5 Days in Nepal - Complete Itinerary with Cost | Nepal Budget Travel from India | Nepal Travel Vlogs
This is a must-watch video before traveling to Nepal. Don't go to Nepal without watching these Nepal travel vlogs.
In this Nepal travel series, we will be sharing with you all the tips and tricks to plan Nepal budget travel from India. We have shared how we spent 5 days in Nepal, a complete itinerary with cost. We started our journey from India to Nepal and explored Kathmandu and Pokhara in Nepal.
Itinerary:
- On Day 1 in Kathmandu, where we covered Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Thamel Market, and Kathmandu Durbar Square also known as Hanuman Dhoka durbar square.
- On day 2 we booked a bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara and reached Pokhara at 4:30 PM. Where we enjoyed the sunset at Phewa lake and enjoyed Nepali food along with having a good time exploring the nightlife of Pokhara
- On 3rd Day we started early morning and took a day tour to all the top attractions of Pokhara including Sarangkot viewpoint, Devi's Fall, Pumdikot, and many more
- The 4th Day we took a flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu and directly head towards Bhaktapur Durbar square where we enjoyed Juju Dhau and good Nepali street food and ended our day at Swayambhunath mandir.
5th Day was the last day in Nepal where we went to Pashupatinath Mandir once again and took a flight from Kathmandu to India.

DAY 1: Arrival: Kathmandu Airport:
Arrival at Int’l/Dom Airport, welcome with soft drinks Nepali represents ancient Nepali culture, transfers to hotel, refresh and briefing about the evening plan, walking Thamel for enjoyment by self & Night stay.
DAY 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
After having breakfast start full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley which includes, Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath Stupa (Temple of Buddhist), Soyambunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) from there we can view Kathmandu valley), Durbar Square(Historical Temple and living god house, drop Hotel & overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 3: Kathmandu- Pokhara (200Km. 5-6 Hours & Manakamna Darshan 2 Hour)
After breakfast and check out from the Hotel and proceed on a scenic drive to Pokhara. En-route enjoy cable car ride to Manakamana Darshan for 2 Hours & continue drive 3 Hours to Pokhara. Evening arrive Pokhara and check-in the Hotel Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
DAY 4: Pokhara Sightseeing

This was my second trip to Nepal. I visited the main cities Pokhara and Kathmandu when I visited Nepal in 2019. But this time, I wanted to see and capture the true essence of Nepal. Nepal is not huge country but its nature and scenic beauty is vast and varied. Ofcourse, it is known for its mountains and trekking activities. But there is so much more to this country. Nepal is both serene, peaceful and adventurous. In the upcoming weeks, you’ll watch my Nepal journey unfold and I truly believe, this will convince you to put Nepal on your bucket list and travel to Nepal in 2022.
