Epic Adventure at Sossusvlei and Deadvlei | Namibia - EP. 135

This episode is from my little exploration of Namib-Naukluft National Park – one of the most popular destinations in Namibia. After a night in the camping bathroom I got up ridiculously early to catch a lift to the heart of the park. Walking around the mysterious Deadvlei, Sossusvlei, Big Daddy and Big Mama dunes was just something else. And let's not forget about the Big Mini Dune, which I managed to conquer!

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family lead as normal a life as possible so please donate generously:

Welcome to Botswana! My First Experience on Okavango Delta - EP. 137

The moment I entered Botswana I had no set route or list of things to see. I just knew Botswana is famous for the Okavango Delta, large population of elephants and nicest people... Oh, and let's not forget sand, yes... I knew there's lots of sandy roads in Botswana. And right on my first day, I nearly ticked all of these boxes. As I got to Maun, I got lost and had to practice my sand riding. After which I desperately needed a little time on the bike. When I got an invitation to join my new friends for a little bit of boating and kayaking on the river – who am I to say no? How hard is it to kayak 25km, right?! When I saw how skinny this kayak was, I was too late to turn around. Despite all the challenges and risks, it was one hell of an adventure. And the most important part, no crocodiles ate us! Phew!

Trampolin de la Muerte

Trampoline of Death
Route from Mocoa to Pasto in Colombia
Let's Go Again

Driving the Trampoline of Death across the Andes from Mocoa to Pasto, Colombia Dashcam Time lapse

Driving time lapse of Colombia's famous Trampoline of Death which crosses Andes mountains from Macoa to Pasto, Colombia (actually we stopped at Laguna de la Cocha, a little before Pasto).

This dangerous road isn't quite as bad as it used to be since it has been upgraded in parts over the last few years, however, it's still a windy unpaved road across very high mountains that only allows for one lane of traffic in places.

See more on our travel blog

Trampoline of Death - Riding Solo Around the World

Trampolin de la Muerte - Ruta 10 Mocoa - Pasto, Colombia. On a BMW R 1250 GS Adventure

An uneventful ride from Mocoa to Pasto, through the Trampolin de la Muerte part of Ruta 10. Well maintained gravel, so no issues with the road surface. But in order to keep things safe you need to pay attention to the incoming traffic. The mini-bus drivers don't really drive as one would on a road like this, hence the concerning number of yearly accidents.

WRONG ROUTE the best moments of the most beautiful women of COLOMBIA MEDELLIN

he Center is a great place if you want to experience the real Medellin. There is so much to enjoy, from the sprawling office towers along Avenida Oriental to the small shops that dot the alleyways of El Hueco, you'll find plenty of bustling activity throughout the day.

There is also much historical and cultural history to be found in this sector of the city. The Center has one of the largest churches in the world, the oldest church in Medellin, the tallest building in Medellin, sculptures by Colombia's most famous artist, and much more.
plus.

Prices in El Centro generally tend to go down here. If you're looking for the cheapest clothes available, El Centro (and the Centro de la Moda in Itagüí) have the lowest prices in the Medellin metropolitan area.
