48 HOURS IN COPENHAGEN, DENMARK VLOG: 10 Things to See & Do - Nyhavn, Christiania, Gasoline Grill
We spent a very quick 48 hours in Copenhagen, Denmark. Walking all over the city we ate brunch in Mad & Kaffe and The Union Kitchen, amazing burgers at Gasoline Grill, Danish pastries at Skt. Peders Bageri, open sandwiches at Barock and got the meat sweats at Warpigs.
Along with all the eating, we also saw the sights of Copenhagen including The Little Mermaid Statue, Freetown Christiania, Nyhavn and more!

We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you travel.
We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital, sits on the coastal islands of Zealand and Amager. It’s linked to Malmo in southern Sweden by the Öresund Bridge. Indre By, the city's historic center, contains Frederiksstaden, an 18th-century rococo district, home to the royal family’s Amalienborg Palace. Nearby is Christiansborg Palace and the Renaissance-era Rosenborg Castle, surrounded by gardens and home to the crown jewels.
Denmark is a Scandinavian country comprising the Jutland Peninsula and numerous islands. It's linked to nearby Sweden via the Öresund bridge. Copenhagen, its capital, is home to royal palaces and colorful Nyhavn harbor, plus the Tivoli amusement park and the iconic “Little Mermaid” statue. Odense is writer Hans Christian Andersen’s hometown, with a medieval core of cobbled streets and half-timbered houses.

A visit to Mons Klint DENMARK - Part of our one week Denmark Travel Itinerary at Woody World Packer
A trip to Mons Klint in Europe's picturesque Denmark is definitely a must do.
It's one of Denmark’s natural wonders!
Møns Klint emerged at the end of the last ice age when the ice melted. These days, it is still possible to find fossils of different types of shellfish as the sea continues to erode the chalk.
Mans Clint means ‘the white cliffs’ and when you visit, you know why ????
The pearl white chalk cliffs are massive and with the reflection of the green/blue ocean below, it’s a wonderful view from standing on top of the cliffs. There is a wooden boardwalk that leads you along the edge of the cliffs and the views are breathtaking.
When you walk down the pathway and you stand on the beach and look up to the white cliffs, you will feel so small.
Some of the cliffs at Mons Klint are over 120 meters high.
The area around Møns Klint is also beautiful with woodlands, ponds and steep hills, including the Aborrebjers, which is with a height of 143 m, one of the highest points in Denmark. Because of the chalky soil, you can find many rare plants in the area, like a variation of orchids.

First Impressions of DENMARK | A Week in PARADISE | Europes LARGEST Beach and Danish Cake | Van Life
We visit the Danish Island of Rømø. We stopped off in Rømø during our road trip through Denmark on our way from Germany to Norway. We only intended to make a quick stop before continuing to explore the rest of Jutland however we found a paradise we'd never heard of. One of our favourite things about van life is how easy it is to change plans so we stayed for a week. We drove on Northern Europes largest sand beach, tried out blokarting, ate Danish cake, searched for WW2 bunkers, enjoyed some nice walks and tried to spot the black sun (starling migration)
Hi, we're Claire and Craig, a couple of travel lovers from the UK. Since we met back in 2014, we've shared 2 dreams. After a freak accident left Craig paralyzed from the chest down, we realised life was too short not to pursue our dreams! The first is to travel the world, which after years of planning was due to happen in 2020. Once we realised travel won't be possible for a while, we decided to pursue our second dream of vanlife! After many months of vanbuild, we recently finished self converting an empty VW transporter T6 van into a tiny home on wheels. We're just getting into the swing of vanlife as we travel around the country in our campervan.
