North Indian Food HEAVEN at Urban Rasoi!! Tandoori Shrimp, Gobi Machurian & Naan | Kendall, Florida

???????? URBAN RASOI:
???? WATCH: Super Dosa & 9 Indian Dishes at Ayesha Midtown:

I’ve been craving Indian food lately, so I decided to head to another amazing Indian place in my home town of Miami. Come join me as I try some delicious Northern Indian food in Miami, Florida!

For this food adventure, I headed to Urban Rasoi, an amazing Indian restaurant in Kendall. It’s a boutique restaurant that focuses on northern Indian cuisine, including chicken, lamb, goat, parathas, and naan.

Inside are roughly a dozen different tables, and lots of beautiful paintings of India. At the back is a bar area where you can buy wine and Indian beer.

In the kitchen, I met Deshraj, who would be showing me 8 or 9 dishes, including channa masala, paneer tikka masala, and chilli chicken. I loved the way they made the dishes. Everything smelled great and they used all fresh ingredients. The chilli chicken would be spicy, exactly the way I like it!

They also made me some tandoori shrimp and tandoori lamb. The masala they put on them smelled so good! Then, I watched them prepare some yellow dal and gobi Manchurian, which is spicy fried cauliflower. Next, they made me some goat curry! It had been a while since I’d been to northern India and I couldn’t wait to dive into this food!

Then, they sliced into the lamb and continued to let it cook and then tossed the shrimp in a bowl with ghee, masala, and lime juice. Next, they rolled out some cheese naan and garlic naan and put them in the tandoor. I personally prefer breads to the rice that they use in southern Indian cuisine. Finally, they made me some lamb biryani!

At my table, I had garlic naan, cheese naan, mango lassi, chilli chicken, samosas, gobi Manchurian, lamb tandoori, shrimp tandoori, and some Godfather lager Beer. The beer was very flavorful!

I started with a veg samosa, which came with mint chutney and tamarind chutney. I loved the mint, and the tamarind chutney was so sweet! The channa masala contained chickpeas, coriander, and tomatoes. The gobi Manchurian was super tasty with the green peppers, spring onion, and coriander. It was delicious!

The chilli chicken was nice and crispy with spring onions, peppers, and a delicious sweet-and-sour sauce. It was so tasty!

My next dishes were the yellow dal and paneer tikka masala. Paneer (cottage cheese) is a staple in Indian veg cuisine. It’s dense and creamy, and goes well with the amazing sauce on top. The yellow dal was light and full of flavor!

Next was the rich goat curry, which came in a deep brown sauce. I added more of the sauce to my place so I could sop it up with some naan! The goat curry was not spicy and was actually soft, buttery, and a little sweet. I suggest being careful because goat curry contains small bones. Using the naan to soak up the sauce is the best!

Then, I went with the cheese naan and added some of the amazing curry or gravy on top. The naan was stuffed with cheese and so unbelievably tasty!

The lamb biryani contained caramelized onions on tip and looked unreal. I dove into it Indian-style with my hands. The lamb was so soft and tender and full of flavor. The texture of the crunchy, caramelized onions took it to the next level!

The tandoori lamb was so smoky and full of that signature tandoor flavor I love. It was tender and spicy. Then, I jumped on the shrimp, which were massive and succulent. The masala was unreal!

I finished with some mango lassi, which is a yogurt drink that helps cool down the heat after a spicy meal. It was thick and creamy and full of fresh mango flavor!

Halal INDIAN FOOD!! 12+ Elite Indian Dishes at Akash | Miami Beach, Florida

???? AKASH MIAMI BEACH:
???? WATCH: Elevated INDIAN FOOD You MUST TRY at Moksha Indian Brasserie | Fort Lauderdale, Florida:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE INDIA SHIRTS:

My miniseries of epic Indian restaurants in Miami continues as I take you with me to have some delicious halal food on Miami Beach! Join me on a mouthwatering Indian halal food lunch at Akash in my hometown of Miami!

Akash is the best Indian restaurant on South Beach and focuses on upscale Indian food, especially lots of northern Indian dishes. They also have southern dishes. I couldn’t wait to try some!

Inside, the restaurant is white and blue—it reminded me of Santorini! I met with Govind, the owner, who told me they were making 10 dishes for me, including a unique masala crab cake!

In the kitchen, they were cooking up delicious-looking veg samosas, lamb vindaloo, onion bhaji, fish Madras, tandoori shrimp, goat curry, tandoori lamb chops, chili-garlic naan, Kashmiri naan, and more! They also have two tandoor ovens: one for meat and another for bread. Everything looked incredible. The aromas were blowing my mind!

Back at our table, we had over 12 dishes and some Kingfisher beer, which we started with. It was nice and refreshing! It’s made to pair with curries.

We started with chicken lollipops, which come with a Szechwan Indo-Chinese sauce. It was incredible, and the gingery and garlicky sauce was unreal. Next was fish Amritsari, which Govind added some lime to. It was like fried fish fingers!

Then, we jumped on the onion bhaji, which comes with tamarind chutney and a minty green chutney. You dip it into both. The sweetness of the tamarind and the strong mint flavor complemented each other and the crunchiness of the batter! It took me back to Mumbai!

Next was the Bombay special, a vegetable samosa. It was filled with potatoes and peas and was super crunchy. It was amazing by itself but even better with the two chutneys! The masala crab cake is a unique dish to Akash. It contains large chunks of crab and has a minty mayo and a sriracha mayo on top. It’s nice and tangy from the curry and is one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever eaten! I loved it with the tamarind chutney, which paired so well with the fresh crab meat!

I cleansed my palate with a creamy mango lassi and then jumped on the lamb chops, which were moist, super tender, and super flavorful. The tandoori shrimp were also phenomenal. The spices on them were out of this world!

Next were two of the main courses: the chicken tikka masala and goat curry. We had them with Kashmiri naan, which is a little sweet because it contains raisins and coconut! I was in awe of it with the chicken tikka masala. The bullet naan, or chili-garlic naan was perfect with the goat curry. It was nice and spicy and melted in my mouth! You have to use the naan to soak up all the sauce!

Our last two dishes were two southern Indian dishes: fish Madras curry and lamb vindaloo. The fish and coconut milk in the fish Madras were unreal. I mixed it well with my hands. It’s too good! The lamb vindaloo was also unbelievable!

We ended with mango kulfi and a cardamom and saffron kulfi, which are like Indian ice cream. The mango was like straight up mango juice!

What a phenomenal Indian halal food lunch in Miami Beach!

Indian Street Food in Miami - Butter Chicken Samosa, Shrimp Momo & Spiced Lamb Buns | South Miami

???? CHARCOAL INDIAN CUISINE:
???? DAD:
???? WATCH: All You Can Eat Indian Buffet:

Welcome to the first episode of my epic series where my father Tomas and I take you through all the incredible food from around the world that you can try in our hometown of Miami! First up, we’re taking you to Charcoal Indian Cuisine to have some Indian street food!

