Asking people How Much Rent they Pay in Malta

Asking people how much rent they pay in Malta ? In todays video i met people that are living in Malta and asked them how much rent they pay. Some of the answers shocked me, as poeple who moved to Malta are paying a sharing room for €375 per month. Some other people are paying €950, some €1400 and even €4500 per month. The rent in Malta for accommodation is different according to the size of the apartment and the locality. Needless to say the rent in Malta has gone high up in the past 5 years and many people are not happy about that.

The reality about Indian people living in Malta

This is the reality about Indian people living in Malta. Many people from India want to move to Malta for a better life, they are looking for job opportunities in Malta but they are faced with a lot of problems. Getting work permit for Indian in Malta is not easy, many people fall for the scam to pay a lot of money to agents in Dubai just to get visa to come to Malta. Once they are in Malta they are faced with low wages and difficulties to find accommodation in Malta. It is not easy for Indians to find an apartment in Malta because landlords do not want to rent to Indians. And this is the sad reality that needs to be addressed !

AVOID MALTA IN 2023 - It's Not What You Think ????????

Just an honest video of what's it like in St. Paul's Bay - Bugibba & Qawra in Malta. This video represents my personal opinion, plus the presented state of things here. Sustainability levels of this island are becoming exhausted.

St. Paul's Bay, Malta is a local council consisting of Bugibba, Qawra and St. Paul's Bay residential areas. Full of shops, restaurants, hotels and couple of local seafood stores. It is also the most populated town in Malta, and the town with most of the construction works after St. Julian's and Sliema.

I had a setback but I'm glad I've met and helped these friendly locals, continued to step the thousands stairs you find here, getting lost in these narrow streets (just like a maze) and finishing up with the most stunning and amazing sunset views you can get ...only on top of Senglea.

Inspiring Malta: History, Culture, and Hospitality

To even the most discerning traveler, Malta remains a mystery. Join me as we dive deep into the history, lifestyle and charm of this island nation, and discover why Malta needs to be moved to the top of your bucket list.

Malta may be small, but it is mighty. If the Mediterranean is the cradle of civilization than the Maltese Islands stand out as the very heart of the region. Rich with 7,000 years of history, home to three UNESCO heritage sites, delicious food, a relaxed lifestyle, ample scuba diving, dozens of outdoor activities, and vibrant nightlife.

Malta is comprised of three islands: Malta, Gozo and Comino. We look at each of these islands and the characteristics that make them unique.

*** Malta ***
Malta is the largest of the three, and the cultural, commercial, and administrative center of the island nation. Malta is a veritable open-air museum. The narrow meandering streets through ancient towns and villages are adorned with baroque churches and palaces, while the countryside is the site of the oldest known structures in the world. Packed into the .3 square miles of Valletta, the capital, are over 300 monuments, making it the most concentrated historical area in the world.

*** Gozo ***
The second largest island, Gozo, is accessible by ferry from Malta and offers a completely different feel. The intimate setting of a small, island community with a long tradition of warm hospitality will make you feel at home within moments of arrival.

Gozo moves at a strikingly different pace than its larger sister, Malta. Offering unspoiled bays, coves and sandy beaches, Gozo makes offers ample opportunities for water activities and sunbathing. For swimming, you can choose between secluded rocky inlets or popular bays and beaches. Gozo also offers some of the best opportunities for snorkeling and diving as well.

*** Comino ***
Comino is the third, but equally important, island situated comfortably between Malta and Gozo. Much smaller than the other two, Comino covers less than two square miles. Comino is home to the Blue Lagoon, a sheltered inlet of aquamarine water that is a paradise for snorkeling.

Why Did You Move to Malta? - Asking the public

Why did you move to Malta? The question is here. Ever since i started my channel i am seeing a huge interest in people moving to Malta. But what is it that makes Malta so attractive for people to move here ? Is it the weather ? Is it the salary ? Is it the safe environment? Answers are here

Why British people move to Malta ? - story of an Expat

Why British people move to Malta ? This is the story of a British Expat living in Malta. I asked him the most common questions:
1. Why he moved to Malta ?
2. How did he find an apartment?
3. How much he spend per month living in Malta?

Luke was very honest with his answers and he gave good advices to people who plan to move here. Making the move to Malta from the UK can seem like a daunting task, but with a little planning, it doesn’t have to be. Before you make any concrete plans, it is important to do some research on the visa requirements. Depending on how long you plan on staying in Malta and what type of work you plan on doing, you may be required to obtain a visa or work permit before entering the country. Make sure that you familiarize yourself with the various visa types available so that when it comes time to apply, you know which one is right for your situation. It’s also important to note that visa applications can take several months to process, so plan accordingly!
