Frisco is an incredible place to live and has been nationally recognized as a great city numerous times; however, there are some surrounding suburbs that you can move to at a much more cost effective price WHILE still enjoying all that Frisco has to offer.
Celina, Prosper, Anna, Melissa, Gunter - although these areas are quickly catching up in home values, you can negotiate a much more buyer-friendly deal in these suburbs opposed to Frisco (generally speaking). Frisco real estate has already appreciated in value tremendously over the last two decades, so if you want to try growing some wealth by being a homeowner - it would make sense to purchase just outside of Frisco and stay for a few years.

In the summer of 2021, I moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Dallas, Texas. It was not the most pleasant of moves and I faced a few obstacles along the way.