The restaurant has a very distinct Maharashtrian style, as the owners are from Mumbai. The chef is Hyderabadi, while the waitress is from Manipur. They were going to make the food spicy for me!

We started with some Sula wine, which comes from Nashik, which is basically the Napa Valley of India. It was a little fruity and earthy. I really enjoyed it because it was light and wasn’t too alcoholic!

Our first street food was dahi puri, which is a puri stuffed with chickpeas, potatoes, coriander, and yogurt, among other things. They were loaded and had a nice spice level. I also liked the tamarind chutney, which added some sweetness. It was both creamy and crunchy and wasn’t super spicy.

Next, we had chicken lollipops, which are spicy, deep-fried chicken drumsticks. They came with a spicy Szechwan sauce and shrimp momos. We also got a Kashmiri chutney and some achar. The momos were a little spicy. The chutney was like a spiced oil! It was fantastic.

Next, I tried a butter chicken samosa with mint chutney, and chicken lollipops with the spicy chutney. It was hot, maybe a 5 or 6 out of 10, but not unbearable. The chicken was also super juicy!

Then, we tried bhel puri, which is like a nice, crunchy, and refreshing salad. It contained chives and I added some tamarind chutney. It’s a great thing to have on the streets of Mumbai!

Next were the lamb buns, which were nice and soft and contained really delicious lamb, onion, and carrots. The flavors were so complex. I loved it with the mint chutney! The bun tasted similar to idli!

Then, we moved on to the main courses: tandoori chicken and chicken tikka. The tikka is boneless, while the chicken tandoori has a bone in it. It’s fall-apart-in-your-mouth soft and is so flavorful! Then, we had creamy saag paneer (spinach with cottage cheese) and butter chicken. We had them with butter naan and garlic naan.

Next up was malai kofta and nargisi kofta, which is a beef-wrapped egg with malai kofta underneath. We also had Kashmiri pulao and a lamb shank. The nargisi kofta was so complex and contained deep-fried mincemeat around the hardboiled egg. It’s like a meatloaf with egg! It’s one of my new favorite dishes!

The pulao with the kofta sauce was so creamy! Then, we went for the lamb shank, which was down in a tasty, brownish gravy. It was super buttery and fell apart in my mouth!

For dessert, we had gulab jamun and shahi tukda. The shahi tukda is deep-fried bread in ghee, while gulab jamun are milk and wheat balls. The gulab jamun was amazing and gooey, and the sauce was so creamy. It’s like a little, mushy donut! The shahi tukda is super sweet, crunchy, and filling! It absorbs the sauce like a sponge!

What an amazing Indian street food experience at Charcoal Indian Cuisine in Miami! The malai kofta was definitely a favorite of mine, along with the wine!

North & South Indian Food BRUNCH!! Super Spicy Indian Food | West Dade, Florida

???? SPICE MAGIC:
???? WATCH: All You Can Eat Indian Buffet at Taste Buds of India:

After I returned home to Miami after nearly two epic weeks in Albania, I had a hankering for some delicious Indian food. Come with me as I have some outstanding north and south Indian food, including some super spicy Indian food, in West Dade, Florida!

For this amazing Indian meal, I headed over to Spice Magic on Flagler Street for brunch. They’re one of the best Indian restaurants in the county! They were opening at 10 a.m. for me so I could try a dozen different dishes! I couldn’t wait to meet the chef and eat!

Inside, they have a huge dining hall and a buffet. On one side of the divider are smaller tables, and on the other are some family-style tables. They also have some amazing Indian décor!

In the kitchen, I met Danny, who told me they were making lots of spicy dishes for me. I watched them make some chicken biryani as well as a dozen other dishes. I could smell all the heat in the dishes they were making for me! It was a combination of north and south Indian dishes.

They also made some tandoori chicken in a tandoor oven, a ghee roast dosa, some chili naan that was full of green chilies, garlic naan, and butter naan. It all looked so good!

At my table, I had an unreal spread in front of me. In addition to the dosa and tandoori chicken, I also had paneer tandoor, paneer tikka masala, the naans, and more.

The first dish I jumped on was the Guntur chicken with cashews, which reminded me of chicken 65. It was made up of spicy nuggets of crispy, fried chicken! It wasn’t too spicy and contained a really nice masala.

Next was the Chicken Majestic, which is from Bengaluru. It contains fried chicken bits, curry leaves, onions, and a yellow curry. The curry had been absorbed into the onions and the chicken, leaving them full of unbelievable flavor. It was less spicy than the Guntur chicken but still super flavorful.

Then, I tried the butter chicken, which looked a little spicy. I had it with some kadai paneer and naan. The paneer with the naan was a little spicy, and the chilies in the chili naan made it even hotter! The butter chicken was also unreal! It was authentic India!

My next dish was the ghee roast dosa with coconut chutney and tomato chutney. The coconut was so refreshing, and the tomato chutney was nice and spicy. The coconut is always the winner for me. It’s too good, and the dosa is massive!

I also had the dosa with a thick, paste-like sambar. It contained lots of spices and tasty flavors that had my mouth watering! The dosas are my favorite thing about south Indian cusine!

Next were the Amarathi chicken curry and lamb rogaine, a dish I’d eaten before in Rajasthan. The lamb was tender and sweet and came in a rich, brown sauce. The Amarathi chicken curry was similar to butter chicken but a little darker and earthier. They both paired extremely well with the chili naan.

The tandoori chicken was smoky and rich, and the biryani had a nice layer of chicken on the bottom. It’s a layered rice dish that’s especially famous in Hyderabad. I could taste the saffron, onions, basil, mint, and coriander. So good!

For dessert, I had gulab jamun, which is a doughy, milky ball that’s drenched in a sugar syrup. It’s very common in India, very creamy and soft, and super sweet! My next dessert was rasmalai, a milky, creamy cottage cheese dish. I finished with a sweet rose milk lassi. It was super sweet and creamy. The perfect way to end a spice-filled Indian brunch!

Indian Food MUKBANG 16+ Indian Dishes with Nina Unrated | Coconut Grove, Florida

????BOMBAY DARBAR:
???? NINA:
???? WATCH: Indian Food Mukbang with Nina Unrated (Part 1):

After a whirlwind, lifechanging trip to Albania, I’m back at home in Miami and craving some Indian food! Come along with me and my good friend Nina Unrated as we bring you another epic Indian food mukbang!

This time, we hit up another of my favorite Indian spots in the city, Bombay Darbar in Coconut Grove. There, we would have an out-of-this-world feast that would include a mix of Northern and Southern Indian food. They used to be a small place with only 30 seats, but they have recently expanded to a much larger space.

