Flight Review of Pegasus Airlines, a Turkish low-cost carrier, from Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen International Airport) to Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion International Airport).
Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is a quaint and pleasant airport (with most flights here operated by Pegasus Airlines).
The 1 hour 32 minute flight on Pegasus Airlines was quite scenic with lovely bird's-eye views of Turkey and Israel, which sort of compensated for the legroom (or lack of). The pre-ordered grilled meatballs Izgara Köfte was delicious and took my mind off the claustrophobic situation I was in.

I'm happy to see you in my another flight report. In this report I'll share my experience onboard Pegasus Airlines flight PS7822 to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport from Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport. Pegasus Airlines is the biggest Istanbul-based low cost carrier.
There're 2 airlines which operates direct flights on TLC-SAW(IST) route. Turkish Airlines and Pegasus. Relatively low prices in comparison with TK influenced my decision to opt for Pegasus.
Having flown previously with this airlines I exactly knew what to expect. Seats were tight and not so comfortable. Though our airplane left Tel-Aviv 15 minutes later we landed 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Overhead screens were not so entertaining to be honest. But it's ok for short haul flight like this one. I've paid for meal which to my surprise was very tasty and fresh. Cabin crew seemed exhausted but friendly indeed. In fact, the most unexpected situation was about my missing bag. In Istanbul I've been informed that my baggage was not on this plane and it'll probably be delivered next day. However I got it after about 20 days.
Overall, my experience was so-so considering the price of the ticket.

Back in October I took two flights with the Turkish budget carrier Pegasus. These were both short, domestic flights and were only about $30 a piece. I combined both of these trips into one video to showcase this airlines domestic service and to give you a sense of what flying with this carrier during a pandemic is like. As of now, Pegasus has a mix of Boeing and Airbus planes, but they plan to phase out their 737s in favor of the A320neo. My flights were both on the A320neo from Istanbul to Antalya and then from Antalya to Kayseri.
