Our E-Bike trip to La Mata on Market Day and The Salt Lake of La Mata - (Torrevieja) Costa Blanca
Mike and Yvonne take the 4 mile trip on their e-bikes to La Mata to see the popular Wednesday street market. Yvonne needs a new coat and Mike needs some warm pants as the nights draw in. They also visit The Sea View Internacional Restaurant on La Mata Beach for their very good value meal of the day (Menu del dia). On their way home they call at the Blue Salt Lake of La Mata (Laguna Salada La Mata) Some spectacular drone footage of the area is in there and great views of Between the Lakes can be seen.

Torrevieja - Urban life and nature side by side
Torrevieja is situated on the Costa Blanca, approximately 40 minutes south of Alicante airport.
It isn’t a resort in the package holiday sense, there are only a few hotels and the area is much loved by the Spanish who flock here during the summer months for their holidays. The town is surrounded by excellent urbanisations, all with pools and beautiful gardens and the whole area enjoys fabulous beaches with fine sand and crystal clear waters.
Thousands of people from the north of Spain and northern Europe have set up home permanently in the town. The local people, are friendly and welcome both national and international tourism. English is widely spoken.

A trip to the Mariners Market on Passeig Vistalegre. On between 8th -12th October 2021. A great market with interesting and creative stalls. We see drone shots from the sea of the area including the harbours and fantastic town of Torrevieja. We had a nice meal at the Pizzeria Centro.

I brist på saker att göra under det rådande läget (covid-19) har jag klippt ihop en video från Malaga - från december. På grund av situationen har jag varit i Stockholm sedan januari.
