In today's video, I will be traveling to back to one of my Favorite countries: El Salvador! El Salvador has everything you could ever want. From El Tunco (surf city) to El Volcan Santa Ana, there is unlimited opportunities to explore the country I call my second home. San Salvador is the capital and the largest city of El Salvador and its eponymous department. It is the country's political, cultural, educational and financial center. The Metropolitan Area of San Salvador, which comprises the capital itself and 13 of its municipalities, has a population of 2,404,097.
Once we arrive in San Salvador, we will visit the Picnic Steak house and the Paseo El Carmen (one of the best street food and shopping places in the country). We will eat our way through the most famous street in San Salvador.

Up until very recently, the country saw one of the highest murder rates per capita and gang violence was common. But since earlier this year, the country has seen a huge transformation, quickly becoming one of the safest countries in the region. How did this dramatic shift come about?
We are Oskar & Dan, two boys from Sweden who decided to change the course of our lives, drop out of university, and live life full-time.
