We went on a traditional Portuguese food tour with Taste of Lisboa and rated what we tried! We stopped at some famous restaurants, learned a bit of history, and are sharing which foods we can't wait to eat more of.

WE TRIED PORTUGUESE FOOD | Must Eat Food in Porto

Porto is our last stop in Portugal, but we decided to stay another day to try some Portuguese food.
And there is no better way to start a day full of food with some Pasteis de Nata. We ate them literally EVERY day and had to have some on our last day.
Because it started raining we stopped at a restaurant that looked traditional Portuguese. We ordered Francesinha, a local dish from Porto. It is easy to say that this sandwich was the best we've ever had!
After the rain we got Bacalhau (Codfish) and some Sardinia, both typically for Portugal.

Epic LISBON Food Tour with the Best Local Guide (Must Try Local Portuguese Food and Restaurants)
In this video we go on an EPIC food tour around Lisbon, which by the way reminds us so much of San Fransisco, CA with the bridge, colorful homes and streets, and the street cars. Not too mention all the different cultures of food options. It was one of our favorite cities in Europe.
Travel is all about trying something new, getting out of your comfort zone and going to Lisbon to not explore the great food of the Portuguese kitchen is a mistake.
Research is overwhelming and your never sure if the food and the restaurant is safe, good, and worth the visit. But hopefully we helped with that in this video, and your local food tour guide is the best resource when traveling to Lisbon, Portugal
There are so many great restaurants and Portuguese dishes that you have to try, and that is why we LOVE Guided Food Tours with a LOCAL!!! In this vlog I go on a brief food tour in Portugal to try some Portuguese cuisine. The restaurants visited were Xakra Beachbar, M de Marisco in Peniche, and Taberna Viracopos in Amoreira.
We were not looking for the cheapest meals. All meals were three courses and with wine. You can eat a lot cheaper in Portugal.
