In August the Covid-19 situation in Europe was not too bad and many countries opened up for travel. I decided to do a solo trip and head to Slovenia which had been on my bucket list for quite some time. After getting a rental car at the Ljubljana Airport I drove directly to Lake Bled. Road trip through Slovenia: Part I: Ljubljana. What to do, where to eat and stay...
Hi everyone! We are back, but this time not from Sweden.
This video is our first Travel Video! And so - there we go. We travelled to a country that we immediately fell in love with: Slovenia.
We fell head over heals in love with Slovenia even tough we just saw a tiny bit of what that small country has to offer.
We spent some days in Ljubljana, Radovljica, Lake Bled, hiked the Velika Planina, as well as the Triglav National Park and saw the beautiful Soca Valley.
Our first stop was the Slovenian Capital Ljubljana. Slovenia is home to just 2 million people and 275.000 of them live in Ljubljana. And just a side note - they are incredibly friendly and welcoming and also have a great sense of humor.
Ljubljana is a city for strolling, chilling, eating, drinking, getting lost down winding lanes, finding cute boutiques, shopping local foods at the markets and so on and on...

Slovenia is a corner of Europe that first caught my attention when I decided to backpack through Eastern Europe over 10 years ago. Whilst it's a relatively small country it is easy for visitors to see various landscapes relatively quickly.
This video gives you some suggestions about where to go if you are restricted to public transportation throughout the country. I've pieced together destinations rather different from one another with the intention some place will catch your eye.

I took a week long road trip through Slovenia in June with my friend Brenden Williams. It was my first time traveling to Slovenia and we went to Maribor, Ljubljana, Lake Jasna, Lake Bohinj, Triglav National Park, Mount Vogel, Napoleon Bridge, Zelenci and Lake Bled and explored some unknown places along the way. I am excited to share everything I learned about food in Slovenia, where to hike, where to stay, how easy it is to get around and how cheap it is to travel in Slovenia.

Hello everyone and welcome to my new travel video! In today's travel video, you will see some clips from my Slovenia travel road trip!
I travelled around for a week in a rent a car and went to locations such as Tolmin, Soca River, Ljubljana, Radolca, Lipica, Maribor and Olimje. I did some adventurous stuff like rafting on the amazing green Soca River and I went horseriding of the famous Lippizaner horse/ I drank Slovenian wines and fed deers in the hills.
I guess you could say that this is a little Slovenia travel guide! If you're looking for a great place to travel to, I highly recommend heading to Slovenia!
