After my initial lumpectomy surgery, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer back in December of 2021. Since then we have gone through a full round of IVF to preserve our fertility and 5 months of chemotherapy. In this episode we share everything from 6 weeks post chemo to making the difficult decision regarding which surgery to have (mastectomy or lumpectomy) to the recovery process and finally the pathology results of surgery.

Only bicycle touring the harsh but stunningly beautiful South of Armenia could save our sanity after going through a proper rough patch. One would think that after cycling for thousands of kilometres through foreign countries for months on end we would have learned to expect the unexpected. Well, wrong...
Join us again, as we try to come back from a mental and physical low. To do so we set out again to cycle from Lake Sevan to Meghri in the far south of Armenia, in a struggle against fate, bad luck and failure, steep mountains and bad weather.
