????FISHBALLS IN CURRY SAUCE: Use a press machine separate the flesh from the bone. Place the fish meat in a blending machine. After it’s been blended, put fish meat, salt and ice in a pounding machine for 45 mins. Shape the fish paste into shapes of balls. Deep fry the balls and serve with curry sauce.

????CUTTLEFISH SASHIMI: Cut and clean the cuttlefish. Prepare a bowl full of ice and add watercress and cucumber on it. Slice the cuttlefish and place slices on top of veggies. Add lettuce, lime and flower on the bowl and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.

????DEEP FRIED CUTTLEFISH HEAD: Chop the cuttlefish head into small pieces and place in a bowl with douban sauce, secret salt and pepper powder and egg flour liquid. Soak the fish in cornstarch and deep fry. Serve on a plate with chopped cabbage. Add fried garlic, fresh chilli and coriander on top.

????DEEP FRIED MANTIS SHRIMP: Clean and season the mantis shrimps with garlic and secret ingredient. Deep fry in oil for two minutes until golden brown. Add salted chilli powder, garnish with herbs and serve.

????FRIED SLIPPER LOBSTER IN EGG YOLK SAUCE: Cut, clean and season the lobster. Prepare a wok and deep fry the lobster in cooking oil. In a separate pot, cook the special egg yolk sauce and then place the lobster in the sauce for 1 minute. Add flour and salted egg yolk powder and serve when ready.

Continue to add broth as you like while eating.

Add honey. After blending, add to a pan on the stove. Lightly mix. Add in the shark. Serve in a pineapple.

????????BARRACUDA: Filet and chop barracuda into pieces. Marinate with lime, salt and pepper, and lemon pepper. Cover in egg batter, flour, and bread crumbs, then pan-fry. Serve with garlic, habanero, and oil.

STONEFISH - Most Poisonous Fish In The World Cooked 2 Ways!

Synanceia is a genus of fish of the family Synanceiidae, the stonefishes, whose members are venomous, dangerous, and even fatal to humans. It is one of the most venomous fish known. They are found in the coastal regions of the Indo-Pacific.

Despite their fearsome reputation, Synanceia are edible to humans if prepared properly as the protein-based venom quickly breaks down if heated, while raw stonefish served as part of sushi is rendered harmless simply by removing the dorsal fins, which are the main source of venom. And today we are featuring all cantonese style cooking, one of the 8 main specialties of Chinese cuisine! This is less spicy than Sichuan food, this is much more elegant and refined and clear style, very delicious!

When you walk in, you'll see hundreds of different fish tanks full of seafood!

You'll see at least 2 aisles full of lobster from around the world. Australian lobster, Boston lobster, and more. And you'll also find aisles full of different crabs from around the world. The biggest ones are the Alaskan king prawns. You can order these steamed or boiled and covered in a garlic sauce. The crab legs are full of flesh! Super tasty! This is Chinese style seafood mukbang! This is way better than a regular seafood boil!

You'll also find rows of different clams, mussels, abalone, oysters, and more exotic things too. There is water beetles, snakes, and also classic Cantonese stir fry dishes too. You can eat dim sum, fried noodles, and cantonese desserts too!

This is one of the most expensive restaurants in Guangzhou for seafood. In my opinion, if you can afford to spend a little for one crab, it is totally worth it to taste the cantonese style of cooking.

The Japanese Art of Preparing Live Seafood

Ikizukuri literally means prepared alive.” This Japanese culinary technique is exactly as it sounds. You pick the fish (squid, octopus, lobster, shrimp) you want to eat from a tank full of options.

The fish is then caught, filleted, and reassembled in less than 60 seconds. When it reaches your table it’s still alive and twitching. Ideally the heart should be visible and still beating – proof that it’s the freshest possible fish that’s fit to eat.

????????GRILLED LIONFISH: Cut, gut, scale, clean lionfish. Lightly coat with flour. Grill on a flat top. For the sauce, mix coriander, red chili pepper, garlic, tomato paste, secret spices, water, and a bit of olive oil. Combine in a bowl.

????????KIBBEH: In a mixing bowl, combine cracked wheat (Bulgur) with ground tuna. In a separate chopper, blend together onion, orange peel, cinnamon, 7 spice mixture, coriander, and sea salt to create a fragrant mixture. Add this blended mix to the tuna in the bowl and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Using your hands, mix everything in the bowl until it forms a cohesive mixture. Shape the mixture into a ball and stuff it with onion for a flavorful and unique dish.

????????TAJIN: Grill and shred fish.

4. CHEZ MAGUY
ADDRESS: Bahsa street Makaad el Mir, Batroun, Lebanon

????????SAMKE HARRA (SPICY FISH): Slice the fish in half and rub it with a mixture of garlic and parsley, seasoning with salt on both sides. Grill the fish with the flesh side open. Toast cashews and sliced almonds separately in iron skillets. For the sauce, combine olive oil, salt, garlic, jalapeño, onion, diced tomato, green pepper, cloves, coriander, and nutmeg in a pan. Mix and season to taste.

????????SNAILS: In a pot, add cinnamon cloves, onion, and snails. Add water. Serve with dipping sauces: lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt.
