When I started exposing scammers in India, I knew I had to be careful. My YouTube channel got so big that the scammers now recognise me. Scammers caught me while was trying to film a fake official tourist centre scam in New Delhi. Watch me run! ????
This wasn't the first time I've been recognised by an Indian scammer. The first time was on Barakhamba Road in New Delhi. A scammer walked past me and started yelling Police! Police! Police! at me. He was teasing me because he's seen my videos. That's the point where I knew I had to be far more careful.

SAVED FROM A SCAMMER in India (Beggar Scam Exposed)
Beggars in India will approach you all day long with a scam where they ask you to buy them expensive food items from a nearby supermarket. Find out exactly what they do with these items you give them and how you can really help people who really need charity in India.
Shot in Mumbai, this auntie and her entire family work the streets every day running this scam. During the scam, an Indian Nun came up to me to help me and stop me being scammed! She was terrific and demonstrates the lengths Indians will go to to help foreign guests in their country. This Nun actually knew the family and told me this women's daughters are being educated by her at a Christian missionary charity called Prem Dan.

Catching Scammers in India (Undercover Investigation)
Over 3 nights in Delhi, a cybercrime investigator and I entered scammers' lairs looking for work. This is what we found.
Delhi is one of the scam hubs of the WORLD. And I've had enough of it. So Govind and I set out to infiltrate as many scam call centres as we could in 3 nights! We fired up our hidden cameras and went undercover inside 3 scam call centres located across Delhi. Watch these scammers in action as they shamelessly try to hire Govind to scam foreigners and Indians with fake Tech Support, Amazon, Cash App, and PayPal scams.

After all that work, we reported the call centres to the Indian Police and handed them all the recordings and locations. We gave them 2 months to take action. But nothing happened.

Lying Blind Scammer in India (How to Avoid Sympathy Scams!)
I didn't expect to be scammed in Northeast India by a man pretending to be BLIND. I was busy filming the Ema Market shopping tour video in Imphal, Manipur when this guy approached me asking me to film his sad story about being blind and needing money to purchase all the medications the doctor had prescribed him. He even had the prescription to show me the costs!
As soon as someone starts asking you for money or bringing money into a conversation in India, you know it's a scam. Especially when they AREN'T blind and they have this fake prescription all prepared to show you.
They target Westerners and our sympathy. It's called sympathy scamming when they start telling you a big sad story to gain your sympathy and scam money from you while you travel around India as a tourist. It's very common in India.

The WORST Tourist Trap in India
This restaurant and souvenir shop on India's famous Golden Triangle route is the worst tourist trap I've ever come across! The souvenirs are massively marked up, their cruddy restaurant charges 5-star prices, and they're busy breaking the law by rubbing out the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) on their snacks too.
This video will also help you learn the basic prices for souvenirs in India. Always buy them from a market rather than greedy stores like these. Even your hotel's souvenir store will be a better option.

I CAUGHT Scammers Preying on Tourists in Dubai! (Herbal Hair Loss Scam)
There's a lot of street scammers in Dubai, especially in the touristy Bur Dubai and Souk areas! They approach you on the street and promise to cure your hair loss or weight issues, but it's all a scam.
They take you on a shopping tour of multiple stores. The first store is legitimate and you buy a cheap item. Then they take you to 1 or 2 other stores where they, and the store owner, try to sell you grossly overpriced spices for the hair loss formula. They'll try to charge you up to 3000 Dirhams ($800) for their magic cure. Many tourists pay these crazy amounts just to get out of the store.
If you want some real herbal ayurvedic hair loss advice, see Try Ayurveda for hair loss You can find many such formulas online and make them yourself, or buy readymade from an Indian store.
This miracle cure scam and many others are all across Meena Bazaar. There are people selling fake watches, overpriced dates, low-quality Indian clothing, and counterfeit sunglasses that they will tell you are real. Meena Bazaar, Bur Dubai, Deira, Gold Souk, Grand Souk, Spice Souk, and Utensil Souk are a hub for scammers. Do not trust anyone on the street in Dubai! Shop at reputable stores and not back alley stores.
A man who works at a shop in Mina Bazaar said he has seen the touts approaching potential victims. “It’s disgraceful how these hawks prey on people’s insecurities. They are master manipulators. It’s a con ring involving the people on street. If I hear people asking for these shops, I warn them it’s a scam,” the man added.
“The shops have legitimate businesses licences and products. But they also sell dud stuff that doesn’t work,” he added. - Victims warn of hair-loss ‘cures’ offered by street touts
Gulf News spoke to Dubai Police about the issue and they said that if a customer feels he or she is annoyed or harassed by the shopkeepers then they can call the police command room on 901 or go to the nearest police station to register a complaint.

