In this video I'll talk to you about the stimulus check and the stimulus bill under the CARES Act. We're also going to discuss the HEROES Act. You'll get important information about the CARES Act unemployment so I hope this helps you to learn everything about the stimulus check and the status of your stimulus check money! This stimulus package has provisions to help with unemployment and provide help for small business owners. Sadly, there's nothing in this stimulus package to give additional help to the HEROES and essential workers who have been working this whole time during the pandemic.
Since the CARES ACT passed back in March, I've made several videos about small business forgivable loans like the PPP loan (Paycheck Protection Program) as well as the EIDL Loan (Economic Injury Disaster Loans) from the small business administration (SBA). The EIDL Loans expired now and this bill should have a second round of PPP loans for small businesses.
I put a lot of research in these videos and I hope you enjoy this stimulus update. And I try to answer as many questions as possible about the second stimulus and the second stimulus check as well as the stimulus check second round and second stimulus payments and discuss the important question: will there be a second stimulus check.
The Senate is finally back to work and it's time to find answers for the stimulus check 2 and 2nd stimulus check update. So kevin hasset the white house economic adviser was interviewed and he was talking about the job report that was released on friday that surprised every economist including himself... all economists thought we would lose 7.5 million jobs in may but instead the US gained 2.5 million jobs... and unemployment rate went from 14.7 to 13.3. and he said that this was a direct impact of the last stimulus package the cares act where 4.5 million small business got stimulus money in the form of ppp loans which had them ready to hire back their workers when the states reopen like whats happening now. when he was asked specifically will there be another stimulus package the answer was very clear. YES THERE DEFINITELY WILL BE.. Kevin hasset continues to say that the president asked him to continue watching the numbers closely and then come up with a menu of options for him depending on those numbers then he says if we keep getting good numbers like this going into july then it will be a very different phase 4 bill. the last stimulus package is a bridge to keep us going to the end of july and we're gonna use that time to monitor the economy and think what the best policies are but IM SURE there will be a phase 4 deal

In this video we'll clarify what happened with the extra $500 for qualifying dependents that's missing from the stimulus checks that went out to those who are on social security, SSDI and SSI who and used the non filers tool to add their information. In this video I'll talk to you about the stimulus check and the stimulus bill under the CARES Act. We're also going to discuss the HEROES Act. You'll get important information about the CARES Act unemployment so I hope this helps you to learn everything about the stimulus check and the status of your stimulus check money! This stimulus package has provisions to help with unemployment and provide help for small business owners. Sadly, there's nothing in this stimulus package to give additional help to the HEROES and essential workers who have been working this whole time during the pandemic.
Since the CARES ACT passed back in March, I've made several videos about small business forgivable loans like the PPP loan (Paycheck Protection Program) as well as the EIDL Loan (Economic Injury Disaster Loans) from the small business administration (SBA). The EIDL Loans expired now and this bill should have a second round of PPP loans for small businesses.
I put a lot of research in these videos and I hope you enjoy this stimulus update. And I try to answer as many questions as possible about the second stimulus and the second stimulus check as well as the stimulus check second round and second stimulus payments and discuss the important question: will there be a second stimulus check.
The Senate is finally back to work and it's time to find answers for the stimulus check 2 and 2nd stimulus check update. white house advisor kevin hasset said yesterday the odds of a phase 4 stimulus package are very very high. Even if data on output and jobs continue to surpass expectations. he also said that he expects the economy to add another 3.5 million to 4 million jobs in june. and even if that happened works remains to be done by congress to ensure that a solid recovery takes root. So far I really like what he had to say... but thats not it. he also said that there are a lot of things that need to done so when we reopen the economy takes off and the odds of a phase four stimulus was discussed with the president last week and we even had a small meeting this morning to talk about it and the odds are very very high. So every day now we keep getting reassurance that a second stimulus package is coming with kevin hasset saying it's definitely coming one day and now saying the odds are very very high and all that. but again we are not getting much talk about whats going to be included in that bill exactly and specifically speaking we're more interested in the $1200 stimulus check.

