singapore Butterfly an Insect Kingdom, Universal Studios Singapore and one of the biggest concoctions of aquatic species in the world- SEA Aquarium.

10.The Night Safari:
The Night Safari opens in Singapore its shutter post the dusk falls and welcomes you in a thrilling world of nocturnal species and their lowly-lit homes. This Singapore tourist place is the world’s first-night safari park, Night Safari is one of the must-visit places to visit in Singapore.More than an original safari, the Night Safari shares a resemblance with a wildlife park, with some 2,500 resident animals from a myriad 130 species, including the Malayan Tiger and Malayan Tapir. The park boasts of four walking trails inclusive of the Fishing Cat Trail and the famous Leopard Trail.

10. Marina Bay Sands

9. Singapore Flyer
The Singapore Flyer is a giant Ferris wheel, only with benefits, that only start with the stunning views below. Cars hold up to 28 people as they circle above the city. The Chinese build temples to a lot of gods and other things, but the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is one of the more unusual. In the late 1980s when a Buddhist temple was first proposed for Singapore’s Chinatown, it was supposed to become a more traditional temple. Somewhere along the line it became the Tooth Relic Temple, a home for a tooth relic from Buddha.

7. Night Safari
Travelers who enjoy nightlife but are tired of the club scene should head over to Night Safari where nocturnal, not party, animals are on display. Since it opened in 1984, it is one of Singapore’s top attractions, with more than one million people annually enjoying a tram ride through seven of the world’s geographic regions. Visitors also can take a trail walk to learn more about animal habits while another section features a show on the organization’s work to preserve threatened species through captive breeding programs. Three restaurants features menus and entertainment that reflect life in the jungle or rainforest.

6. Singapore Botanic Gardens
Travelers on a budget will appreciate the Singapore Botanic Gardens as most of the gardens are free; there is only a charge for the National Orchid Garden, the most visited section of the garden. 4. Raffles Hotel
Raffles Hotel, with its graceful colonial style, is the face of Singapore. Since it opened in 1887, it quickly became THE place to stay in Singapore, with writers Rudyard Kipling, Somerset Maugham and Ernest Hemingway, among others, adding to its fame. This epitome of luxury boasts 15 restaurants and bars, including the Long Bar where the cocktail Singapore Sling was invented. The Raffles Hotel is legendary the world over, down to the uniformed Sikh doormen who introduce guests to this bit of Southeast Asian history. The lobby of the main building is open to the public while the hotel museum is hidden away on the 3rd floor.

3. Clarke Quay
Clarke Quay is another part of Singapore’s past that is still a happening place today. One of the key tourist attractions in Singapore, the quay, at the mouth of the Singapore River, was the city’s hub of commerce in the late 19th century. It still hustles and bustles today, but with a different kind of commerce: trendy restaurants, unique boutiques, pushcart vendors and more, all of which blend Asian and European influences. Once a market, always a market, except at night when Clarke Quay teems with chic nightspots.
