Today we head into the streets to explore Dar es Salaam and get a feel for what this place is like. When we arrived we started out by trying a local restaurant before heading down to the markets to explore. There we decided to purchase some football (soccer) jerseys that added a lot of energy to the video with opposing teams yelling as we went through the streets. 7 East African Presidents With Their Statehouses | Kenya vs Uganda vs Tanzania vs Rwanda
Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Burundi and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) form the East African Community. The presidents of these countries live in well protected residences called State houses or Flag houses or Presidential palaces.
This video contains a list of the seven east African presidents and their state houses.
Some of these statehouses such as the State house of Kenya, currently occupied by the newly elected president of Kenya, President William Ruto, were Built by the colonialists during the colonial era. However some of them are still new or under construction like the Chamwino state house in Dodoma that was recently completed. The construction of the Chamwino statehouse was necessitated by the shifting of the Tanzania's capital from Dar es Salaam to Dodoma. The State house is expected to be Opened by the Current president of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan.

What's Inside Dar Es Salaam Biggest Fish Market In today's episode we explore one of dar es salaam biggest fish market, locally it is known as Ferry Market but the official name is Kivukoni Fish Market located in Dar Es Salaam, East End Of Kivukoni Front, it opens daily between the hours of 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Its the best place in dar to buy and eat ultra- fresh seafood, with a number of stalls and tables set up inside the southern entrance of the market. You can find a wide variety of fish such as red snapper, kingfish, baracudda, octopus, squid, crabs, prawns and sometimes lobster.

Dancing with the SNAKE TRIBE of Tanzania
These are the Wonunguli, traditional snake dancers, and part of the Zigua Tribe in Tanzania.
My Tanzanian friend Gumbo sent me a few videos of men doing stunts with animals. Some putting them in thier mouths, some dancing, some running... with poisonous snakes. I thought this was one of the craziest things I've ever seen in my life. I had to learn more.

I'm Jason, a full-time British Travel Vlogger and YouTuber who's been to 53 countries. I've been travelling around the world full-time since 2017. So far, my trips have taken me to Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
I have travel series' from many of the world's best (and least) known destinations. I filmed the first vlogs on my channel in the summer of 2016 after spending a year living in China. A proper solo trip around Eastern Europe followed after graduating from University in the summer of 2017, taking me to Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Kosovo. This trip marked the start of my efforts to make a YouTube full-time job.
After that European trip I went heavily into exploring Asia, visiting India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea and Kazakhstan (seeing me cover a lot of Far East and Southeast Asia in particular).
I have also travelled to North Africa and the Middle East fairly extensively over the last five years, filming videos in Turkey, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Israel and Palestine.
To date, I have not yet been to Australasia or South America. Though I am hoping to visit the latter sometime in 2022, along with a first stop in the Caribbean.
I've travelled to North America just once as a YouTuber, visiting Mexico in 2021. Though I have been to both the USA and Canada, this was only as a child on family holidays.
In 2022, I took my first trip to Sub Saharan Africa, visiting both Kenya and Tanzania.
