Geirangerfjord, the most beautiful Place in Norway
Geiranger is a small Village in west of Norway, it is located at the end of the Geiranger Fjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the most beautiful Fjord in Norway.
Surrounded by mountain and Waterfalls, the view is out of this world, best to enjoy during the summer time and when the weather is good.
You will also see the famous Seven Sisters Waterfall alongside the Fjord, and it is breathtaking.

Fjords of Norway - Amazing Winter Landscapes - Stunning Waterfalls & Villages
The Fjords of Norway are simply stunning, and one of the most famous Fjords of Norway is Hardanger Fjord. We drive these amazing winter landscapes from Bergen to Voss (as our base) and experience one of the best Fjords of Norway by driving it!
Hardanger Fjord is the 4th largest in the world and whilst you can do an organised cruise to see it, we decided it would be more fun to drive the Fjords.

West Norway - SERIES PREVIEW - Fjords, Waterfalls, World Class Railway Journeys and More!
West Norway has some of the best Fjords, Waterfalls and World Class Railway Journeys and we'll
explore Norway's majestic landscapes in this mini-series over 4 weeks. Starting this weekend.
From the vibrant city of Bergen, we take a scenic drive to our riverside cabin on the outskirts of Voss, in the vicinity of one of the most famous fjords in the country Hardanger Fjord.
From our cabin we take an incredible road trip, taking in some of the best cascading waterfalls, Fjords, and cute villages in the area.
Our journey then takes us to Flåm, a fairytale village situated at the innermost point of Aurlandsfjord, a paradise for nature lovers and photographers. Here, we explore the Flam Railway, a remarkable experience winding through 20 kilometres of sensational scenery, with a steep gradient and hairpin turns that take your breath away.
There are also a number of spectacular things to see in the areas around Flåm, with waterfalls, hidden vantage points to catch the railway train, tiny villages clinging to the banks of the Fjord, and a hair-razing drive to the famous Stegastein viewpoint that extends 30 meters out from the mountain, hovering 650 meters above the Aurlandsfjord for just jaw-dropping views if you can stomach it.
Back in Bergen, we share some highlights of this pretty coastal city, particularly Bryggen. A series of colourful wooden buildings lining the waterfront and dating back to the Hanseatic League, a trading alliance that dominated northern Europe from the 14th to the 17th centuries.
To end our Norway adventures we’ll take another spectacular rail journey from Bergen to Oslo. Also tagged as one of the greatest scenic rides in the world.
Covering a distance of approximately 496 km (308 miles) and taking around 7 hours to complete, it passes through some of the most stunning landscapes along the way and climbs 1222 metres above sea level to the highest station in the country Finse.

Highlights of excursions to the Norwegian Fjords and waterfalls during our August 2023 cruise holiday. Filmed with a handheld Lumix camera, and added my guitar recording after editing.
NORWEGIAN FJORDS CRUISE - MOUNT DILSNABBA and THE FOSSEVANDRING (WATERFALL WALK)
The sunshine on our sail-in morphed into afternoon rain and fog, depriving us of that ultimate view of Geiranger from the Mount Dilsnabba Skywalk. No matter, we really enjoyed this tour which ended with a walk alongside the waterfall which supplies the town with drinking-quality water.

FJORDS NORWAY - Låtefoss Waterfall in Hardanger
FJORDS NORWAY - Låtefoss Waterfall is a 165 meter high waterfall cascading into the Oddadalen Valley, 16 kilometer south of Odda. The Oddadalen Valley is 10 kilometers long, there are many waterfalls ending into the valley. Låtefoss is the most famous one, and it is funneling under the rustic six-arched bridge along Riksvei 13 (Route 13). Read about Sørfjorden and Låtefoss in Hardanger at
