BEST BURGER In Tokyo! Wagyu Juice Heaven At Shogun Burger
It has been a mission of mine to find the best burger in Japan and here it is. With three locations in Tokyo, Shogun Burger delivers the best burger with actually the best price as well. For only ¥1,200 ($12.00), this wagyu beef burger was not only the best burger I've had in Tokyo but in the world, including the States. Accompanying this piece of art is a ¥200 ($2.00) super crunchy battered chips side which gets its crunch from double frying it. First without batter on a low temp, then gets kept in the freezer for a bit, taken out and mixed through a wet batter of flour and possibly corn starch to be then thrown back in at a high temperature to get uber crunchy! Located across from Grand Hyatt Hotel in Roppongi. Why is it called Aldebaran? Because the owner is shooting for a three-star rating in the Michelin rating system. And so, he found Inspiration in the stars, literally! He chose the three stars in the constellation TaurusOne of which is Aldebaran.

I'm a big fan of burgers. Fortunately there are a few real burger restaurants within a 10-km radius of my place. I visited one of them for the first time in a few months the other day.
