Her Majesty the Queen is officially welcomed to Balmoral Castle at the start of her annual summer break with a Royal Guard of honour, provided by the Balaklava Company, The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders & their Mascot the Shetland Pony Cpl Cruachan IV on 6th August 2018. The queen is escorted by the Officer Commanding Johnny Thompson.
Balaklava Company is part of 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (5 SCOTS) The Pipes and drums are from The Highlanders, 4th Battalion, Royal Regiment of Scotland.

Vladimir Putin of Russia made a state visit to Great Britain in June 2003. Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh had to host him and his wife at Buckingham Palace.
PAPAL AUDIENCE WITH POPE FRANCIS!-Vatican City
Every Wednesday, you can have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the Pope in St. Peter's Square at The Vatican with what's called the Papal Audience. The Pope gives prayers and blessings in several languages to the people in attendance. If you want to be close, you can get tickets (which are free) for one of two large seating areas and the Pope will either walk by or be driven by pretty close to where you are sitting. The best closeups I have of the Pope are at the end of the video, starting at around the 14:04 mark.

Pope Francis in Israel - The First Day
The first day of Pope Francis' visit to Israel began with an official ceremony upon his arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport. The Pope was greeted by President Shimon Peres, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and ministers of the Israeli government.
The Pope then flew by helicopter to Jerusalem's Mount Scopus, where he was welcomed by Jerusalem Mayor, Nir Barkat.
Following his arrival in Jerusalem, Pope Francis and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew met at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher to commemorate a meeting of their revered predecessors, Pope Paul VI and Ecumenical Patriarch Athenagoras, which took place 50 years ago in the Holy Land. The meeting of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Pope Francis in Jerusalem is a strong symbolic confirmation of the commitment and determination to continue the path which the two great Church leaders inaugurated half a century ago.
