During our tour of EYL we gained knowledge and experience, the next day we spent our tour and exploring the city of EYL was amazing, we stayed at a hotel called Beach Hotel which is on the banks of EYL beach.
EYL is a coastal settlement in the Nugal region of Puntland and has a long history of traces, with British and Italian colonialists competing, as well as a battle between Sayid Mohamed Abdille Hassan and the British who eventually assassinated the British-led leader. named Richard Corfield.

Hundreds of young people and families in Mogadishu are flocking to the weekend for a relaxing atmosphere on Jazeera beach which is about 13km South of Mogadishu.
The Young people often arrange to play soccer on the beach and then swim in the sea, while families and children go swimming and watching with a takeaway lunch.
In recent times, Somali teenagers have become popular on social media, where you can see them recording a variety of amazing videos on the beach side.
There is also a large sand dune beach on the south coast of Jazeera which is one of the tourist attractions with many young people playing sports
Also on the north coast lies the Jazeera village neighborhood, an area with many boats on the front, which is mostly populated by fishermen.
If we go back in history, the beaches of Jazeera and Gendershe were places of relaxation these days that make the mind forget about weekdays.
There is a restaurant on the beach where you can find fresh seafood as well as locals prepare snacks such as mashmash, sandwiches, potatoes, rice, shrimp, peppers etc. which are sold to tourists at low prices.

A group of tourists traveled to the ancient town of Eyl in the northern Nugal region about 220km from the coast of the Puntland capital Garowe.
The journey began by air from Aden Abdulle International Airport in Mogadishu and the tourists arrived in Garowe where they proceeded on a six-hour road trip to EYL.