The SCAM I Could Never Capture on Camera (and How to Avoid It!)
A beautiful girl approached me in the spice aisle of a supermarket while I was travelling in Pakistan and asked if I wanted to go back to her house. What would you do? I'll tell you what I did and why you should be wary of such propositions while travelling overseas.
There are two scams that can happen to you. These two scams I could never capture myself because they're too risky. They are the Black Widow scam and the Honey Trap. Both are similar where a target is seduced then robbed, extorted, or blackmailed.
While making friends overseas be sure to spend some time with them before going back to their houses. And always make sure you send your GPS location to someone while you're travelling overseas, especially when going anywhere with a stranger.
The black widow scams usually only happen to men. But both men and women have been caught up in honey traps.

Undercover in India's Most Notorious Black Market (I Got Caught!)
I got caught filming undercover in India's most notorious black market - Heera Panna Bazaar in Mumbai. The market is famous for the sale of counterfeit luxury designer goods including handbags, watches, shoes, sunglasses, perfume, and shoes. You'll find all world's biggest designer brands there like Gucci, Rolex, Dolce & Gabbana, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Christian Dior, and more.
Heera Panna Shopping Centre (हीरा पन्ना शॉपिंग सेंटर) actually started out as India's first Grey Market where Indians could buy luxury and premium goods that weren't yet available in India. Everyone, including Bollywood celebrities, used to shop there. But the market has suffered due to brands opening stores in India, and online retail. Now it's transformed in a counterfeit designer goods market.
Every few years it's raided by various Indian authorities. But despite that it continues to operate openly. They even have spotters located at the doors to spot for Police or cameras - I found that out first hand and had to quickly leave!

What you'll also notice in this video is both drivers trying to collude on price with other drivers whenever you're in a group situation hiring multiple drivers to get everyone from A to B. They'll always be trying to bargain and asking the other driver how much they're getting - rather than using the meter which avoids all this hassle.

Pakistani Police Bust Me... Eating Fish! (A Warning for Tourists)
Can't a man just vlog and eat fish in peace in Pakistan? While eating in the Sikh holy city of Nankana Sahib, an unidentified security service agent finds me in a restaurant and reports me to the local Police station. Then a Punjab police officer sits next to me and forces me to ride back to my hotel with him.
According to that Punjab police officer, the protection of foreign tourists is their responsibility. However, I don't think there's any rule like that in Nankana Sahib. The only places that require you to travel with a security guard in Pakistan are, as far as I know, southern Punjab (below Multan) and Balochistan.

Would YOU Trust Him? Dubai's Beggar Scammers EXPOSED
Dubai is full of scammers targeting tourists! Don't believe all the professional beggars you'll meet on the streets there. I bump into one in Bur Dubai and show you his exact script, then explain the difference between professional beggars and corner beggars run by gangs.
Beggars are sent to Dubai en masse just before Ramadam every year to pray on Muslims' goodwill during this time. Col Mohammad Akeel says, “Most of the beggars were visitors. They come down during Ramadan for easy money as they know people here are helpful and sympathetic. We have a team of officers to crack down on beggars at residential areas and near mosques. I reported this man to the Dubai Police afterwards. Report beggars by calling Dubai Police on 901 or Al Ameen Service on 800 4888. Report online via or Police Eye in the Dubai Police app.
Only donate to registered charities in Dubai. Charities are regulated in UAE so you can have faith your money is going to good use.

Avoid this tourist SCAM in Colombo, Sri Lanka. ????????
When travelling in Sri Lanka as a foreigner you'll no doubt be approached by men who try to appear as friendly citizens. They will attempt to coax you to somewhere, such as a beautiful temple that you must go and see. Watch as this man follows me through the streets, desperately trying to convince me to go see the (fake) Tsunami Temple, despite me showing zero interest in it.
These scammers and their cheap tricks are not representative of the genuine good people of Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, as foreigner, they will be seeking you out so it would be easy to think that every local is bad when in fact it's a very small number of bad people.

Fighting Back Against Indian Parking Gang (How to Avoid Overcharging in India)
Overcharging can happen in any store in India, but car parks are notorious for it. There are even parking mafias in India who unofficially charge you for parking in illegal spots. These goons at the Haus Khas Village parking complex in New Delhi are real scammers. When you try to exit they'll always try to overcharge you!

To avoid parking scams, when you enter take a receipt with the time and price of parking. Upon exit calculate how much you owe them and stick to your guns when they try to overcharge you. If you put a fight, they'll give in and charge you the real rate.
Parking in Delhi is generally ₹20 per hour only. Actually, whatever you buy in India, always check the receipt for overcharging.

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) scams have become a growing concern in recent years as more and more people are using digital payment methods for their transactions. These scams usually involve fraudsters posing as genuine service providers or government agencies and luring users to share their UPI credentials or personal information. Once the fraudsters get access to the user's UPI credentials, they can easily transfer money out of the user's account.
Common UPI scams include QR code scams, fake customer care scams, and lottery scams, among others.
To protect oneself from UPI scams, it is essential to be cautious while sharing personal information online and to verify the authenticity of any payment request or service provider. Users must also avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading apps from unverified sources.
In case of suspicious activity, users should immediately report the issue to the concerned authorities and their bank.