Beforehand, I had met with Derek from Bombay Darbar, who walked me through three different Indian cocktails including their Maharaja Mule (a nice, gingery drink that’s like the Indian version of a Moscow Mule.

Then, I headed back into the kitchen where the chef and cooks were making kulcha, naan, a ginger-garlic paste, chicken tikka masala, and more! I got to see their lunch chicken tikka masala thali, which comes with basmati rice, samosas, garlic naan, tamarind sauce, and more.

In the back, they were also making lamb chops, yellow dal, and a huge amount of chopped onion masala. There were so many amazing aromas. I couldn’t wait to et!

Back at the bar, they made me a mango martini with vodka and mango juice. It was salty and like a non-virgin mango lassi!

Then, it was time to eat! We had sixteen dishes, including tandoori shrimp, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, brinjal mash, lamb kadai, four breads, a thali, chicken wings, lamb chop masala, and samosa chaat.

After a sip of our drinks, we jumped on the tandoori chicken, which was like butter. It was melt-in-your-mouth good and is packed with flavor. Then, we tried the chicken tikka masala with paratha. It was so creamy and tasty and is basically butter chicken. I couldn’t get enough of it!

Next were the tandoori shrimp, which were so smoky and succulent! I explained to Nina that the flavors here are authentic because they import their spices from India.

Then, we jumped into the thali. It contained channa masala and aloo gobi along with yogurt, yellow dal, cauliflower, basmati rice, and more. The channa masala was too good, and the samosa was great as well!

Next were the aloo paratha, tandoori paratha, garlic naan, and onion kulcha. The kulcha was almost like a caramelized red onion pizza. It was amazing with the tamarind chutney!

The samosa chaat was so bomb! Then, we tried the paneer pakora, which is fried cheese, similar to a mozzarella stick, with the tamarind chutney. The tandoori chicken wings were amazing. We followed them with the lamb masala, which were sweet, saucy, and tender.

Our final three dishes were eggplant mash, lamb masala, and a tandoori chicken salad. The eggplant mash contained tomatoes and coriander, and was so creamy and flavorful, especially with the bread! The salad was really nice and contained pecans, cucumber, mandarin, goat cheese, and chicken. It was glazy, crunchy, and the mandarins added some sweetness!

The lamb curry was super tender and buttery. I could tell it had been slow-cooked. It was incredible with the tamarind chutney.

We finished up with kulfi, which is Indian ice cream. The pistachio flavor was crunchy and tasted like fruit loops, and the mango was unreal. They’re so different from American ice cream!

What an incredible meal! Let me know in the comments if you want to see me and Nina do more Indian mukbangs together!

Eating INDIAN FOOD with @TheBingBuzz in TRIBECA!! Manhattan, NYC

???????? BENARES:
✈️ CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL BLOG:

Believe it or not, one of the best places in the world to eat Indian food outside of India is New York City! You can get everything from Indian street food to casual Indian fare to Indian fine dining there. Join me as I head out to eat Indian food with The Bing Buzz in Tribeca, NYC!

I was excited to film with Ming and Ben from The Bing Buzz again! We’d be eating at Benares, a fine-dining North Indian restaurant in Tribeca. Inside, we met the owner, Aankit, who told us they offer everything from vegetarian to vegan to seafood to meat

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

From there, we checked out the bar. I got a Bira beer, Ben got a thick mango lassi, and Ming had a tropical drink before Aankit took us back into the kitchens. There, I got to see their tandoors and meet their chefs!

They made us their Tiranga Kebab platter, chicken tikka, Chicken 65, and khasta gobhi (Indo-Chinese fried cauliflower). I loved the Tiranga Kebab, which had a nice kick and was made to look like the colors in the Indian flag! I loved trying it with the mint and tamarind chutneys.

Next was the khasta gobhi, which is both sweet and sour. Then, we got some spicy Chicken 65, which is covered in masala, fried, and sauteed with curry leaves and peppers. It had a nice crunch and was tender like butter! The spice level was maybe a 7 or 8 out of 10!

Back in the kitchen, we watched them make the tandoori lamb and tandoori shrimp, naan, and other curries. They’re like machines back there in the kitchen!

At our table, we had tandoori lamb chops, boondi raita, dum biryani, garlic family naan, chicken tikka masala, and more! Ben and I started with the tandoori lamb chops, which were smoky and tender. Lamb is my favorite meat and this was done right!

The tandoori prawns were big and meaty, with a nice char and a delicious marinade. After washing it down with some beer, we jumped on the diwani handi (a veg and paneer curry), aloo gobhi, and chicken tikka masala with some naan.

The chicken tikka masala with naan was exceptional, and the paneer, spinach, and cauliflower in the diwani handi were amazing. The cauliflower was outstanding, and the chicken tikka masala gravy with the naan was mouthwateringly good!

Next was the dum biryani. I taught Ben how to break up the chicken with his fingers and eat with his hands. It was incredible! Adding some boondi raita makes it creamy and helps glue the rice together. I loved the minty and earthy flavors!

Then, for dessert, we had ras malai, an “Atom Bomb,” and pistachio kulfi. The kulfi was nutty and cold, and not as dense as others I’d had. Next was my favorite Indian dessert, ras malai. It’s so creamy and decadent and full of sweet cardamom flavor.

The Atom Bomb contained chocolate cake and rose ice cream and was really good, but I was too full to eat too much of it!

Making Our Own INDIAN THALI 15+ Items! Indian Food in Miami, Florida

Go to for 15% off your order! Brought to you by Raycon.

???? DAD:
???? WATCH: THE BIGGEST THALI IN PUNE, INDIA -

What’s up, guys? Today, I will be building my own Indian thali at home! You guys know how much I love Indian food, so I’m super excited. Best of all, I get to share this experience with my father! Come with us as we make our own Indian thali and have an Indian food extravaganza in Miami, Florida!

We’re heading to Charcoal Indian Cuisine, one of our favorite local Indian restaurants, and build our thalis at my dad’s house! I called my dad using my Raycon Everyday E25 earbuds and met up with him. Our friends at Charcoal Indian Cuisine were going to surprise us with a huge spread but I didn’t know what they’d be giving us! I was hoping for something creamy!

Inside, I grabbed our dishes, which included lots of curries and some dishes that aren’t on the menu. He included veg and non-veg dishes and some lassi and falooda! Then, we headed to my dad’s house, where we had our thali platters, which had 12 mini bowls inside.

For the Indian thali, we had over 15 Indian food dishes. We had chana masala, matter paneer, samosa chaat, dal makhana, onion pakora, onion salad, palak with aloo, masala bindi, okra, veg pulao, dal, dry shrimp, raita, basmati rice, and more! We built our thalis with a bit of every dish and broke our fast with the dal!

The dal was like an onion pakora in soup form. It was amazing and light! Next was the onion pakora, which is an onion fritter. They soft and mushy although they are fried.

