Seafront apartment with a large terrace and unbeatable panoramic views in La Chullera beach, Manilva.
The living-dining room overlooks the sea and has direct access to the large 20 m2 terrace. This terrace can be closed with a Lumón-type glass, to be used more frequently in the winter.
The 2 large en-suite bedrooms also overlook the sea (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower).
The seafront community has direct access to the promenade and the beach. Beautiful tropical community gardens and 2 swimming pools (1 for adults, 1 for children).
The price of the apartment includes 1 parking space, 1 storage room, furniture and appliances.
The urbanization is located over the ecological natural reserve Playas de Manilva. We are facing paradisiacal beaches, home to the sea lily, which produces large white flowers that bloom from August to October. It is a species typical of coastal dunes and sandy areas.

New villa, beautiful views of the sea and Sotogrande, in Chullera
New villa, building started, incredible views of the sea and Gibraltar in Punta Chullera, Manilva. Only 2 minutes drive to beach and 10 minutes to Sotogrande (golf courses, marina...).
Facing south, Villa Sunset (6 en-suite bedrooms) is the property for sale with the best views in Punta Chullera area. On an elevated plot of more than 1,000 m2, it offers panoramic views of the sea, Sotogrande, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African mountains. Paradisiacal beaches, very quiet, 2 minutes drive away.

Punta Chullera is a quiet residential area, mainly of villas. It has a privileged location, on the border between the provinces of Malaga and Cádiz; on high ground above the sea, it allows you to contemplate the entire coast as far as Gibraltar and the African coast.
Right below Punta Chullera we find Playa de los Toros, one of the best on the Costa del Sol: secluded, with intense blue waters and incredible views. For a good part of the year it gives the impression of a virgin beach. And a 3-minute drive away we find the wonderful beach of Cala Sardina.
A few minutes by car we find all kinds of services: the picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa, with its lively area of bars and restaurants; La Duquesa Golf Club, with privileged sea views; great beaches with lively beach bars; and less than 10 minutes by car, the 4 exceptional Sotogrande golf clubs, plus those of San Roque and La Alcaidesa. Gibraltar Airport is a 33-minute drive away.
In the direction of Marbella: the coastal town of San Luis de Sabinillas (with great beaches) is 12 minutes away; Estepona city, 25 minutes; San Pedro de Alcántara, 40 minutes; Puerto Banús, 45 minutes; and Marbella, 55 minutes.

O nome da praia deve-se ao forte localizado no local, e fica localizada numa
pequena, mas interessante vila de pescadores chamada El Castillo de la Duquesa que pertence ao município de Manilva, província de Málaga.
Para leste fica a Playa de las Gaviotas e a marina Puerto de la Duquesa.

The name of the beach is due to the fort located in the place, and it is located in a small but interesting fishing village called El Castillo de la Duquesa which belongs to the municipality of Manilva, province of Malaga.
To the east is las Gaviotas Beach and the Puerto de la Duquesa marina.
Punta Chullera Beach
There is a small, 100m-wide cove hidden by cliffs and rocks each side. Thanks to a good chiringuito it's an ideal getaway in the summer. The beach is fairly crowded during the summer and especially at weekends; parking access is especially difficult. On the A7 heading west at km138, just before the footbridge, is a small access road. Follow this to the left and, off the small turning area at the end, a path leads to the beach. Historically Punta de la Chulera was an important land mark and there are still two watchtowers. One from the Nasid era and another close to the coast from the 15th century.
