The site inspection is a critical time in the meeting sourcing process where your program begins to take shape specific to a destination, its hotels and venues. It is during this process that you determine if what you have envisioned on paper has the potential to be well executed, attract attendees and please all your stakeholders.
This time honored practice of conducting site inspections also has an all too familiar cadence to it. There tends to be a lot of walking, talking, pointing, and the endless regurgitation of information you have ready gleamed from the meeting planner’s guide.