We also had a dosa-like flatbread that I’d never seen before. I tried it with the paneer. It was like a doughy paratha and wasn’t like naan or a dosa at all. The paneer was outstanding. Next, we went with the goat with papad, which was a creamy and buttery spinach curry with goat. It was gamier than regular goat and spicy!

Next was the pulao, which contained carrots, green peas, potatoes, and lots of spices. This was mostly a veg thali with only a couple of non-veg dishes. The shrimp was fantastic! The non-veg dishes in India are so creamy and delicious!

Then, I tried the dal makhani with the papad. The dal was creamy and the crispy papad added a nice contrast in texture. Next was the okra, which had a delicious masala and onion in it.

Next was creamy palak (spinach) with potatoes. It was great! Next was the samosa chaat, which was sweet from the tamarind chutney in it. It’s a broken-down samosa that’s mixed with the chutneys. It was so good! With the papad, it was crunchy, crispy, sweet, and fresh.

The veg salad with carrots and onions was really great. Everything in our thalis had a completely different taste from everything else.

We also had some super spicy pickles!

Then, we tried a mango lassi, which is a thick, cool yogurt drink that cools your mouth off. The falooda contained a mix of vermicelli noodles, milk, ice cream, fruit, and tons of other ingredients. It’s super gooey and yummy!

And that was our Indian thali with 15+ Indian food dishes! My dad and I both loved the shrimp and goat. The falooda was incredible, too!

Indian Street Food Truck in Miami - Chicken Tikka Roll & Shrimp Dum Biryani | Coconut Grove

???? INDIAN GATE ORIGINAL STREET FOOD RESTAURANT:
???? DAD:
???? WATCH: American Tries Indian Street Food in Chandni Chowk:

In this episode from my Miami Street Food series, my dad and I enjoy Indian street food at a food truck in Miami! Join us as we try dishes like a chicken tikka roll and shrimp dum biryani in Coconut Grove!

I was so stoked because my father and I stumbled upon the Indian Gate Original Street Food Restaurant food truck. It’s amazing! They sell some of my favorite Indian street food dishes like pani puri, samosas, biryani, dosas, butter chicken, and much more. It’s named after the Indian Gate in Delhi!

Inside the kitchen, I met Alam, who is from the state of Bihar! Inside, they were making noodles, chicken tikka rolls, and more! Some of the dishes, like the noodles, are Indo-Chinese dishes from Kolkata, the birthplace of Indo-Chinese cuisine!

I watched Alam make a chicken tikka roll, shrimp biryani, and an amazing chicken dish! They all smelled so good. I couldn’t wait to dive in!

Outside, under the tent they had set up, we went for the shrimp dum biryani first. It looked incredible and had onions and cucumbers on top. It was outstanding! I loved the mint and saffron flavors, and the 9-10 shrimp were huge and meaty! It was like a mix of southern, northern, and northeastern Indian flavors. I loved the masala. It’s one of the best biryanis I’ve had outside of India!

Next, I tried some spicy raita. It was crunchy and contained carrots, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. I loved the creaminess of it! It was so unique and packed with flavor!

Then, we dove into a spicy and creamy chicken dish with jalapenos. It was incredible! I loved the vegetables in it, and the jalapenos gave it a nice kick of heat! I would have loved some naan with it!

Next was the chicken tikka roll, which was incredible. I loved the onions and carrots in it. The paratha, chicken tikka, and vegetables were outstanding. It’s real Indian street food in Miami!

Then, I headed back into the kitchen to watch them make some chicken noodles, which is an Indo-Chinese dish. They also fried some homemade samosas for a samosa chaat, chopped them, and topped them with a homemade channa masala.

The samosa chaat came with mint chutney and tamarind chutney on it. It was unbelievable! It was like homemade Indian food, and an explosion of flavors in my mouth. It wasn’t spicy at all, as the jalapenos only gave it a tiny kick. Then, we jumped on the noodles, which were bright red and had some real spice to them! It also had a real Chinese flavor to it. The green pepper, onion, and carrot gave it a nice crunchiness, and the chili garlic sauce was so hot! Spice-wise, it was a 7 or 8 out of 10!

Then, we had some mango lassi, which is a creamy yogurt drink that tempers the heat in your mouth. Then, for dessert, we had a rice pudding with grapes on top! It tasted similar to rasgulla! It didn’t have big chunks of grainy rice in it and was much smoother. It was the best rice pudding in Miami! Then, I watched them make some butter chicken and garlic naan, which I took home to my wife.

That was one of the best Indian meals I’ve had outside of India! For me, the shrimp biryani was my favorite, but I loved it all!

Eating INDIAN FOOD for 24 Hours in COCOA BEACH!! Lamb Madras & Fish Vindaloo | Florida

???? HALIM:
???? WATCH: Halim’s Video:

Welcome to another Eating Indian Food for 24 Hours video! This time around, I teamed up with my boy Halim to go all-out with a never-ending Indian food tour of Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, Florida. Come along with us as we eat Indian food for 24 hours in Cocoa Beach, Florida!

One of my favorite things to do when I’m home is to share my love of Indian food with my friends and family. So, when my friend Halim from Village Food Tours invited me up to Cocoa Beach, I knew I had to take him on an epic Indian food adventure!

???????? Taj: Modern Indian Cuisine:
???????? Punjab Cuisine of India:
???????? Flavors of India:

For the road trip, my friends at Chevy loaned me a beautiful 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71. It has a built-in rear-seat media system and 40% more leg room in the third row. It also boasts built-in WiFi, and you can also wirelessly connect your iPhone or Android to the car and and use its apps on the touchscreen!

Halim and I started our Indian food adventure at Taj: Modern Indian Cuisine in Melbourne, Florida. The inside is very chic and has a beautiful outdoor terrace surrounded by an outdoor mall area with restaurants and gardens.

In the kitchen, they made us some butter chicken enchiladas, naan, paneer tikka, and more! They’re all about creating new takes on Indian favorites!

Our four dishes included samosa chaat topped with tamarind chutney and mint-cilantro chutney; butter chicken enchiladas; tandoor chicken wings; hand-cut masala fries; and more.

The tandoor chicken wings were smoky and baked, while the masala fries were full of flavor. Then, we jumped on some chai, which quite a bit of ginger and cardamom in it. The samosa chaat was nice and crunchy and the mix of the sweet tamarind, creamy yogurt, and mint-cilantro chutney was unreal!

Next were the butter chicken enchiladas, which were topped with tons of cheese. I loved the tomato-based gravy and the mix of vegetables. My favorite dish was the samosa chaat. It was so complex!

We were full, so we took a four-hour break. We headed about 25 minutes east to Cocoa Beach. First, we took some time to explore Cocoa Village, and then we arrived at Punjab Cuisine of India in Cocoa Beach for some Punjabi food!

In the back, they made some chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, naan, samosas, chili paneer, and more. Everything smelled incredible!

