Pahalgam is most popular among tourist who are coming to Kashmir because of many reason. The first reason is Pahalgam is basecamp for holy Amarnath Cave trek and another reason is Pahalgam is most beautiful and scenic place in Kashmir which have ability to satisfy anyone with respect to the nature.
There are many places to visit in Pahalgam but in this video, we are going to explore Baisaran Valley which is widely known as Mini Switzerland. Why it is called Mini Switzerland, check it out in the video.
Baisaran Valley have amazing adventurous trek to reach but peoples are preferring pony (horse) ride and that's totally fine but I believe trekking is one of the best experience to explore Baisaran Valley and it''s attractions.
We had visited Baisaran Valley during first week of June month and it is the best time but if you are planning to visit it in Winter then it will provide different views during snow.

Pahalgam is a hill station in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.which is famous as Mini Switzerland in india and a very popular hill station of Kashmir Tourism.Pahalgam's Top Tourist Places are The Mountain trails run northeast to Amarnath Cave Temple, a Hindu shrine and site of the annual Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage. Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including brown bears and musk deer. Northeast, the Lidder River runs through scenic Sheshnag lake,Chandanwadi,Betaab Valley. Southeast, Tulian Lake is flanked by mountain peaks and often frozen.Surrounded by beautiful hills and lots of greenery, Pahalgam is situated at an altitude of 2,130 m. The climate is not too harsh and the sight of the stunning Lidder River flowing through the town is beautiful.Pahalgam is situated at the junction of the Aru and Sheshnag Rivers and surrounded by tall fir-covered mountains and snow-clad peaks forming a spectacular sight. It is believed that Pahalgam was once a humble shepherd's village..The town of Pahalgam is extremely tourist friendly with lots of hotels and lodges to cater to all your needs. Pahalgam is also very popular amongst the trekking and adventure community; also amongst shoppers!

Baisaran Valley have amazing adventurous trek to reach but peoples are preferring pony (horse) ride and that's totally fine but I believe trekking is one of the best experience to explore Baisaran Valley and it''s attractions.
We had visited Baisaran Valley during second week of February month and it is the best time but if you are planning to visit it in Summer then it will provide different views during snow.

Baisaran valley in Pahalgam is known as Mini Switzerland in Kashmir. Pahalgam is a hill station in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Mountain trails run northeast to Amarnath Cave Temple, a Hindu shrine and site of the annual Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage. Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including brown bears and musk deer. Northeast, theLidder River runs through scenic Betaab Valley. Southeast, Tulian Lake is flanked by mountain peaks and often frozen.
