Back with another Seattle video! Today, instead of focusing on on the Seattle Link light rail system, we turn our attention to an interesting piece of the city's history: the Seattle Center Monorail.

Built for the Century 21 Expo in 1962, this elevated monorail line connects Westlake Center and Seattle Center in Downtown Seattle and is a pretty cute sight-seeing train (despite the price being $2.5 oneway for not a lot of coverage). Enjoy the video!

Join us on an exciting monorail journey through the heart of Seattle! In this video, my friends and I take a ride on the Seattle Monorail from Westlake Link Station to Seattle Center. We capture the stunning views of the city as we soar above the streets and skyscrapers. From the bustling downtown to the serene parks, the Seattle Monorail gave us a unique perspective of the Emerald City. As we arrived at Seattle Center, we were greeted by the iconic Space Needle and a lively atmosphere. This video captures our memorable monorail trip with friends and showcases the beauty of Seattle.

The Splendid Fall Colors at Seattle's Washington Park Arboretum

The 230 acre, Olmsted-designed Arboretum is one of Seattle's crown jewels for outstanding scenery. I always rank it in the ten most beautiful places to see in Seattle.

The fall foliage transforms this park into a giant Impressionist painting. The striking yellows, golds, reds, oranges, and browns are a treat to view and to photograph. Enjoy your photo tour of this gorgeous park. I made the photos in this show from an October visit to the park.

Fall Color in Seattle's Volunteer Park

One of my favorite places to enjoy fall colors in Seattle is at Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill. This lovely historic park wears the bright colors of fall with grace and elegance. This video features photos I have made from several fall visits to the Park. It has several images made from the Observation Deck of the Water Tower. In addition, it shows views of the majestic Parker/Fersen mansion located next to the south entrance to the Park.
