Thanks for checking my video out.This is my Zodi Extreme Hot Shower.I love it! Simple and not a lot of moving parts to get frozen or lost.Its the shower system i use in my off grid shower and take with me on camping trips.Perfect!You can heat it up with the optional stove that i highly recommend or in my case in video i couId have just used room temp water because it was a hot day. I just so happened to have my 2 1/2 gallon scepter water can that fills it perfectly.20 min heat time on a chilly day but heats quicker when its hot out as you could see.Here is the link to my gear below.A must have for camp life or cleaning up gear.Thanks! Jake and Nicole are building a new off the grid shower at their wilderness yurt in the rainforest of Canada. This shower structure is made of trees and logs from the forest of Komorebi, Jake and Nicole's property on the Canadian west coast. Soon the tankless water heater and propane tank will go bye-bye and will be replaced by a metal water jacket which will heat water directly from their wood stove, send it to a pressure controlled tank, and be hot shower water on demand whenever we like. Rain water and wood are our two most abundant resources here at Komorebi and this Off Grid bushcraft style log cabin steam shower is dependant on both those resources! From gathering water from the river in 12°f, to freezing your tush off going to the bathroom outdoors, this is all about wilderness hygiene.
A lot of people ask us where we use the bathroom, what we use for a toilet, how we shower or bathe ourselves (it's not always a sponge bath!). I always laugh when people think we dig holes in the ground to poop, but then again, not everyone has experienced time at an off grid rustic cabin in the wilderness of Maine. We consider ourselves pretty lucky!

Previous description of our camp:
After driving nearly 20 miles on dirt logging roads, you'll find the Powers Pine Tree Camp. Overlooking the remnants of the dam used during log drives on the Dead River, it was previously used as the cabin for the dam caretaker & cook. The cabin was built in 1928, and still to this day, has no running water, electricity, plumbing, cell phone service, or neighbors. A true Maine cabin.
