Viajamos hasta el ártico ruso, a la ciudad de Norilsk, cerrada a extranjeros, centro minero de Rusia. Pese a la mitología que envuelve a esta ciudad, Norilsk es una ciudad con mucha vida, orgullosa de su industria y de su historia. Pese a ser una ciudad industrial, y por tanto contaminada, está muy lejos de ser el infierno de polución que muchos se han empeñado en criticar, muchas veces sin haber visitado el lugar.
Actualmente preparo un largo documental que grabaré en invierno, cuando las temperaturas rondan los 40º bajo cero.

The BAM: Russia's Unknown Trans-Siberian Train????????
???????? We have all heard of the Trans-Siberian, Russia's mega train journey that crosses Siberia as it skirts the Chinese border. But few have heard of the even more impressive B.A.M ( Baikal Amur Mainline ) which passes through virgin forest in the middle of Siberia. Built in the 1970s by young communists, the BAM is the greatest construction project of the 20th Century. And yet it is unknown in the West.
I decided to go and ride this unknown journey across northern Siberia and speak to the people who came to build it. Join me as we ride 'The Bam'!

In mid-January, Peter finally fell asleep with snow, and we were able to show the most beautiful Northern city in the world, wrapped in snow, from the air, in ultra-high resolution 6K. For filming, we used a new Ambassador camera Zenmuse X7 together with a new line of lenses DL, which a month ago we sent DJI for our further creativity. Since youtube does not support 6K resolution, we have increased the image to 8K, in order to unlock the full potential of the image.

THIS IS RUSSIA. EPISODE 1. Moscow / Vladivostok / Dodo Pizza Secret Cuisine / Uni at Military Isle
Recently, I am more focused on a relatively new format of videos — IRL (In Real Life) live streams and making my stuff at Baklykov.Live channel. However, I won't Real Russia (this channel of mine) to stay with no action.
So, recently I invited my buddies Denis, Boris, Sergey and Vladimir to upload their stuff to my channel. In the Summer 2020, being under the lockdown, they never got lost and made a trip all around Russia from Vladivostok to Moscow. They filmed vlogs about all of their trips from Vladivostok to Moscow and it's turned into 20 series of a project they called This Is Russia which they uploaded to their Russian channel.
I offered the guys to voice-over their videos to English language and upload also to my channel. No doubt this is going to be interesting for all of you who wanna know more about Russia. They said: GREAT!
The thing is Denis, Boris, Sergey and Vladimir are my kind of guys. They LOVE their country and instead of WHINING about it, they make Russia BETTER and enjoy their life here!

I shot this video for several days, and before that I took a ride in other cities of Russia. This is not the last video shot in Moscow and I'm going to upload a boat trip and double-decker bus ride soon.

Transsibirische Eisenbahn Reise (no comment)
In diesem Video kannst Du die Transsibirische Eisenbahn in Russland zwischen Moskau und Irkutsk ohne Kommentar und mit Orginalton erleben. Zurücklehnen und Fenster schauen, die langen Brücken über Ob, Irtysch und Jennisei bestaunen, minutenlang den Güterzügen beim Trainspotting nachsehen, mit dem Zarengold Sonderzug den Baikalsee entlang fahren oder im Abteil entspannt vor sich hindösen: Das kannst Du in diesem experimentellen Eisenbahnvideo miterleben.
Die Transsibirischen Eisenbahn ist eines der letzten großen Bahnreise-Abenteuer. Dieses Eisenbahnvideo ist für mich ein kleines Experiment, um diese slow travel Reise als slow TV mit langen Szenen, wenigen Schnitten und Originalton sehr reduziert darzustellen.
