STALL PROTECTION system problem | Piedmont Embraer ERJ-145 | Syracuse airport

THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

13-FEB-2021. A Piedmont Embraer ERJ-145 (E145), registration N669MB, performing flight PDT6186 / PT6186 Syracuse Hancock international airport, NY (USA) to Chicago O’Hare international airport, IL (USA), after departure reported about problem with stall protection system and requested return back.

PART OF TEXT VERSION OF COMMUNICATIONS THAT I'M ABLE TO INCLUDE HERE. Do you want more? Write in comments and I'll give you remaining part of text communications (Read if subtitles in video were fast):
TOWER: PDT6186, contact Departure, good morning.
PDT6186: Departure, have a nice morning as well, 6186.
PDT6186: Departure, PDT6186, 1500 climbing 4000.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, Syracuse Departure, radar contact, turn left heading 330, climb and maintain 10000.
PDT6186: PDT6186, can we just get a box pattern. We had a mechanical malfunction come up. We might return to Syracuse.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, turn left heading 330, maintain 4000.
PDT6186: 330, 4000, 6186.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, are you declaring an emergency at this time or is this just precautionary and nature?
PDT6186: …emergency at this time. We’ll give you call back as soon as we finish the checklist. (it seems that they didn’t declare an emergency)
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, roger.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, reaching 4000 turn left heading 280.
PDT6186: 4000, 280, PDT6186.
PDT6186: Syracuse Departure, PDT6186. Yes, it’s looking like we have difficulty with our stall protection system. So, it’s looking like at this time we will be returning to Syracuse just because O'Hare has some snow and everything in the area, and radar does not look like it's gonna get better anytime soon. So we're gonna be hanging out up here for just a little bit. We need to run some numbers, because we’ll probably be overweight and… So we’ll be planning to return to Syracuse.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, roger, I copy all. Turn 5 degrees right. Is your altitude there at 4000 good for now?
PDT6186: 5 degrees right. This seems like a good altitude for now. We'll let you know if we need anything different. We will give you a call back. Just keep us in general vicinity. But it’ll probably take a couple of minutes to get everything set up.
DEPARTURE: PDT418… Correction, 6186, roger and just for my planning purposes. How far to the west? I mean I’ll keep you as close as you want, where I can still put you on approach or tuck you back in for the visual approach which should not be a problem. How far to west?
PDT6186: As long as you keep us within, let’s just say 20 to 30 miles, that should be okay. We just don't wanna be heading out too far from the airport.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, wilco.
DEPARTURE: PDT6186, in 2 or 4 miles I’m gonna turn you back to the south south-east and will start pointing you back towards the airport, if that works. I don't know how much longer you need.
PDT6186: That should work for now. It’s gonna be about 10 minutes or so. We just got to run everything up here. We’ll be an overweight landing.

THE VALUE OF THIS VIDEO:
THE MAIN VALUE IS EDUCATION. This reconstruction will be useful for actual or future air traffic controllers and pilots, people who plan to connect life with aviation, who like aviation. With help of this video reconstruction you’ll learn how to use radiotelephony rules, Aviation English language and general English language (for people whose native language is not English) in situation in flight, which was shown. THE MAIN REASON I DO THIS IS TO HELP PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND EVERY EMERGENCY SITUATION, EVERY WORD AND EVERY MOVE OF AIRCRAFT.

SOURCES OF MATERIAL, LICENSES AND PERMISSIONS:
Source of communications – (I have a permission (Letter) for commercial use of radio communications from LiveATC.net).
Map, aerial pictures (License (ODbL) ©OpenStreetMap - Permission for commercial use, royalty-free use.
Radar screen (In new versions of videos) – Made by author.
Text version of communication – Made by Author.
Video editing - Made by author.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
