My favourite video i've ever taken at Heathrow! From a fantastic location where you can actually see the heavies rotate off of the runway! These were filmed during the late afternoon and the last few look amazing taking off into the sunset!

A short visit to London Heathrow on a muggy August morning. I had a few hours to spare so decided to do some spotting for a few hours. Filmed from 9:15am to 11:15am on 4th August 2021. Heathrow is starting to pick up again now, both runways are back in use during the day and with summer traffic in flow and travel permitted to many destinations now provided passengers are vaccinated flow of departures was pretty steady! Which is great news. Departures this day were on RWY09R, while arrivals on the northern of Heathrow's runways, 09L.
A good mix in the bag of newer & older aircraft as well as longhaul & shorthaul flights as well as a DHL A300 freighter. Turn the volume up for lots of roaring departures! Below is what to look out for! 29 brilliant departures in half an hour, enjoy!