We had some pilaf, veg samosas, pickled chutney, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan, and mango lassi. The samosas were a little spicy and the pickled chutney was nice as well.

The garlic naan contained some tasty herbs, and I loved eating it with the creamy saag paneer. The chicken tikka masala was really hot, temperature-wise but was great with the naan. I was getting full again!

We ended our evening there and then met back up the next morning for breakfast at Flavors of India.

The interior felt like Kerala and the owner is from the backwaters area! He made us some lamb madras, biryani, Kashmiri naan, and more! He cooked the bread on top of the biryani dish inside the tandoor!

We had fish vindaloo, tandoori drumsticks, Kashmiri naan, butter naan, lamb madras, and dessert! The drumsticks were super smoky and meaty with a ton of spices on them. Then, we jumped on the fish vindaloo, which contained curry leaves and mustard seeds. I could smell the coconut in it!

The Kashmiri naan was sweet and nutty because of the fruits and nuts. The fish was incredible, but we had to look out for bones. I loved how unique the chicken dum biryani was, and the lamb madras gravy had a bit of heat to it! Then, we finished with chai and a smoky chocolate mousse!

Expo 2020 Dubai FOOD EXPERIENCE - Michelin Star INDIAN FOOD and Tour in Dubai, UAE!!

???? BLACKLANE:
???????? KUTIR DUBAI:
✈️ CHECK OUT MY TRAVEL BLOG:

In the fall of 2021, I had the pleasure of experiencing the wonders of one of the biggest conventions in the world, Expo 2020 in Dubai! Join me as I try Indian food and tour Expo 2020 Dubai and take you along for the ride!

Expo 2020 Dubai is the largest gathering in the world that celebrates art, culture, cuisine, entertainment, and technology. It runs through March 31, 2022!

???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

My day began with a ride to the expo with my friends at Blacklane, a luxury chauffeur service that started in Berlin. They’re available in several cities around the world, including Dubai. They can either drop you off at your destination or wait for you!

I couldn’t wait to explore the expo. Along the way, we passed Dubai Marina on our way through the city. My driver was super friendly!

Inside the massive expo space, I walked to the Opportunity District and finally made it to Kutir, a modern and elegant Pan Indian restaurant by Rohit Ghai, a Michelin star chef! It’s located on the first floor of the Vietnam Pavilion.

First, I had one of their unique signature cocktails. They smoked it under a glass dome with cinnamon, oranges, and other spices. It almost smelled like incense!

In the kitchen, I watched them make lamb shank, chicken biryani, naan, chicken tikka, parottas, sweet basil paste with tandoori prawns, and malpua with rabri and berries.

First was the soft and juicy softshell crab. It’s so soft, you can eat the whole thing! It also came with chickpeas and curry leaves!

The prawns were massive and meaty, and the puree with it was out of this world! The chicken tikka masala had a perfect spice level. I loved the way the ginger and Kashmiri chilies enhanced the flavor. Adding the naan made it perfect!

The chicken dum biryani was infused with so much flavor. It came with with dhungaar raita but was moist on its own. The onions and the marinade on the chicken were excellent!

The dhungaar raita added a creaminess and smokiness and was the best raita I’ve ever had! Adding the chicken tikka masala gravy was unreal!

The lamb shank was massive, slow-cooked, and fall-apart tender. The gravy was rich, and the bone contained some delicious marrow! It also came with purple potatoes and was phenomenal!

Finally were the desserts: the malpua rabri and Trio of Kulfi. The trio contained rose, saffron, and pistachio kulfi. I loved the rose! I also loved the flaky, pancake-like malpua rabri. After finishing with some masala chai, I headed back out!

Chef Garcia and I saw a parade and headed toward the main dome in the center of the expo to Jubilee, a bar and restaurant with a jungle-like feel!

The views of the Mobility and Opportunity areas were beautiful! I got a smoky Shanghai cocktail, which contained egg yolk, whiskey, and lemon. Then, we went to explore the pavilions!

In the India pavilion, there were planets overhead and lots of greenery, which made it look like a jungle. Upstairs were huge video screens of cities, fireworks displays, candles, Bollywood dancing, and more!

I also saw displays about the economic and transportation aspects of India, as well as displays showing Jaipur, Amritsar, Varanasi, and more! Then, I headed to Spain and then Romania, where they were playing music. I tried some of their silver and gold water, which comes from a spring in a mine.

Next was Venezuela, where I saw displays about Simon Bolivar, who is known as El Liberador, and then Hungary, which had a huge line. There was another Christmas parade and some street food trucks.

The Russian pavilion was huge and colorful. On the third floor were cool displays of a huge brain and spinal column, and fun screens and light shows! Then, I headed to a store to buy some souvenirs to end my experience!

Diverse Lahore STREET FOOD TOUR!! Bun Plaster & Spicy Chow Mein | Lahore, Pakistan

???????? MANAKY:
???? MANAKY:

With my final night in Lahore upon me, I was ready to go out with a bang! Come along with me as I go on one last street food tour in Lahore, Pakistan, where I tried bun plaster, spicy chow mein, and more!

I’d be diving into several dishes I hadn’t tried yet, so I was super excited! My guides Rashid and Adeel from Manaky, and my local guide Adil, and I, started with some delicious and creamy malai chai from a 40-year-old stand called Iqbal Tea Store.

???????? ADIL:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

The chai was super thick and chunky on top, and very hot! We dipped a bit of bread into it like I do in Miami. The bread was nice and buttery and went well with the creamy chai.

The chai helped me wake up for our food tour! After a quick drive, we made it to Hameed Bun Plaster, a local burger shop. They sell shami kababs, which are lentil fritters.

They also offer bun plaster, which are basically fried egg sandwiches cooked on a grill with a shami kabab, lots of butter, salt, and pepper. They even have French toast!

I’m a big fan of egg sandwiches, and this one was so good! I loved the fluffy bun, the butter, and the pepper and salt. The soft shami kabab was incredible, too. It was one of my favorite dishes in the city!

From there, we headed to Xa-Owng Chinese Restaurant to get some chow mein. They also offer soups and have an outdoor dining area. To make the chow mein, the cook throws red onions, cabbage, water, chicken, Manchurian sauce, and noodles into a wok.

The noodles were thick and extremely fresh and tasty. I liked the spice from the black pepper and the sweet-and-sour Manchurian sauce as well. The crunch from the onions and cabbage was fantastic as well.

It reminded me of noodle dishes I’d eaten in China, but these were much spicier! It had my mouth on fire, but it was so good!

Finally, for our last stop, we headed to Dera Restaurant. I was stuffed, but I couldn’t not go all-out on my last night in Pakistan! The restaurant had a nice outdoor terrace and even live musicians playing flutes and drums.

The seating area was nice and relaxing—you could actually lay back and chill out. Around us were lots of cooks making everything from chargha to taka-tak and grilled meat.

