For 16 days I travelled with my wife around the South Island of New Zealand spending my days filming the beautiful island. We traveled in the Summer time. I drove 3987km's and captured 1337gb of film, I scaled the edges of mountains, hiked through valleys and enjoyed everything Mother Nature had to offer. This is my South Island adventure. this is not a full detailed travel guide. Detailed travel guide with the places to visit and things to do around South Island New Zealand, will be uploaded within next couple of week. stay tuned.

New Zealand - South Island -2014
Visited New Zealand's South Island this summer/January 2014. It was a 10 day self-drive trip through some of the great natural places on the planet. NZ South Island is sparsely populated. The large parts of western areas are preserved as world heritage forests.
Much of south island depend on tourism. Summer temperature ranges 18-25 degrees and is cool. Some mountains ranges still covered in snow. It is perfect for outdoor activities like bush-walking, water sports etc.
We had a great time. If you like the great outdoors NZ's South Island is a good place to visit.

New Zealand South Island 2014 (Part 1/2)
A 10-day trip during the summer of 2014. Took a 3-hour Jetstar flight from Gold Coast to New Zealand’s beautiful South Island. We rented a mini campervan with Wicked Campers to explore the island in a clockwise route. We listened to the same playlist in that one CD over and over again when we couldn't get the radio signal. Christchurch was still in the recovering phase after the 2011 earthquake. We found snow during the summer time while trekking at Arthur’s Pass! So many things to do in New Zealand. Hope we get to visit you again.

This fun interactive 1 hour show, presented by Reanna Smith, visits various South Island districts and towns. We visit fabulous places to stay, great places to eat and we enjoy many fun adventures and activities along the way plus we get to show off that beautiful New Zealand scenery.
