Walking street Strøget is a pedestrian, car free shopping area in Copenhagen, Denmark. This popular tourist attraction in the centre of town is one of the longest pedestrian shopping streets in Europe at 1.1 km. Located at the centre of the old city of Copenhagen, it has long been one of the most high-profile walking street in the city.
The main street is bound on the west by City Hall Square (Danish: Rådhuspladsen) the central town square by Copenhagen City Hall, and on the east by Kongens Nytorv (The King's New Square), another large square at the other end. But the Strøget area is actually a collection of streets that spread out from this central thoroughfare. Components of the pedestrianised network are:
1-Frederiksberggade
2- Gammel Torv / Nytorv
3-Nygade
4-Vimmelskaftet
5-Fiolstræde
6-Jorcks Passage
7-Købmagergade (connects to Nørreport Station via Kultorvet)
8-Amagertorv
9-Østergade
About 80,000 people use Strøget every day at the height of tourist season in summer, and about 48,000 do so on a winter's day. On the last Sunday before Christmas as many as 120,000 may use Strøget. Jan Gehl believes that Strøget is now roughly at its handling capacity on a summer's day, given its width at 10–12 metres and space for roughly 145 people/minute.

Hi Guys in This video, i will show you Copenhagen food market (Torvehallerne).
Torvehallerne is situated right by Nørreport Station, and offers more than 80 shops.
Several Copenhagen shops are also present at Torvehallerne, and among others you will find the tea shop Tante T, Cofoco Supermarché and the famous chocolate Summerbird.
Torvehallerne were designed by architect Hans Hagens and opened in September 2011.
I also walk through Nørreport train station to Strøget, the most touristic and famous walking street in Copenhagen, which is one of the longest walking street in Europe, where you can buy all popular brands from Denmark and Europe.
In this tour you also se the most popular Round Tower of Copenhagen, which is called Rundetårn/Rundetaarn. Round Tower Located today on one of the city center's busy shopping streets, it's easy to escape the crowds and walk up the wide spiral path to the top of the tower. Christian IV built the tower in the early 17th century.