We ordered lamb rice, mutton karahi, and three types of naan: plain, flaxseed, and garlic. You use the naan and eat the karahi right out of the pan, which is called a karahi.

The mutton karahi was tender, oily, and ful of flavor. It wasn’t very hot and tasted outstanding!

Meanwhile the lamb in the rice was extremely juicy and paired nicely with the yellow rice, which contained raisins. We also had some raita, which contained almost no herbs, but was still super tasty.

But my favorite was the karahi. It wasn’t my favorite karahi of the trip—the rooster karahi I ate the previous night takes the cake on that. But it was still phenomenal!

After eating, I was so stuffed, I had to lay back and relax! What an amazing way to end my trip through Pakistan.

Spicy Cajun SEAFOOD MUKBANG!! Lobster, Snow Crab & Soft Shell Crab Po'boy | Miami, FL

???? CAJUN BOIL INSTAGRAM:

With so many amazing cuisines around the world, it’s easy to forget some of the ones born right here in North America, like Cajun cuisine! Join me as I go to Cajun Boil in Miami to have a mouthwatering spicy Cajun seafood mukbang!

???? WEBSITE:
???? FACEBOOK:
???? TWITTER:
???? TIKTOK:

Cajun Boil is one of the best seafood joints in Miami-Dade County. They have three locations: one on Flagler Street in Miami, one in the Brickell Financial District, and another in Plantation, Florida. They serve traditional spicy and Cajun seafood with an Asian twist!

Inside, the restaurant is super spacious with marble topped tables and a marble topped bar, as well as draft beer on tap. There’s also a big, family-style table and booths, as well as an amazing purple octopus mural on the walls!

I went back into the kitchen and met the head chef, Chef Ao. There, I saw some amazing crab legs, shrimp, and more. I watched him prepare some charbroiled oysters and a softshell crab po’boy. They fry the entire softshell crab. It was going to be crunchy and spicy!

They also sell alligator and frog legs, which I love! I watched Chef Ao do me some crab legs and lobster tails. They have lots of appetizers, entrees, and combos. The combo I was getting had mussels, shrimp, lobster, crabs, potatoes, corn, and blue crab fried rice!

The charbroiled oysters smelled phenomenal! I could smell lots of garlic, and then they would add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. I loved that they were making mine spicy. It was going to be just the way I like it!

They added some egg into my blue crab fried rice to hold it all together, and then added green onion as well. Finally, we got some alligator bites!

My feast included a number of different things. The po’boy contained tomatoes, lettuce, and fried softshell crab.

The alligator bites tasted just like buttery, tender chicken. I loved both of the sauces that came with it! One of them was spicy and super tasty. Next was the blue crab fried rice. It was like a Chinese fried rice, but the crab was so fresh and tender.

I also loved the way it blended well with the egg. It was super special and full of flavor! I added some Crystal hot sauce for an extra Cajun kick! It’s now one of my favorite fried rice dishes of all-time!

Next were the charbroiled oysters, which was like a delicacy. I love oysters, but there’s something about them when they’re charbroiled that makes them extra tasty! I loved the garlic, parmesan, and crispy texture. Adding the Crystal and sweet and sour sauces made it even better!

The softshell crab po’boy was unreal. I loved the crab, which was crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside.

Next was my combo! I had to put on a bib and some plastic gloves to eat it because it gets messy! The lobster tail dipped in the thick, paste-like sauce was super nice. It definitely had some real spice to it! The shrimp and mussels were also amazing.

Then, I dug into the Alaskan snow crab legs. I cracked them open and a bit of the sauce got in my eye! The sweet, succulent meat with the sauce was fantastic. There was so much meat in it! I couldn’t get enough of the lobster tail in the sauce, though. It was divine.

It was such a fun meal to eat even though the sauce kept popping into my eye! There was also an amazing Cajun sausage buried in the sauce, as well as lots of little mussels. There was also a buttery piece of corn drenched in the sauce, some potatoes, and more! I wanted to limit myself, but it was all too good to leave behind!

The ULTIMATE PANI PURI CHALLENGE!! Indian Street Food in Miami, Florida

???? SPICE MAGIC RESTAURANT:
???? WATCH: Unlimited Puchka Challenge in Kolkata:

Today, I wanted to do something really fun for you guys, so I’m doing a pani puri challenge! When I found out one of my favorite local Indian restaurants in Miami has unlimited pani puri, I knew I had to take on my favorite eating challenge. Come along with me as I embark on the ultimate pani puri challenge and eat tons of Indian street food in Miami!

For this challenge, I went to Spice Magic Restaurant in West Dade. I’ve done this challenge a few times before, once in Tezpur and once in Kolkata. I’d be doing it against myself this time to try to break my own record, which is 36 pani puris! I even skipped breakfast so I’d have more room in my stomach! I had a feeling I would do at least 100!

Pani puri is one of the most popular street food snacks in India. It’s one of my favorites and also goes by other names like puchka and golgappa. It’s essentially a crispy, hollow dough ball made of semolina that’s filled with a potato mash, chickpeas, different chutneys, and a spiced water called pani. It’s so flavorful! I love the way it washes over your palate when you bite down on it!

For these pani puris, Danny served me some spicy pani and some medium pani, as well as a mixture of potatoes, carrots, and chickpeas, as well as samosas! They had 100 puris waiting for me.

Then Sachin served me my first pani puri. I went with a sweet one. It wasn’t overbearingly sweet but was really good. Then, I went with a spicy one. I alternated back and forth with the sweet and spicy. They were heavenly but super filling. Sachin filled them up completely!

How many do you think I ate in total? Do you think I broke my record?

I hope you liked coming with me on this ultimate pani puri challenge! If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my YouTube channel and click the notification bell so you don’t miss any of my travel/food adventures around the world!

French Street Food in Miami - BAGUETTES, CROISSANTS & JUICES | Coral Gables, Florida

???? LA SANDWICHERIE:
???? WATCH: Spanish Food Tour in Barcelona, Spain:

Today, I’m continuing to explore the different international cuisines available in my hometown of Miami and trying some French dishes! In particular, I’m trying French sandwiches! Join me as I try French street food in Miami, Florida!

For this food adventure, I headed to La Sandwicherie in the Coral Gables area of town. It’s an amazing sandwich spot on Giralda Avenue, a great pedestrian street in Miami. They have five locations in Miami, including this one, which is right next to my favorite burger place, Clutch Burger.

La Sandwicherie dates back to 1988, but this location is only 6 months old. They have a colorful bar with an ocean theme. They have some seating inside, but I suggest eating outside on their terrace! They’re famous for their French vinaigrette and their wide array of sandwiches.

I met the owner, Rachid, who mould me making me some sandwiches on baguettes and croissants. Their most popular is prosciutto and mozzarella on a croissant. They were also making me a second on a baguette. They use incredible fresh ingredients! I’d be having three sandwiches, a salad, and some juice!

