BEST All You Can Eat KOREAN BBQ Buffet in Seoul South Korea
BBQs in South Korea is one of the most popular food items and a personal favorite of mine. Loads of beef, pork, veggies cooked on a hot grill or charcoal and then eaten with veggies or cold noodles is a dining experience you NEED to have while in South Korea.

On Day 3 in Seoul, we checked out Insadong, walked around Namdaemun Market, and at Korean BBQ.

00:34 Insadong - On Day 3 of our trip to Seoul we first headed over to Insadong. For some reason it was a really cold day the day we went. There wasn’t all that much open when we arrived, but we did stop to eat a poop waffle! That was the first thing we ate for the day.
1:58 Lunch - For lunch we wandered back through the restaurants around the back alleys of Insadong, and it was a pretty hard decision to decide what to eat, but we finally settled in on a nice friendly little restaurant. They had set lunch Korean food combo menus for lunch, so I had the pork bulgogi which came with all the different Korean side dishes as well. The pork was pretty good, but overall it was a decent meal.
5:31 Namdaemun Market (남대문시장) - After lunch we headed over to Namdaemun Market (남대문시장), which is another big market area in Seoul, famous for wholesale and budget things, ranging from clothes to food to just about everything. I think it’s a great area to walk around, and it’s a good area to people watch, go shopping, or enjoy some street food snacks. After shopping at Namdaemun, I snuck away to get a little bit of work done at a cafe, and enjoyed some of the beautiful internet connections in Seoul.
7:21 Dinner Korean BBQ (예송숯불갈비) - One of the greatest meals to ever eat in Seoul is Korean BBQ. To me it’s one of the world’s great forms are BBQ. Around Seoul Station where we were staying, we just walked down and road and eventually found a restaurant serving bbq and decided to eat there for dinner. This place had their own little butchery, and you just ordered plates of meat, and then they brought them out along with all the different banchan side dishes. You then cook all the meat in front of you, and eat with lettuce, sauces, and all the beautiful garnishes. I also especially enjoyed the bbq meat within the white onions and dipping sauce. Korean BBQ in Seoul is not cheap, but it is so good!

Kimbuksoon Keun Nambijip (김북순큰남비집) - First up is one of the most common and popularly loved Korean foods, Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew). They use ripe kimchi that has a beautiful flavor and acidity to give maximum flavor. From there, you can choose your meat of choice.
Price: 9,000 KRW ($6.74 USD) per bowl
Pyeongyang Myeonok (평양면옥) - Next up on this ultimate Korean food tour we’re eating a classic version of Naengmyeon (Buckwheat Noodles) at one of the most famous restaurants to eat it at in Seoul.
Price: 15,000 KRW ($11.23) per bowl
Sigol Gamjaguk (시골감자국) - The first time I tried Gamjatang (Bones and Potato Stew), it immediately became one of my favorite dishes in South Korea. The bones are cooked until tender and the soup is loaded with chili flakes, perilla leaves, and perilla seeds.

Taegeukdang Bakery - In between eating we took a quick break to meet the CEO of Korea Tourism Organization at the oldest bakery in Seoul, serving traditional Korean pastries and sweets.
Gangwon-jeong (강원정) - One of the most soothing of all Korean foods is Samgye-tang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). The chicken is cooked until fall apart tender and the rice inside absorbs all the ginseng and chicken juices as it cooks.
Price: 17,000 KRW ($12.73 USD) per bowl
Pro Soy Crab - Finally, one of the extreme delicacies of Korean food is Ganjang Gejang (Soy Marinated Crab). The blue crabs are raw and marinated in sweet soy sauce. The roe is so gooey and melts in your mouth.

Before my food adventure begins in Busan at the Haeundae Market, I had to try some street foods, which was a great start to my food day. Then I ate some fresh eel and be aware if you eat eel because the eel was still moving while it was cooking. For my last stop, I had some amazing Hanwoo beef in Busan, and it was one of the most tender and juicy beef I had in Korea.

MUST EAT Korean BBQ in Myeongdong | Seoul Yum Yum Adventure
You can’t visit Seoul in South Korea without tasting at least once some delicious Korean BBQ, the ultimate Korean meal to not miss! While hanging around Myeongdong, we ate at Wangbijib which is a Korean BBQ restaurant serving a tasty range of grilled meats with side dishes included in the set to accompany the meal.
Their premium pieces were grilled to perfection by the waiters, making the meat tender and flavourful on every bite. It was truly a mouth-watering experience from start to finish!
