Best views of Queenstown? Stunning Queenstown Hill Time Trail and Summit Walk [guided walk-through]

Join me for another one of my hiking tours with guided commentary along the way from the beautiful resort town of Queenstown located amongst the Southern Alps of the Otago region of New Zealand's South Island! The Queenstown Hill Time Trail and Summit Walk is a short but reasonably strenuous 1.5-2.5 hour return walk to the 907m summit which starts from just behind the town centre. Join me as we experience this must do walk with a comprehensive walk through of the whole trail experience!

This stunning hiking trail is one of the absolute must do and easily accessible walks in the whole of the Queenstown-Lakes District Region offering a great addition or alternative to the iconic Ben Lomond Trail for those a little shorter on time and offers magnificent views of Queenstown, Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the wider Southern Alps which are particularly amazing during clear conditions! Along the the way there is also informative interpretive displays and art work such as the icononic Basket of Dreams offering a great glimpse of the rich historical and cultural signicance of the Queenstown and Otago region!

FREE Things To Do In QUEENSTOWN! | BEN LOMOND AND QUEENSTOWN HILL WALK.

In this video I show you the FREE Things To Do In QUEENSTOWN and I do the BEN LOMOND AND QUEENSTOWN HILL WALK which was a lot of fun. I hope you enjoy my Queenstown vlog.

Hey guys! My name is Marie and for the past three years I have been wondering around the globe. Often getting lost, often screwing up, but most importantly seeing incredible places, meeting beautiful souls and living life to the fullest.
I am 26 and I am a digital nomad. Working online to fund my travels is one way I have supported myself over the past three years.
But I have also experienced working in New Zealand and Australia on Working Holidays, House Sitting, Work exchange volunteering and so much more.

On my channel I share my journey (every bit of it, even the bad parts) and I share with you how I make it all happen, each and every step of the way.

Thank you SO much for checking out my channel. I always appreciate it when others LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to see more of my content and to follow my incredible journey along the way.

1A/7 Stout Street, Wellington Central, Wellington City, Wellington

Contributing to the Stout Street Heritage Area, this elegant and exclusive residence is steeped in history. This world-class apartment is situated over two floors in the iconic former Mission to Seamen building which features an eclectic mix of Gothic, Romanesque and Classical architecture - an eye-catching and authentic interpretation of Edwardian style.

This beautiful heritage building contains just one residence that can take full advantage of its enviable position with regard to the unparalleled views - unique even on the world stage. With only one previous owner, this light-filled apartment features soaring ceilings that date back to the building's 1900's inception, prior to the tasteful 1994 residential conversion into Whitmore Apartments. In contemporary style, the kitchen flows into dining and then into the exceptionally spacious and sunny living space; here the discerning buyer benefits from the best of both worlds - modern, open plan living conducive to entertaining in an iconic heritage building.

Upstairs, the open landing overlooks the living room, and is privy to the aesthetic centrepiece of the home - the majestic nearly floor to ceiling window spanning both floors with views over the Beehive and The Old High Court. Original character features have been impeccably retained throughout, including the vaulted ceilings, Kauri beams and huge stained-glass windows.

With three generous bedrooms, there is space to host family and guests. The master, with built-in wardrobe and charming en-suite, enjoys fantastic views through an impressive stained-glass window. The second and third bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes, while further amenities include an additional full bathroom on this level and ample storage throughout. With an additional half bathroom on the ground floor, the apartment further demonstrates its suitability for hosting guests.

Located on the corner of Stout and Whitmore Street, within close proximity of Parliament, the Law Courts and Law Faculty, the Railway Station, waterfront, Lambton Quay and the Sky Stadium. This landmark location offers endless opportunities to enjoy New Zealands capital city to its fullest.

Impeccably presented, filled with natural light and in a truly unparalleled location, this is a rare and exclusive opportunity for professionals, families, and investors to purchase a truly outstanding, one-of-a-kind apartment.

NZ South Island March 2021 Part 2

This is the second part of our journey on the South Island of NZ in March 2021.
In this part the trip led us from Hanmer Springs to Glenhope via Lake Tennyson and St.Arnaud to our next stay near Glenhope (Triple Tui Lodge). We also took a trip from the Howard Valley to Lake Rotoroa over the Porika Track.
What a beautiful backyard we have in New Zealand. ;-)

TUATARA BREWERY TOUR & TASTINGS REDUX

TUATARA BREWERY TOUR & TASTINGS REDUX.
Tuatara Brewery is one of those breweries which began as a backyard operation in the hills above Waikanae. It was founded by Carl Vasta, an engineer with the taste buds of a wine critic and with kiwi ingenuity. Carl is the living, breathing epitome of that noble philosophy. If he needed a shed or a bottler or a tank, he'd just go ahead and build one. Carl managed to brew a superb range of Ales, Porters and Pilsners under the name Tuatara.

The Tuatara brewing scheme is not difficult for the uninitiated to grasp. The brew is true to style, so wherever possible we go direct to the source and use the ingredients that have made that style famous.

Tuatara Brewery is one of the leading lights of New Zealand's world-beating craft beer scene and this is the perfect place to peek behind the curtain and find out where all those amazing Beers are made.

On the Tuatara Brewery Tour you'll see and do on a reconnaissance of the brand new secret headquarters in Paraparaumu, just North of Wellington's, Craft Beer Capital:

- The tour is led by either a production manager or master brewer.

- A comprehensive introduction to the brewing process.

- A close-up look at the raw ingredients

- On special days watch brews getting put together from grain to beer

- As well as a Complimentary selection of Tuatara brews with tasting tips from your all-knowing Zen beer master

It's a must for the beer fanatic or just the beer curious. The 45 minute experience includes the tour and four tastes, if you stay on you can also enjoy bite of awesome food and more Tuatara Beer afterwards, or take home Tuatara Beer for later enjoyment. Maximum of 20 people per tour, booking is essential. Tours are strictly R18.