These are huge sandwiches! For the salad, we added some salmon and fruit! Then, they made me a smoothie with strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, banana, peach juice, and ice. Then, Rachid asked me to try their veggie juice!

They topped off the sandwiches with their vinaigrette, which contains Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

I had he Napoli sandwich with prosciutto and mozzarella, the Sobe with turkey and brie, and the Frenchie with French salami and brie and French vinaigrette. The salad contained salmon, avocado, green pepper, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and more.

I jumped on the vegetable juice first, which was so good! I loved the carrot and ginger!

First was the Napoli, which was amazing, especially with the Dijon vinaigrette. The prosciutto and mozzarella was amazing, and the mountain of fresh vegetables was outstanding. I also loved the smooth and silky vinaigrette!

Next up was the Sobe, which was a monster! It also had pickles and was another loaded sandwich. I loved the Brie. It tasted exactly like France! It’s something you can eat quickly on the go and is the definition of fast-casual French street food!

The Frenchie is similar to the Sobe, except the Frenchie also contains cured meat and jalapenos peppers. It was spicy. I loved the salami flavor coming through and the freshness of all the vegetables. The baguette was nice and crunchy and the smoothness of the brie was fantastic. The vinaigrette took it to the next level. It was my favorite sandwich so far!

Next, I cleansed my palate with the smoothie. It was super refreshing with the strawberries and kiwi. It’s the type of thing I would add protein powder to and drink when I work out hardcore.

Then, it was time for the Exotic salad. The salmon, salami, avocados, fruits, and vegetables looked incredible. You can change the protein in it. They have lots of amazing options. The salad was so good and a little spicy, but the Dijon vinaigrette really sets it off! It gives you everything you need, nutrient-wise and flavor-wise. The salmon and avocado with the Dijon was the best!

Seafood Street Food in Miami - Lobster Roll, Burger & Grilled Cheese | Westchester

???? THE LOBSTA TRAP:
???? DAD:
???? WATCH: INSANE SEAFOOD EXTRAVAGANZA:

If you guys didn’t know, my hometown of Miami is one of the best cities in the world to try fresh, delicious seafood, so I knew I had to include it in my Miami Street Food series. Come along with me and my dad as we try outstanding seafood street food in Miami!

My Dad and I headed over to The Lobsta Trap, which is an amazing food truck in Westchester. They make gourmet seafood street food using locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients. I couldn’t wait to eat a lobster roll!

Inside the truck, I met Jeff, Judith, and Jennifer, who would make us two lobster rolls: a regular one and one with truffle butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley! They also make elote fries with corn, fried shrimp, fried lobster, and/or fried fish. The seasoned fries also have crema Mexicana, cotijo cheese, cilantro, and chili powder on them! I had never seen a seafood fries dish like this!

Then, it was time to eat! The elote fries also had spicy mayo and a cilantro-garlic sauce on the side. Everything looked unbelievable! I couldn’t wait to dig in!

The fried shrimp on the elote fries were unreal. The cilantro-garlic sauce was good enough to drink! Then, I dug in to get the fries and corn as well. The combination of the fries, creamy sauce, cheese, and seafood was absolutely mouthwatering! You have to eat it while it’s hot, otherwise the fries get soggy.

The fried lobster was greasy and delicious and out of this world. It was a big piece of spiny lobster, and it was so fresh! Squeezing lime over it added a nice zest and the lobster wasn’t too battered or too fried.

Next were the lobster rolls. I had the original, while my dad had the truffle one. I loved the bun, which was fluffy and fresh. The sauce inside was fantastic. There’s nothing like a good lobster roll! The truffles in my dad’s lobster roll were outstanding. I love truffles so much! Best lobster roll in Miami!

Next, my dad tried the coleslaw, which he loved. Then, I headed back into the truck to watch them make the lobster po’boy, lobster & shrimp burger, and lobster grilled cheese. The lobster in the grilled cheese has fresh lemon, mayo, and chives in it. They also add the cilantro garlic sauce and put an entire 6-ounce fried lobster tail in the po’boy and top it with coleslaw and chives.

The lobster burger has Havarti cheese on it and is served on a toasted bun with coleslaw and cilantro garlic sauce on it.

We started with the lobster grilled cheese, which uses a 3-cheese blend. The combination was amazing! It was so gooey! I had never had a lobster grilled cheese before, and it was probably the best grilled cheese of my life!

Next was the po’boy, which was beautiful! The coleslaw makes it with the crunchiness and creaminess. The brioche bun and flash-fried lobster meat are amazing as well. The freshness of the coleslaw with the heat is perfect!

Finally, we dove into the lobster and shrimp burger. The blend of flavors was excellent. I loved how they mixed in the coleslaw. It was the winner for me. The patty was just mind-blowing. I could taste the shrimp and the lobster as it went down my throat!

My dad loved the truffle lobster roll, while I loved the elote fries and the burger!

My epic Miami Street Food series continues with a taste of Middle Eastern street food in my hometown of Miami, Florida! Come join me and my father as we dine on some tasty Middle Eastern favorites, including falafel, kibbeh, hummus, lamb kafta, gyros, and much more!

We headed over to the Original Daily Bread Marketplace in Coconut Grove. It was established in 1975 and I’ve been going there for decades! We were going to try a mix of Lebanese, Greek, and Turkish food and I could not wait. They have a market, a kitchen, and a restaurant!

Inside, Josy took us on a tour of the market before we headed to the kitchen where we saw a woman rolling out grape leaves stuffed with rice and meat! We also saw some cream-filled baklava topped with sugar syrup and crushed pistachios.

I watched them fry up some falafels, which are chickpea fritters with parlsey and onion. We got some tabbouleh, hummus, pilaf, lamb kafta, rice with vermicelli noodles, baba ghanoush, and more!

Everything looked incredible! I started with the lamb kafta and baba ghaloush, which was heavenly! Baba ghanoush is my favorite! Everything we had was so healthy and fresh, and it’s made fresh in-house.

Next, I tried the tabbouleh, which was so fresh and crunchy. I loved the burst of tomatoes. They’re my go-tos when I visit Daily Bread Marketplace! The fries with roasted thyme had a nice spice to them. Then, I dug into the beef shawarma with onions. I loved the cut of the beef and the caramelized flavor of the onions. I tried it with some hummus, which was super delicious and perfect! It’s original hummus made with just chickpeas and olive oil.

Then, I went for the Greek salad, which was a little different because of the pickled onions. The feta cheese in it was so buttery!

Next, I tried the stuffed grape leaves (dolmathes) with vegetables. It fell apart on me but it was so good! Then I tried the meat one with hummus, which I think pairs well with everything. It was too good! It was richer than the veg one. The cabbage leaf stuffed with rice and vegetables took me back to Hungary. Next was the falafel, which I tried with the tahini. It was fresh and dense and crunchy! I also liked it with the hot sauce and the spicy aioli. The aioli was creamier and super spicy! I needed some yogurt to calm down the heat!