So as you all know the second major stimulus package... the heroes act passed the house on May 15th and still nothing happened to it in the senate... other than criticizing it... many have commented.. I received my first stimulus check already but I'm still waiting on my second stimulus check... the second stimulus check is part of the heroes act which only passed the house so far.. but needs to pass the senate and the president to be official.. and those two steps didnt happen yet... but here's what we're hearing now from senate democrats according to the hill.com ... Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.), a member of the Senate Finance Committee, said he wants the next round of stimulus to be more focused on the households that have been hardest hit by the shutdown caused by the pandemic.... when he was asked if he supports a second round of stimulus checks.. he said I’d like to take a look at all that aid we provided and get good economic information on the value for that, from the point of view of our economy but more importantly on fairness to people who are really hurt, he also said the direct payments made more sense in March when Congress wanted to get money out the door as quickly as possible. But now, as states are allowing businesses to reopen around the country, he says lawmakers should look at who will most need relief in the coming months..... Another senator... senator Ron Wyden (Ore.), the senior Democrat on the Finance Committee, said he would back another round of direct payments but that they’re not his top priority.... here's his quote “I would support additional payments, as well as fixing problems with the first round of payments like the exclusion of dependents and citizen children of immigrants. My top priorities are tying expanded unemployment benefits to economic conditions and providing more help for the smallest of small businesses,

So there has been a lot of talks in the senate over when the second stimulus package will pass. This past Monday, senate majority leader Mitch McConnell said “I'm predicting that we will have one more rescue package which we'll begin to debate and discuss next week, I’m sure this is great news for a lot of people who have been struggling throughout this pandemic. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate actually declined to 11.1 percent. Although some experts reported that the actual unemployment number could be higher than what it’s being reported. Congress is already feeling the heat to pass another stimulus package as the $600 federal unemployment benefits to expire at the end of this month.
So congress has been on break since July 3rd and goes until July 17. They will return in session this Monday, July 20th. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in an interview he did with CNBC on July 9th, “As soon as the Senate gets back [from its current break], we are going to sit down on a bipartisan basis with the Republicans and the Democrats, He also said that, “will be a priority for the next legislation to be passed between July 20 and the end of the month.”
So even though Congress was on break, it seems like they’ve been utilizing their time to gather information to work on the next stimulus package. Sen. Mitch McConnell said as soon as they return from their break on Monday, he will start talks with the Senat Republicans and Senate Democrats on the next stimulus package. So this means that the Senate has until Aug. 7 to debate and vote on the next stimulus check. Now for some of you might not like to hear this but let’s say hypothetically Congress don’t pass anything until Aug. 7th. The Senate will be on their second break from Agu. 10th, to Sept. 7th, since the start of the discussion for the second stimulus check. The Senate won’t be back in session until Sept. 8th and will work thru Sept. 25
I don’t really think it will take that long to past the second stimulus check as the election will be approaching us. election time.
So how big the next stimulus package will be?
So let’s look at some numbers and what we’re working with now. The Democrats passed the massive $3 trillion in the house back in May. Ever since that the bill, the ball has been over the Senates courtyard. Remember Senator Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans had a major issue with this $3 trillion package. They said it coasted too much and they shouldn’t take it lightly adding more debt into the national debt, As of now, Republicans have not introduced any stimulus package yet, although we have heard Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said, he would not be interested anything that’s more than $1 trillion.
So before the republicans unveil their proposal, they will need to sort things out within their own party. So off course Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats don’t like the idea of $1 trillion as they wanted to spend on more testing and contact tracing. Trump also showed interest bigger stimulus package, than the $1 trillion. Also, this next round of stimulus check could have an income limit of $40,000 a year instead of the $75,000 a year from the last stimulus check.
We now know McConnell, Trump and other White House officials are interested in some type of liability protection for businesses who reopen. I think we’ll see some type of protection for business on this next package.
But this coming Monday, July 20th will be a very important date as we will receive more information about what the next stimulus package from the Republican will look like.