Then, I tried the kibbeh with tzatziki. I loved how crunchy and beefy it was. It was so delicious! Next was the spanakopita, or Greek spinach pie. It’s best eaten plain. I loved the layers of dough and the delicious spinach. Spanakopita with honey is an amazing breakfast!

Then, I jumped on the gyro, which contained beef, lamb, tomatoes, and lettuce. It’s a great meal by itself. It’s really refreshing and is a nice summer food. Then, for dessert, we had two types of baklava, a layered Greek pastry. The traditional Greek version contains walnuts, and we also got another with cream and pistachios. We had some Turkish coffee as well.

The layers in the baklava were amazing and so crunchy. The layers on the outside are super crispy while the ones on the inside are nice and soft. The combination with the creamy filling was amazing! Then, I tried the original Greek version, which was heaven in my mouth. I loved the amount of mashed-up walnuts. It was super decadent!

Then, we went back to the market to buy some stuff for the weekend! We got some baklava, kalamata olive hummus, baba ghanoush, Turkish delights, and cashew lady fingers. What a way to end our day!

9 a.m. AMERICAN BREAKFAST!! Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Eggs Benedict & Roast Beef in Miami, Florida!!

???? NINA UNRATED:
???????? ROASTERS 'N TOASTERS:

Sometimes, the best thing to have in the morning is a good, old-fashioned American breakfast. So I met up with my good friend Nina Unrated to have a 9am American breakfast in my hometown of Miami!

We’d be eating at Roasters ’N Toasters, a classic spot in Miami that’s been there since 1984. Inside, we met the manager, Dave, and headed into the kitchen.

???? MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG:
???? DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH:

It’s a New York-style deli, so of course, they make roast beef sandwiches, matzoh ball soup, chicken soup, and more. I also watched them make some scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, bacon, chocolate chip pancakes, Nutella French toast, poached eggs, eggs Benedict, and more!

Everything looked so epic! Next, they made some scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon for the bacon and egg sandwich. They also grilled some egg blintzes and made some cheese grits and a smoked salmon sandwich.

At our table, we had 9 dishes in total! The bacon and egg sandwich was nice and fluffy, and the bacon was nice and crispy. Next, we hopped onto the eggs Benedict with an English muffin, ham, and hash browns. It came topped with Hollandaise sauce and paprika.

Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish of all time! I also loved the charred and crispy potatoes, which were still fluffy and moist on the inside.

Next were the cheese grits, which were creamy, cheesy, and perfect. Then, we jumped on the smoked salmon on a bagel with cream cheese and capers. The bagel was nice and fluffy with sesame seeds, and the salmon was excellent!

The matzoh ball soup was fantastic, and the ball soaked up the delicious broth. It’s like a big dumpling! Meanwhile, the corned beef sandwich was thinly-sliced and salty. I loved it with the mustard!

Our next dishes was the Nutella French toast, which contained Nutella on top and inside. It was sweet and carb-heavy, and perfect for kids!

The turkey sausage links with syrup were nice and meaty and contained some nice spices, too. The cheese blintzes with blueberry syrup were fluffy on the inside, toasted on the outside, and unreal. They were a cheese overload!

The chocolate chip pancakes were fluffy, delicious buttermilk pancakes. They weren’t too sweet and had a perfect amount of chocolate chips. It was the perfect way to end our meal!

Chinese Street Food in Miami - Shumai, Pork Buns & Short Rib Ramen | South Miami

???? IN RAMEN ASIAN STREET EATERY:
???? DAD:
???? WATCH: Shanghai Street Food:

My next episode in my epic Miami Street Food series is all about Chinese street food! Come along with me and my dad as we enjoy some of the best Chinese street food in Miami!

My dad and I hit up In Ramen in South Miami to get a taste of authentic Chinese street food. They specialize in buns and dim sum, as well as tons of unique ramen varieties. They also sell craft beer!

Inside, we met Matt, who showed me how to make noodles. He beats them, cuts them into portions, and then pulls them into noodles. Then, they go in boiling water for 10-15 seconds and then they’re done!

Then, I checked out their dim sum steamers, which are super hot! They make chicken shumai, pork shumai, dumplings, and more in them. They only take 3-4 minutes to steam. Some of the other dim sum items take up to 12 minutes, so they have timers in the kitchen for everything.

We ordered bao, shumai, edamame, gyozas, pork belly buns, shrimp dumplings, spicy crab buns, and dab fries. We also got their number one ramen, the short rib ramen! The meat was so tender it fell off the bone! The dab fries had two different sauces on them and dried tuna flakes.

After he steamed the buns, he built them. Then, he steamed and pan fried some chicken gyozas and then melted parmesan cheese on top of them. I couldn’t wait to try it!

In Ramen is super spacious, and they have lots of cool artwork on the walls. They have a large octopus on the walls, as well as a guy eating a bowl of ramen. It feels a lot like Asian street art! Best of all, they have no menu, you just scan it.

At our table, we had an incredible spread of everything Matt prepared for us, as well as a fright of three different sakes.

We started with the ramen. The broth was super rich and flavorful chicken broth. Then, I dug in with chopsticks to get at the noodles, which were soft and made me feel like I was in China. The short ribs were so tender and buttery. I let it soak up some of the broth. So yummy! It was truly unbelievable and felt very homey.

Then, we jumped into the real Chinese street food: the buns! They’re my favorite thing to have in Shanghai. We started with the pork belly bun, which was nice and juicy and had avocado and a delicious sauce in it. The bun was also really soft. It was even tastier with the spicy miso sauce, which was spicy but good!

Then, we went for the sake, which included mango and white peach flavors. They were some of the best sakes I’ve ever hand! I loved the milky, cloudy one!

Next up was the spicy crab bun, which contained spicy crab with mayo, cilantro, and avocado on a soft bun. It was so chunky and creamy. The spicy miso took the flavor to another level!

The parmesan gyoza was next. They’re basically potstickers with parmesan cheese. I loved the crispy parmesan with the soft gyoza. With the spicy miso, it was outstanding! One of the great things about Chinese cuisine is the soy-based sauces, which go well with everything.

Next were the fries and the edamame dumplings. They had edamame beans throughout. Then I tried them with the spicy mayo, which went really well with it.

Then, we had a bao, which was sweet and contained fantastic pork. It took us back to our trip to Shanghai in 2015! After that was the chicken shumai, which were very compact and tasty. Next were the shrimp dumplings, which are my favorites! They are soft and heavenly with a big piece of shrimp inside.

Then, we finished with a custard bao, which was a soft and creamy hot dessert! My dad’s favorite was the ramen, but I loved the buns. They’re like Chinese tapas. The pork belly one was my favorite overall!
